ordered an oil filter Oct 2023. Still pending shipment. Every 2 weeks you attempt to bill my credit card. Just happened again yesterday Mar 4 ,2024. I have asked customer service at the store, left messages on the customer help line........all say they will help.....none yet.. it continues. But the constant billing reminds me every 2 weeks to shop elsewhere. Thanks for your answer........I've already talked with them and they said they would take care of it.... NOT.........

A young man named Conner was very helpful and courteous to me in my effort to purchase and install gypsum boards for my ceilings. I already appreciated Lowe's but his patience and help makes me like Lowe's even more.

Placed a pickup order for a dishwasher and it got canceled so I called to see if it may have been out of stock I was told no they had 3 on hand so I placed the order again and it gets canceled again I then called back got someone in online fulfillment I asked “why does my order keep getting canceled”was told “I don’t have time for this”and was hung up on.So not a problem, Home Depot just gained a new customer I placed a pickup order with Home Depot and within minutes they called to let me know they received my order thanked me for my business and let me know my dishwasher would be ready for pickup within the hour.So my advice is try Home Depot they actually appreciate your business and a very helpful unlike Lowes

Lowes ls a magical place! Especially this one on the south side !They talked and helped my puppy dog Daisy before anything I needed was tended to, but hey. I would have done the same thing!!

About 2pm.. I had 2 cans of spray paint and a box of screws, went to lumber end because I was parked on that end.. 2 males at registers. Great? Well both said I needed to use the poor girl waiting on everyone.. the smug male Jeff (because his damn pic is on wall) just did nothing while and employee played on phone.. ya. Had to wait on old man to do return before I could pay. Lumber desk needs fired except for the girl that was there at 2-3pm today

When I walked into Lowe's,I noticed the store was very clean.Inside the store, friendly employees approached me and were ready to help.Someone took me to the items I needed.I was able to find and purchase the items I needed just in a few minutes.I will go to back to Lowe's the next time I need something.I had a Great experience at Lowe's.

I recently had an abdominal surgery and I struggle with lifting heavier objects. I needed to get a lot of soil and mulch and a nice man named Shane helped me load it up and took it to my vehicle and then loaded my vehicle up! Very nice man, he deserves a raise. This store usually has better selection than others and staff is helpful.

Only stopped to save a trip to the other side of town.Hard to find a manned check out here. I usually go the orange competitor. Save a few dollars and there is always a manned check out.

Really all I can say is they had almost everything we needed. Very difficult to get associate help unless you start looking around like Walmart. At least lowes had 1 register open that wasn't self service. The associate we did find really helped us a lot and if I can remember his name I would recommend him.

The ONLY reason that I give them a 3 star is because of the sales associate at the self-checkout. They were extremely pleasant and hopefully. I was accompanying a friend, I was not there to buy anything. I have declined to purchase anything from LOWES for going on 2 years now, and I'll continue to boycott them. The shady ways that the market and sell, along with how they treat their own employees.

Went to the vienna lowes today to buy a stove. Clayton was the employee that helped me out and he was the absolute best! He went above and beyond to be sure that I got exactly what I wanted. I truly appreciate his kindness and courtesy, thats rare these days. Thanks again clayton!!

It's Lowes. It's a toy store for adults both male and female alike. What more can I say. Besides how nice and welcoming the workers are. I absolutely love going here. Wish they would let me drive the forklift around lol.

They need to hire and school more people to know the areas they are supposed to be knowledgeable about . I along with several other people were walking around the store trying to find someone to help locate products. I helped a lady in the plumbing department. We both had went to the mill works desk and they said people for the areas we needed help were all out to lunch. Then they sent someone from electrical to plumbing that new little about that department. It really seemed disorganized. I was told to just call later and my questions could be answered. I did call many times and could never get anyone to answer in the plumbing department. My wife stopped in the store later to ask the questions about a whirlpool tub they had on display and the person in that department told her he did not know about it. She needed to go home and look it up on the website for her answers to her questions. Unbelievable.

Horrible customer service! As a handyman I have to shop here fairly often. If you need help finding something or have a question, good luck getting someone to help! Definitely prefer home depot at this point.

Ty in appliances did a good job helping us find a chest freezer. Delivery service was disappointing. Was set up for delivery Sunday 4-8. Get a call 7:45 saying they were running behind be here by 8:30. No call no show. I call Monday morning told earliest we can get delivery is Tuesday 11-3 fine. Get a call at 2:40 saying running behind be here half hour forty five minutes. Call customer care at 4:10 said note says time changed to 2-5 not what I was told. Finally show up at 4:50. I know things happen but keep customers informed! Very disappointing.

Had at least six different people ask if we needed help. Had someone get what we needed in a quick timely manner and they were joking around to boot. They really do a good job. I had to go here because the other lowes didnt want to look for the hot water tank anymore even though they had one showing. I am glad they had the water tank in because the mineral wells store would not call to confirm. So big shout out for your positive attitudes they go along way.

Great service. Had. A huge order and was able to pick it up the very next morning when the store opened. We even got there right before 4 the day before and wasn't sure if we would even get to place the order. Staff was very nice and extremely helpful.

We normally don't come to this Lowe's just because of the location. We're really glad that we did! Best service and buying experience we've had at a Lowe's location anywhere. The gentleman that helped us with our dishwasher purchase was very polite and professional. I would go back to this particular store to purchase something just to deal with him.Employees like that are an asset to your business.

Friendly fast service usually. But please when someone says no to applying for your credit card for a measly low % cash back - stop asking. A nice quick trip turned into 45 minutes of badgering about why I should get the lowes card since we are remodeling. Literally any credit card I’ve already got is better.It was nerve racking to keep my composure honestly. And I’m sure people who do not have good enough credit to even apply and be approved would be embarrassed to have to keep declining the offer.
