Holl's Chocolate is a staple in the culture of Vienna. Since childhood, I considered Holl's to have the best chocolates. It was an easy go to for St. Valentines Day gifts. I moved away after graduating high-school and would tell people about the chocolatier in my hometown. Years later, I found out they also do coffee, so now I don't buy grounds from anywhere else.The service here is phenomenal. They take customer service/ customer relations seriously. This place should be the standard for the industry.I highly recommend this family owned business. It's a great local place that has history, great service, and well-crafted products!Parking: Can be a little tricky getting in/out of the parking lot.Kid-friendliness: The staff are very friendly and will let your little ones try a sample of chocolate.

Holl's Chocolates is one of my favorite places to visit! We are so lucky to have such a wonderful business in our area. The quality of their chocolates is incomparable! I love businesses where I can find unique products for myself or for gifts. I used the website for the 1st time recently to send a birthday gift to a friend. It was very convenient & she was delighted, which made me very happy. :-DMy son & I began visiting Holl's Chocolates in the month of June, when he was in elementary school 10-11 years ago. I took him there to get their famous Double Dipped Chocolate & Fondant Covered Strawberries.🍓🍫 It was a fun way to end each school year. He's 20 now and in college & still reminds me we need to get "our strawberries!"😊❤ I gifted the strawberries to a few of his elementary teachers who were special to us. They made a beautiful & delicious gift.I also love that you get to try a complimentary piece of chocolate every time you visit! 🍬🍫😊

I was born in Canada we eat a lot of Swiss chocolate. When we left Canada and came here I stopped eating chocolate it all tasted terrible to me. A friend told me about Holls and i went over. One chocolate and i was hooked! Now once or twice a year I go alone and buy a pound of my favorites and eat them all by myself! Holls is as chocolate should be…..Sheer Heaven!

Our whole family loves Holl's Chocolate! They have delicious treats and nice variety - so yummy! The staff is always friendly, kind and helpful. Special shout out to the two that helped myself and my two boys this evening (7/3/19) - you were extra awesome despite that we were in just 10 minutes before closing. We will see you again soon!

I ordered chocolates for Christmas gifts for several years and they are great. The Bourbon balls are world class!!! Holl's added a customized box this year. They are fantastic. Very classy and elegant. I always hear about how great the chocolate tastes.

I buy Holl's chocolate online at least twice a year. Love them! For high-quality chocolates, the price is reasonable, and I like that the packaging isn't overdone. They're understated. It's unexpected to find fine Swiss chocolates made in little old West Virginia, but that only makes them nicer still.

Pricey, but worth it. That's a poor way to start a review but it most definitely resembles this place.Professional appearance throughout the entire establishment, very kind and helpful staff, clean for the most part except inside the display casings could use dusting.The chocolates were superb, they were definitely of high quality and satisfying.

Such a pleasant experience! Staff were perfectly helpful- there when we needed but not hovering as we browsed the store. Fantastic selection of wines and chocolates. The Croquant Truffle is delightful!

My wife and I love the chocolate and chocolate dipped strawberries. They are worth 5 stars.The price has gotten out of control. A dozen strawberries and some chocolates on my last visit was around $75, so I have a hard time fully recommending the treats.I left wondering if I'm still their target audience, or if they are trying to position themselves as the elite chocolatier that only a few can afford to indulge in.

Never miss a holiday stopping by here for my wife. Their triple sec truffles are incredible and a childhood favorite. Everything is great and the experience is always personal with friendly staff helping pick a box for your loved one and offering a sample every visit.

Every time we come up to Parkersburg, we have to get some chocolate here. The employees are always incredibly nice and they are willing to help with any questions. Fast service, too. Truly deserves the rating!

Disappointed! On the busiest chocolate purchasing day of the year, they do not have shopping bags for anything larger than a small purchase. I bought $68.00 worth of chocolate that is not much better than Russell Stover or Whitman's...& at least I get a shopping bag at their stores. Customer service was poor at best. The clerks allowed me to stand over 5 minutes before asking me if I needed help. After returning with my chocolates, they allowed me to wait an addition 5-10 minutes before cashing out my purchase. The customer to clerk ratio was maybe 2 to 1. Very frustrating.

Loved it. Display of chocolates. Can buy prepackaged or make your own. They also have wines and coffee. Samples today were House Blend and Pumpkin spice. Also can sample Candy. I tried chocolate covered cherry cordial. Yummy

The team at Holl's is simply the best. I have been sending Holl's Chocolates to my best customers for a number of years and I always get compliments on the lovely packaging and fantastic flavors. Holl's can even customize the boxes you send out and add other personal touches. If you are on the fence, get off of it, and buy these delicious treats! You won't be sorry.

Divine chocolate. I adore white chocolate. They have many varieties of it. I was also pleased to see sugar free . My brother is diabetic. They customize gift boxes in about any size you would like.
