If you can't find what you need here for home decor and craft projects, you'll be hard pressed to find it elsewhere. I'm a diy jewelry hobbyist, and I'm so glad when I see all the beautiful strung beads at 50% off. It's worth stocking up on seed beads at that price. Clean store, and clean public restroom which is always nice.Yep! Great store for my needs. Groovy :)

Love their inventory. They have a store full of stuff that I'd love to have!! The guy cashier that checked us out was amazing. He was sweet, helpful, and had good communication skills with a very friendly personality. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star rating is because their prices, in general, are just way too high! They're kinda ridiculous!

Absolutely the best coffee shop I have ever been to. The Frozen Buckeye with real peanut butter is hands down my favorite. Even when drive-thru is 12 cars deep, it doesn’t affect the quality of the drinks and customer service. Keep up the great work!

Has the odds and ends at a regular craft store. Im there mainly for the Gundams and Gunpla. They have a narrow selection of them. 2 MGs, 1 HG and RGs. No MR MARK SETTER or SOFTER. But allwell.

Came here on a work trip to get a model kit to build in my free time. They had the kit I wanted but prices high versus other hobby shops and online shops. They had tools and glue as well. Similar products as any other Hobby Lobby as expected.

To be honest, l spend very little in Hobby Lobby since they stopped carrying Tim Holtz and other die cuts as well as many other Scrapbooking supplies. It's probably 1/4th of what they had when this store opened. I now order from Amazon, Spellbinders, Echo Park, etc. or travel to Ohio for scrapbooking supplies. It's my hobby of over 25 years and it's sad l can't find what l want locally.

I love hobby lobby! Everything except all the "sales" on the seasonal merchandise they always have. I would give 5 stars if it weren't for that

Under new mgmt but still an excellent shopping experience. Very friendly and helpful employees guided by equally friendly and helpful leadership. Clean, orderly store. Prices may initially appear high, but are actually quite low if you shop within the revolving weekly sales (weekly sales flyers are available right up front and of course online, as well as individually posted near the specific sale items). The number of available brands is shrinking for many different items across the store, but the selection of differing types of items is expanding. For example, they've just added a brand new Kitchen section (non-seasonal, regularly ordered stock) containing dishware, small appliances and more, some of it being favorite seasonal items now available year round, as well as lots of items altogether brand new to Hobby Lobby.

I was in the store the other day shopping. I was near the front of the store, and witnessed a manager cause a huge scene with a customer. I was unable to hear exactly what the problem was. But I believe he said his name was 'TS'. No matter what the circumstance is, there is no way for a customer to be treated that way. Very poor customer service skills, and very embarrassing for the customer. If that's how staff is treating customers, I'd rather take my business somewhere else. 0/10.

Verbally Abusive ManagementAfter making a purchase on Friday, I returned the following day to make an additional purchase of more of the same items. To my surprise the bill on Saturday was 50% off, so I searched the ad and found that they had a huge sale that ended Saturday, they are closed on Sunday so I presented after work Monday to inquire about the discrepancy. The person at returns called over management because the line items on the receipts are only broken into category and not description, so they needed him to approve adjustments with lack of item description. I showed him line for line the item pricing was the same (discount lacking day 1), I explained what each item was, he proceeded to ask more questions and I stated I was getting frustrated (with lack of equal understanding) and waved my arm and said come with me and I will show you everything I purchased. As I walked five steps to get a hand basket for the items, he yelled back at me stating “I am not a dog and I will not follow you around”, I turned around and said excuse me. He continued to raise his voice now outright YELLING to the entire front of the store “I am just trying to help you, he proceeded to pace the front end of the store snapping his fingers back and forth deliberately attempting to draw everyones attention in my direction and continuing with “you should really treat people the way you want to be treated” and snapped toward the door for me to leave. When I asked his name he stated it was T.S. although he worn no name tag I don’t know this to be a correct identification. When I asked for district manager contact info (who worked with me Friday for my purchases as there was no associate in site to help me locate items), he denied the request. When I asked for a corporate phone number he shouted at me to “LOOK IT UP YOURSELF ONLINE”.Such blatant disrespect from an authority figure of an establishment reflects entirely on the business and makes you worry about what Hobby Lobby deems acceptable behavior. His actions were a clear attempt in exuding power and attempting to humiliate a women who made a level headed inquiry for assistance.I NEVER would have expected such behavior from an employee of a christian establishment, as a frequent flier at both Hobby Lobby and Mardels I have never experienced such behavior from any other employee. Unfortunately this outright aggressive attack has left me scarred from ever setting foot back inside with place.Thank god, for video footage, as I filed a corporate complaint and there is no way his actions can be denied. I just hope that no other customer receives the blunt end of his verbally abusive stick. I also feel complete sympathy for any employee who has to work under such a tyrant, if he speaks to a customer that way, I can only imagine how he is treating the remaining staff.

Hobby lobby RULES!!!I go there mostly for yarn due to their food quality and occasional sales. Their other departments are also well organized and well stocked.Home decor to crafts plus framing is all good. Its a awesome place! If your into any kind of crafts or models or dioramas...they have stuff you would like. And a huge Christmas section is out now. And tons of other stuff and house decorations off all sorts. A huge fabric section as well. Neat store indeed. I drive 40 minutes just to go there... ohh and lots of sales to. Marked half price or lower....

If you're looking for art supplies, you're better off going to Michael's, although I do find a few things here that I can't get there. Can't speak for anything else because that's all I come here for. I do see a lot of Becky-types buying "live, laugh, love" signs, so I guess if you're in the market for those...Also, the check out process is always super slow but the employees are nice.

I love hobby lobby! Their prices are so much better than Michaels and the variety is much larger too . The only thing I can't stand is that the store in Vienna, WV almost never has anything stocked.

One of my most favorite stores. Only problem they don't have motorized carts for those of us with mobility issues. You would probably double sales if you did make it more accessible for us.

Brooke made the trip worthwhile. It's over an hour drive and I was tired before I got there. The store is bigger than I expected (very clean) and I had no idea where to find what I was looking for. Brooke escorted me to what I needed, showed me several options and made me aware of other products related to my search. I would go back, because I know I'll be well taken care of!
