Very helpful staff. I always hear people bashing service received from "the younger croud" however the group of teens working here is phenomenal. Great service even when they are during peak times. Service isn't compromised for efficiency as they seem to address both very well. Goof job.

I will never order online unless it's through the store. I had the worst experience ever ordering online from home, the customer service was everything opposite of helpful and by no means in any way shape or form willing to make things right. My order never came, and they said they could resend the item that was for my son's birthday and guaranteed by a certain day, but could not speed up the shipping to make sure it arrived in time per management. I told them not to worry about sending it again, and to credit my account, and they credited it less than what I paid for the item, did not offer to refund the shipping, and the representative was very cold and never one time apologized on the companies behalf for the inconvenience. I have never had one bad experience with the store and refuse to hold it against them.

I usually have a great time at the mall Gamestop in Vienna. Picked up a couple discount Zelda tee-shirts for my girlfriend and tried to find Bravely Default II used, but no go. These McDonald's Funko Pop! were hilarious.

I can personally say that the one on South Side Parkersburg does have one of the best customer service on top of them being extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

The staff are friendly, the place is clean and the selection is decent for being a small store. Kudos to the manager who has remembered my name despite me being here twice over a month long period. Would definitely recommend.

Smaller store but decent selection. Staff is extremely helpful and love to discuss all things gaming. Used game selection for PS4 and Xbox is great, SWITCH and PS5 is limited.

Gave us a busted controller that said new in the package as a replacement, static sound quality and chipped middle button. I get it's a free replacement but when you replace a broken controller with another broken controller... we've got a problem here....

Has been a while since going into a GameStop and it seems they have grown to making the gamer more comfortable as well as seen as an equal instead of a milking sheep. Now with a 7 day return for a bought game if not satisfied (even if it is in store credit instead of the cash you used), it is a step forward from the days when I would get a game and not be impressed with it but know taking it back in meant 2.50 in creditWith all the cosplay gear, nostalgia items,and geek gear they are more than video games.If they keep this up,might start buying from them again

Buying here is reasonable at best. Your trade ins aren't worth anything to them for some reason. If you need quick money then sure, sell them a game worth $30 on ebay but they give you $10 or less. Consoles are worse. The staff do their jobs in knowledge and offering warranties (it pops up on the screen so they have to ask. I used to work here.), but they would rather talk to their coworkers than you. The Kingdom Hearts 3 early release was handled professionally and with order. I was impressed! They don't ask if I want a Pro Membership, and I'll get one the day I'm asked. No one walks the floor to help. They stay behind the counter. If they are on the floor they don't always ask if you need help. I feel unimportant so I end up leaving without what I want most of the time. I'm timid so I'm probably not going to ask. I don't know if GS is a first time job kind of job, but they have new rotation of employees. I like being able to say hi to someone often rather than completely new staff every few months. Even the managers. I don't feel entitled to anything, but their work game could level up a bit *buh dum psh* I would type more but love to go in and give live feedback. Suggestions. Anything to help.

They do not have bags to put things away in that you buy. It makes it an odd feeling to walk around the mall and go into other stores with merchandise you have bought without a bag.

Only five ppl at a time could go in the store. I went there solely to get a PS5 controller but they wouldn't sell me one even though they had them bc they have some kind of PS5 sale tomorrow. So I had to go to Walmart on south side and got one there with no problem

Nice and friendly staff. You can find just about anything you need in the realm of video games and related merchandise. Really can't go wrong with shopping here for games!

This GameStop is compatible with all other GameStop's large variety of options customer service was great short time to check out staff was very friendly and helpful looking inside the mall so there's plenty to do other than just GameStop when you stop for this location

Stopped in, looking to purchase a second ps4 for my bedroom. I was price comparing and noticed their Used ps4 cost more than Wal-Mart's new ps4 with a game.I was curious if there was a reason why I should make my purchase from game stop vs. Wal-Mart. Was their an incentive.This was after I was ignored by the staff for a good five minutes.So when I brought up this point, the employee( a real trendy looking douche bag) told me that I should just go to Wal-Mart. I laughed at the guy, thinking he was joking. He just continued to stair me down. I mentioned to his co-worker that he was a real people person and left.There are millions of unemployment americans, don't settle for garbage. Hire a veteran. They would have tried to make the sale regardless of the disadvantage. I understand he couldn't price match, but he could have brought up the game reward points I would have gotten from the purchase.

This particular GameStop is small in terms of space, but the selection is great. The manager there is a genuinely nice guy and the rest of the staff are cool, too.

Best of the two Game Stops in town. Where I always go to per-order the next hit or get something used. No offense to the other store, but the staff here really know what they're selling and can talk your ear off for a half an hour if you're not careful and get on the right topic. :)

Went to buy ps5 game he said he had go in back to get it gave me ps4 version instead didnt notice till went to wrap it up hope they will fix their mistake
