It's a great place for stuff to treat yourself, or gifts to treat others. I love their coupons, and you can get a pretty good deal if you watch for their sales, especially around the holidays. I really wish that they hadn't gotten rid of their true blue spa line, and that they had a little more selection of things you could get with their free gift coupons, but other than that, I've had nothing but good experiences here.

I work at this mall and visit this store periodically. The manager Paul is super helpful and friendly and has an incredible wealth of knowledge on products and shares all the information on discounts and rewards available. He is the go to guy if you have any questions! The rest of the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend shopping here!

I have to give this store a 4 star because although the staff was very polite, the product we have purchased for a few years has changed. The Moon Light Path smells different for some reason. They have a great selection of perfumes, just couldn't find one we liked.

I really don't like having to check out on the White Barn side of the store. I have asthma and the strong candle and air freshener scents make it difficult for me to breathe in that space. It is a small problem on the B&B side, but it seems much more concentrated when I walk in the White Barn side. I may have to stop shopping there altogether, and that would really make me sad.

Was very saddened to learn they didn't have my A Beautiful Day in a body wash. Apparently this fragrance is going out? If so I will no longer shop Bath & Body anywhere!!

I'm not at all happy with them that they're always discontinuing my favorites and filling their shelves with stinky lotions. What's wrong with keeping the "flavors" everyone loves and buys? Why ya gotta discontinue the popular lotions and keep making new ones that are gross!??!

What woman doesn't love this place? Well maybe not a Tomboy. Other than that, any girl who loves scents, to primp and to smell good, will love this store. Only downfall, after being in here long enough, everything starts smelling the same and it gives me a migraine. Then I buy like 10-15 different things and find out later, they don't smell exactly the same when I get them home. I still love it though.

This use to be a decent place to shop. It has gotten excessively over priced now. $7.50 for a very small tube of lotion is crazy. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful

They carry products for women and men, although the products for men are not as varied. They run bogo campaigns and have a huge selection of lotions and soaps that women enjoy. The staff seems to be ready and able to assist you as needed

Have always gone to the store in Athens Ohio. Boy, did I make a mistake by coming here. Had a bag full of items, and was trying to reach a scent that was on the upper shelf (no like scents around and no help either) So as many know that shops Bath and Body knows all overstocked items are put in the drawer under the shelf. I was looking for the item and a very rude staff member (she was so fast i couldnt even get a good look or name tag) Said "Hey, if you would ask for help we would help you" then kept walking to the back of the store. Not a simple, can I help you find something? Needless to say she couldnt have helped me. I am 5'7" and she may have been close to 5'4". I was furious and put all items down and walked out. I will never go back there again. Might I add, almost everyone gets Bath and Body from me for holidays, ect. I will never be back to this location. When my sister told the lady checking her out all she got was well we are busy. Both my sister and mother was there and spent over $200.00, you'd have thought that there would have been an apology in there, not "well we are busy".

Love all the amazing Items that bath and body carries. I love the body spray, lotion, and wash and very happy with the wall flower plug in, candles, and etc. The staff has always been very kind and helpful.

Lots of very nice smelling products and they have a rotating seasonal scents collection. They also have a Veterans discount. Very wide variety.
