I was down in Sutton, WV needed some coffee & found this Starbucks. It was a cozy little place with some tables to sit at. I liked that local art work adorned the walls. The staff were very polite & friendly. As always the coffee & cookies were hot and fresh. I sat and enjoyed both as I watched customers come and go. This place was very popular with the locals, staff seemed to know everyone’s order and had conversations with everyone. They did have outdoor seating if you enjoy that. I enjoyed my coffee & visit here, you will as well.

I ordered a tea. Hot tea, black. First she gave me a latte. I clarified that I ordered a black tea. She threw the latte away and made me some cold drink with several shots of a syrup. Explained again that I ordered a black tea, hot. She made me another latte. Never did get my tea. The server poured the two lattes and the cold drink down the drain.If your driving through, I’d give this Starbucks a miss and try the next one down the road

Long wait at counter as no staff were at counter, all focus was drive thru. When staff finally came, got my coffee and it was cold. I had to ask again for the sever to be called out from the back. She then served another before coming back to me. I always get triple cream and never this cold. Server said it might be the cream. I just asked for a refund. This was at about 4 pm on March 5th. Definitely unimpressed.

Drive-through was busy so we went in-store and were served in record time! 10c discount for bringing our own flask; lots of fun choices for both food and drinks, and of course the standard other items for sale. Clean store, not too big, with two large wheelchair accessible and parent-friendly bathrooms. There's also a lovely patio but today was cold so no one out there.Heads up - the store isn't the easiest to find from the road; it's tucked in behind the Shoney's.Parking: No problem at all; free and right in front of the store.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible store and bathrooms.

Serene, clean and beautiful place at the time of visit. I cant remember visiting other starbucks coffee shop as relaxing as in this place, atleast not yet. I enjoyed hanging out while waiting for my coffee but I had to leave ASAP as I still had a long travel ahead of me. I loved the view in the vicinity as well. I loved my keto friendly coffee by the way!!! Keep it up!!

I ordered an iced coffee with salted caramel & cream. For some reason they could not get this order right. Repeated it back to me at least 3 times & then gave me an iced coffee with mocha & toffee nut. Even charged me an extra $0.60 for the mocha that I didn’t want. The line was really long & service was pretty slow so I didn’t bother taking it back even though it was not good to me at all.

Was recently in town for a military training exercise and overheard some of our British guests complaining about the service they received at this location. They were far too polite to say anything themselves, so I'll say it for them. They specifically complained about one particular male employee who instructed cashiers to refuse them any kind of military discount and is alleged to have slammed their drinks on the table and thrown sugar packets at them.It's a shame, the drive thru service was lovely every time I was there, guess I should have gone inside for the real experience,

My mom and I were traveling to Pittsburgh from Georgia, and we ended up here one morning. Now I have to say that I am not a huge fan of Starbucks because every one I have been to tasted like burnt coffee. I don’t like burnt coffee. However, we stopped here trying to get our caffeine fix for the morning, and I ordered a white chocolate mocha fully expecting that burnt coffee taste. I was completely shocked when I got one of the best coffees ever. There was no burnt coffee taste at all! Just a very smooth delicious coffee. I was so impressed! Whoever made the coffee that day knows what they are doing. They are a true barista! Hands down it is the best Starbucks I have ever had!

Kind staff and clean seating area. Service was very quick too, I was impressed at how quickly they were able to complete our order while keeping the line moving so to not cause a build up. The washrooms are very clean as well, you can tell they're maintained hourly.

I have been here a lot of times on trips across the state and they always do a great job, the drinks are delicious, the service is fast, restrooms are clean. All you could hope for in a starbucks.

literally 3 people in there total. so many bugs and flies. everyone left and i was the only one waiting on a mobile order. there’s nothing under the giant “MOBILE ORDER” sign. i ask, they said they were working on it. 10 minutes later i ask again. they had it sitting at the register for 15 minutes. ridiculous. you don’t deserve even one star.
