Fantastic experience at the green pinapple. Got an amazing lunch and everyone was so friendly letting our dog in. We had such a friendly welcome and takeout care from the staff! The food was yummy and delicious. Would highly recommend to everyone. The bubble tea was super sweet and tasty. We loved it and would defintely be back! First time trying visiting the Shepherdstown location. We've tried the food at The Garage in Martinsburg previously. I have to say it was even better here. We ordered the Green Pineapple Ramen Bowl and the Pineapple Chicken Tacos. The broth in the Ramen had a lot more flavor than when we ordered at the other location. It was very good!! The tacos were delicious, and I will definitely be ordering them again!

I was visiting from out of town and came with my best friend who said how great this place was.Upon entry I had to use the restroom and the overall dining area and restroom was really dingy looking to me but I ignored that because some of the most amazing food comes from little places that don’t look to be in tiptop condition.The real disappointment came with my meal. I ordered the Sativa sushi burrito which said it contained salmon, crab salad, cream cheese, cucumber and avocado.What mine actually contained was salmon, SLICED CHEESE, cucumber and avocado.After two bites I actually threw this in the trash and did not have any dinner (we ordered takeout)I understand being out of ingredients but a heads up would have been nice. I would have 100-% changed my order had I known I would be getting sliced cheese in sushi 🤢We also waited a pretty long time for our food. So to wait that long and receive something tasteless and bizarre was a big let down.

The food is good, but nothing special. The ramen lacked a bit of flavor and tasted like the noodles came out of a package rather than being cooked fresh. The house sauce on the tacos was the best part.The bubble tea was really good and I'd come back for that.Prices are a bit high for what you get. Be prepared to buy a bottle of water since they don't have glasses of water available.

Fantastic food and service. My wife is gluten free (celiac) and pregnant so the options are limited, but the two people working (front counter and chef I think) were extremely helpful and came up with an amazing veggie bowl for my wife to eat. I had the tacos (1 of each) and they were delicious. Unfortunately they were out of ramen, so I'll definitely have to come back and try that!

We stopped by The Green Pineapple after walking on the C&O trail in Shepherdstown. Since we had our dogs and newborn with us my husband got takeout while I sat in the car. I got the build your own bowl with pineapple chicken, and my husband got a poke bowl. They were packaged well for takeout and easy to eat in the car. We've gotten bubble teas there before and they were pretty good.

This little place was recommended to us by a shop owner on the same strip during my first visit ti the area, and I am beyond grateful that she did! The menu features a unique and intriguing selection of Asian fusion dishes with some Korean and Japanese inspiration. I went with the sushirito and bi bim bap and was utterly impressed. The sushirito was fresh, delicious, and well made. The bi bim bap was also simple yet perfect. I wish we had had a larger group to also try their ramen and some other options that sounded amazing but will have to return soon to try again, along with the large menu of bubble tea! The service was friendly and speedy. It's a takeout option but there's tables available inside and out to enjoy your food there. Highly, highly recommend!!Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options

wait times are a bit rough…. 25 min wait for two drinks sometimes. but the food is good! drinks always turn out really well also. I would also like to see some work done to make the building inside look better. Also a bit overpriced in my opinion.Parking: Every time we come, parking is hit or miss. We typically have to go further down the road or park in other business's parking lots.

I was craving some korean food and being in West Virginia, there is not too many korean food places. So when I saw this near to my location at the time I had to try it.Walking in, it is a very cute place. It's in a college environment so it's made for a quick grab eatery or a sit down spot to enjoy. It opened at 11 am and we were on the first people in. In ordered their tuna ahi poke and my husband ordered their chicken ramen. For drinks I got the Caribbean Sunset tea with mango balls. The wait was a little long, but we understood because they had just opened and the waiter also said they were short staffed so we didn't complain.Our food then came but they were on to go containers. I'm not sure if when you order you're to specify if we are eating in or out, or because it's a college town the service is meant for to go eatery ware. My husband's soup came in a to go cup. I wasn't a fan of that because it was hard to enjoy a soup full of ramen and I love taking photos of meals, his just wasn't appetizing. He said it was very delicious and aromatic, so at least he enjoyed his meal.My ahi tuna was good. Tons of of the sriracha sauce, it was a little too much because you don't really taste the tuna by it self. It was a good plate but I would like to have a little more flavor, maybe more sesame oil and a drizzle of soy sauce, otherwise it was all good.

Perfect little corner shop. Everything was delicious! The korean steak taco was filled with flavor. The kimchi bacon grilled cheese was one of tge best things I have eaten in a long time. This was also the best bubble tea ever! We will drive the 30 minutes to eat here regularly! They only accept cash tips, so be prepared. Can't wait to go back!

We have ordered the Managers Meal, Bi Bim Bap bowls and couple of popping Boba drinks and everything tasted great! We really enjoyed the unique flavors of the popping Boba. Definitely coming back!

The food looked beautiful. The service was a little slow but maybe 3 people ahead of me when I came in. I bought the chicken quesadillas, AK-47 sushirito, chicken taco, and the managers meal. Everything smelled really good but it did not taste anywhere as good as it smelled. The chicken taco I would order again and the quesadilla. Not a fan of the sushirito it was mainly cabbage, cucumber, and wontons. What I didn't enjoy was all the spicy tuna on one end of my roll and zero sauce. I would not order it again. The manager meal had too much sauce but the pork belly in it tasted good and would've been better if it had less fat. I would go back to try other things but not most of what we had today.

Such incredible food, and so much food in one bowl! You can easily share or have plenty to take home for lunch the next day! I would have liked the option to add the pepper paste myself.We tried two different teas with our meals, and both were really good!

We really wanted to like this place. We spent time explaining the menu (the layout was difficult for my elderly mom to understand) and eagerly awaited our lunch. And we waited. And we waited. And waited some more. Finally after almost 40 minutes, we asked the counter clerk about our order. It came out about 10 minutes later. The poke bowl was good. My mom enjoyed her kimchi grilled cheese. My Bi Bim Bop was mediocre. Tables had not been cleaned between patrons.I think they were severely understaffed for being one of the few restaurants open for lunch on Sunday. It was very busy. They ran out of bottled water to sell. I hope that my experience was an anomaly.

Do not eat at this restaurant. My wife and I really wanted to like it. However, we ordered a build-your-own bowl where none of the ingredients needed to be cooked (all veggies)… It was a 50 minute wait, and all of the ingredients were clearly store bought whiteout any flavor, sautéing, or seasoning. Only one other table besides us ordered food, and theirs took 50 minutes as well. We paid $28 for two flavorless bowls. Please do not eat here.

I'm pretty picky with my bubble tea and had not found anywhere I really liked in the area until the Green Pineapple opened!! They have an array of fun flavors, and it is GOOD! The sushirittos are also a favorite of mine. Can't wait for their new menu!!

My family of 8 and I drove over to Shepherdstown all excited to specifically go to the Green Pineapple. The website says they are open. Sadly we found it closed, although the chalkboard clearly states they should be open. Two couples and a group of three people walked by also surprised to find it closed. We all left disappointed 🙁

Cool little place, chicken tacos are great but they are spicy, similar to a siracha hotness. Also had the Almond/coconut milk tea which was very good as well.

If I could give rating in the negatives I would. We ordered two bubble teas and the kid clearly did not care about the quality of the bubble teas. It tasted like water. He was more interested in his buddys instead of making my order. Took him 25 minutes to make my order because he kept talking to them.

The girls were really awesome and I like the tip jar for the ferrets!! Lot of food and combos for boba and let me tell you I normally take pics of food before I eat it but I was slurping that Ramen so fast I forgot what air was for!! 10/10. I have a teen who normally says oh this is good or that is but he said omg that slaps!! So for him to say 10/10 is truly a compliment. I will see you guys soon!! I have an entire boba menu to try and suggest worth the 40 minute drive. Also thank you for the heads up about the banana 🍌 I am allergic like dead if I have it. You guys will get plastered all over my time line!!Vegetarian options: Pretty sure the girls could make it work for you. There is an old saying " you only have but to ask ".

STAY AWAY....After ordering and paying in advance, we were told that it would be a 35 to 40 minute wait. I approached the counter after 50 minutes (place only had customers at 3 tables) and was told "just a few more minutes". At 1 hr exactly, our food came out and my quesadilla had a long hair on it. My friends ordered a wrap and a ramen dish and stated, "not that great". Definitely, will never go back.
