Went yesterday. The pedicure was decent, and the poor guy had to work so hard on my calloused feet, which I haven't had done in years. They gave me wine, which I really appreciated! But the manicure looks awful. She didn't soak my hands at all, which I then realized didn't matter because she didn't do anything whatsoever with my cuticles (see photo). I told them I wanted gel polish with tips since my nails were super short. What they gave me was acrylic nails with gel polish. They should have told me they don't do gel tips, I wanted my nails to look more natural. She quickly cut and filed the tip and it looked totally jacked up, I couldn't believe she showed it to me to ask if the shape was OK. I told her it was lopsided and I wanted it to be flatter on the top, so she worked it a little more and showed me again - I could tell I wasn't going to get what I was looking for, I needed to just hope for something decent. She was super fast with the acrylic and the polish and the nails ended up a little lumpy (not a smooth flat surface) and super thick. The little flower she painted on 2 of my nails is cute but otherwise I'm very unhappy with my nails.

My Mom, sister, and I had a phenomenal experience with TD nails. I booked pedicures through their Facebook page and was instantly confirmed through FB messenger.The atmosphere was clean and the air wasn’t as stuffy with chemicals.We were offered drinks after we were given a seat in the modern and comfortable massage chairs.The manicurist were kind and conversational.We will frequent this establishment again!

I wish i could actually give this place 0 stars if i could. I go in there thinking that this salon was very nice with all the pictures and reviews i saw but when i went in there it was a different story. Everything started out fine. took my dip off and prepped my nails fine. but when it got to shape and color, things changed. First, i asked for length in my nails. The man that did my nails did not add any length besides the nails i had that were broken. The shape of my nails, were completely off. I asked for sqaure. I got whatever my nail was doing. He did not shape my nails or anything so all of my nails are different shapes and do not match anything. Now onto color. I just wanted a simple blue french. Normally when you get a french nail, you get a natural “nail bed” color. But when i tell you this color is 100% tan/pink and not nature. The blue french part is off, it doesn’t fit the round of the finger tip and is off. Also not to mention my nails look like cheap press on nails that don’t fit my nail cause i didn’t file the sides of them first. They look like they are too big for my nails. And after everything was done, you can’t even pay with a card. You have to pay with cash. Which no one informed me over the phone. I had to get cash from their ATM in their lobby. And the fact that my nails were 60 dollars when they turned out so bad. I’m just very overall disappointed.Service: Dip powder

I have went from not regularly getting mani/pedis to becoming a regular customer of TD Nails. The men are absolutely wonderful. Always pleasant, genuinely take pride in tsking care of you and making you feel comfortable. They offer you a drink and go above for every experience. As a Mom of 3, I appreciate the "me time" they give me!Very clean, accommodating, and affordable!

I took myself,my daughter and my granddaughter here on the 16th.. we will never go back again..I had one nail break off already..my daughter lefted with her fingers sore and red...she has scabs around her cuticles...my shape wasn't right and neither was my daughter...we will not be going back and will not recommend them anymore...

First off everyone was super friendly! They do whatever kind of nail art that you want. They are nice and funny to chat with. My friend and I have been going to a different place and havnt been happy, I accidentally found these guys on Facebook and I’ll always come back here! My big toe was infected from a pedicure after the owner insistently dug at a mole under my toe nail, without warning, thinking it was dirt. The next day the toe turned red, became inflamed and was painful to the touch. Also, upon entrance, the workers were unfriendly and not very welcoming. They can benefit with training on mannerism.Cutting people's toe nails all day to make a living can't be fun, but when you're in the business of serving customers, you should at least try to put on a happier face or not be in this type of business at all.

This salon has some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They remember you and treat you like family, on top of doing a fantastic job. I went to get a pedicure today and at first it was okay the person I had did a decent job. When she was done with the basic part of the pedicure she went to someone else without finishing my color and told me she will be right back. After she was done with that person she did not once come back. Instead she went to two other people and made me wait for over an hour just for nail polish. It took about and hour and a half to two hours for her to realize she completely forgot me and started to talk to me about the color. Then when she was done she charged me $10 on top of the $35 I already paid. I feel like the it should not have taken that long for me to get my nails colored nor should she have acted like that.Service: Pedicure

They were very accommodating and great with my children. It’s my daughter’s 10th birthday and she got her first acrylic set. They look awesome. My son got his first pedicure, he’s 8, and was reluctant at first but really enjoyed it and wants to do it again. And my tech was able to do a custom paint scheme on my toes I’ve been wanting for a while. In retrospect, I wish I had tipped more. Next time!Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Been here before but my experience was a bit off today. Decided to try powder nails because I want to grow my natural nails out but wasn’t expecting to feel like I have 100 layers of powder on top. (My nails are THICK on top). First, I had to wait 40 mins after my appointment time, I didn't like that part, felt like it defeated the purpose of making an appointment. (And I was early). Secondly, while getting my nails done the gentleman (while very nice) answered three calls and stopping to answer the phone. Business phone I understand, but the personal calls twice? Lastly, my total was $50, they don’t take debit cards anymore but conveniently have an ATM machine in their salon (I see what you did there, smart). I had to take out $60 of course so I hand the gentleman the $60 thinking he’ll give me my change of $10. Lol NOPE. He hands me $5 and says “$5 your change” lol I couldnt do anything but laugh. Shouldn’t you have given me the option to tip what I felt was appropriate? Smh, not a horrible experience but one that wouldn’t make me want come back.

Always a great experience! Any of the Spa pedicures are amazing. My nails turned out beautifully. All of the staff is very friendly. And they even offer wine, hot tea, and other drinks, as well as snacks. And the massage chairs are Very relaxing! I don't go anywhere else💚

This used to be my go-to place. Tony (the owner) is great and so is San. But they just hired a few new people who are really just bad. If you go, definitely request Tony or San to make it worth the money. I stopped going because even though I had made an appointment, I would still be waiting a good 30-45 mins before they would start on my nails. It's a great place to go if you're in no rush and can waste a whole evening on it.

I moved to Shepherdstown a little over a year ago. We always get pedicures and I get dipping powder on my nails. We were so happy to have found TD Nails & Spa. Tony and the rest of the gang are always friendly and courteous. My nails are always top notch. The salon is clean and comfy. I had been getting my nails and toes done for years in Richmond, VA and my husband and I agree TD Nails & Spa is the best. I have been a regular customer for over a year now.

Can not say enough good things about this spa and the services provided by Sun for my brother who had just been released from an extended stay in a hospital and his toe nails and finger nails were in great need of care. He had never had a mani/pedi before. So I treated him to this new experience. He could not have been better cared for. Sun handled his 75-year old hands & feet with care, humor, and great service. I have never had a bad experience here. The salon is always clean. They are friendly and always offer you a beverage. I live in Martinsburg and have many options, but will drive 20 extra minutes to Shepherdstown for great service. Everyone who works there has done my nails and toes at one point, and I am always pleased. Highly recommended!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited 25 mins for an eyebrow wax, I called ahead for and did not receive. When I got there the girl sat on her phone in the pedicure chair and when another lady came in they took her before me. People continued to come in. There was a break in service between 2 workers, they then walked around and took pictures of others nails instead of helping me. I then decided they didn’t deserve my money, They were highly recommended but after I got treated like I wasn’t a valued customer I will never come back.
