Insane prices for USED & DONATED aka FREE items.I went in today & was going to buy 3 products (2 dresses & an Easter decoration). 1 of the dresses HAD A HOLE ON THE CHEST. Total was $18. RIDICULOUS. I'll be shopping at local thrift stores that are not scamming people who are genuinely struggling & need to find clothes at reasonable cost.

So the store closes at 8:00. I went in around 7:15 and found 4 items to try on. I went up to ask them to open the dressing room at 7:40 and they said, “We were told to close the dressing rooms at 7:30”. It was so no one would keep them later than closing, I suppose. It would have been nice to know that when I first got to the store. I put back all my clothes and didn’t buy them.Other than that, I like the store.

I came in earlier this morning and was upset to see two employees being harassed and disrespected over politely asking a fellow customer (multiple times) to wear their mask properly. They handled the situation so well despite the circumstances. Great job Goodwill! Thank you for protecting your community.

They run a very clean store. But thats where the good ends. They aren't friendly during custom service or taking donations. They act like they are inconvenienced by you bringing them things. Forgetting they wouldn't have a business without donations. I came in one day and asked how late they took donations, and when I came the next day, was given tons of attitude about the time (even though it was before when I was told the cut off was). When I explained that i had verified the donation time, they essentially blew me off. Unfortunately, despite how close they are and how easy it is to drop things off. I won't be donating to this location again.

Small Goodwill. Needs a better selection of toys. There wasn't much to offer in Halloween costumes either. I don't know if they just had a big sale but their selection of men's shirts was pretty sparse. This is actually a Goodwill that I might take off my monthly stop lost because it's not worth the drive to get there.

I love any thrift store, but this one is my favorite. The toys need a section and not placed up where the kids can't even see them or touch them. You'd sell a lot more toys if we could see what we were looking at. The layout needs a bit of redesign for better shopping experience. Thanks Goodwill!

I used to be a regular customer here. Used to visit every single week. Under the mask mandate there are exemptions and my daughter has one. She is MEDICALLY unable to wear a mask to prevent a danger to her health. We have the medical exempt card from the doctor and the hospital both. The rude lady at the counter told me if she couldn't wear a mask she would have to stand outside. What kind of mother leaves an 11 year old girl stand outside on a side walk of a strip mall? I will not spend my money here again.

Great store. Very organized BUT the ladies that work there need an attitude adjustment. They should be reminded they do not work at a high end exclusive boutique.. You are in West Virginia working at a thrift store... The prices on the home goods is way too much. I watched one of the store clerks talk down to a woman so harshly and rude...I will never go back into this goodwill.

We provided this goodwill with items when we were moving. They accepted a platform queen waterbed frame which was fully complete. Frame could be used with any queen mattress. On our second return for donations, we discovered they we tossing the bed to the trash! I have had at least 8 contacts for the bed frame since I left the area. Wish I was able to find a place for it sooner.Please consider donating elsewhere. This is not our first bad experience with this goodwill. They need new management.

Great location in Sheperdstown with a good selection of clothing. Monday's are 99 cent days for the color of the week clothing. They also have a good selection of books.
