High prices for no more than you get for icecream. The owners make the workers give smaller portions on icecream and topping. You have to ask for extra topping and pay more just to get any kind of topping.The tables are always dirty, trash is almost always full.The bathrooms are always dirty and smells like sewer.

I've been to many Dairy Queens. This one is the best by far! The burgers are not only the best, but they actually come out looking as good as the ones on TV! I would never say that about any other fast food restaurant! Staff is friendly. I've only been through the drive thru so I can't comment on the atmosphere or the inside of the building. GREAT JOB ROMNEY D.Q.!!!!!!

I will be turning you in to the BBS.. this place give dairy queen a bad name .... The workers was outside talken to boys smoking the one worker came in waited on me and my husband with ashes on her shirt ..the kids was running in and out ...fles all around place smelled like sewer ..... You have kids running the show which no one else was eating there that should of told me something .... Table was dirty.i don't know how someone can run a place like that ... I thought the place was a business not a place for kids to hang out .... The one grown women there didn't have any sense on how to run the place serving someone with smoke smell and ashes on her shirt ....

although my wife and I had a relatively light meal, the food was still very very good and was prepared pretty quickly. Yes they are practicing social distancing so that was a big plus. and dairy Queen is never that expensive. My wife's very partial to the vanilla milkshakes, whereas I seem to like their chocolate ice cream the most. well worth the trip, and they do have a drive-in in case you didn't want to get out of your car. Two thumbs up, time well spent.

Romney DQ amazing staff and even better managers always accommodate special orders. Staff is so nice and witnessed a manager go out of his way to make sure a customer had exactly what she wanted, improvised on the spot when they didn't have the specific color icing the customer requested but made sure to give plant of options and make sure the customer was fully satisfied. Love going here for lunch and some icy treats.

Service was good. My friend has cancer and started shaking. The drink fell and made a mess. When I spoke up and apologized for it, the server got mad slammed her rag and said tell me they made a mess. The other server said she had to tell you they made a mess on purpose. Poor customer service. Accidents do happen. Don't judge a book by its cover.

Service is slow, the cashier seemed frazzled, and I was charged almost $3 for a cup of water (rang it up as a coke). Also, they don't have slaw for the hot dogs. Pretty sure my hot dog was undercooked and my kid found a hair in hers.

Excellent service! I live 2 hours away and I would definitely go back not because I don't have one near me but bc of the great service and people there. Everyone from the cashiers to cooks to the people who brought out food and even the other customers; everyone was just amazing! 💯 Recommend

So I never complain about restaurants on here because I know it doesn't really help but after today I hope at least 1 person reads this and knows they deserve better. I stopped at Dairy Queen in Romney and they said they were out of fries and onion rings, ok no big deal it happens so I asked if I could just order chicken so they rang me up and I noticed they charged me for the fries so I said something and was told that's how Ruby told them to do it. To make a long story a little shorter I told them to cancel the order because you are basically stealing from your customers charging them for food you can't provide.So I leave and I call Ruby who is apparently the owner of Dairy Queen instead of her just apologizing and making it better she states she doesn't have good employees, this whole time she just blows it off like it's no big deal that they are charging customers for something they can't give them, in my mind this is stealing, also in my mind you don't put down your employees you apologize and correct the situation. The whole time I am on the phone with her, her husband is making rude comments in the background. I have never dealt with a business owner who is so rude to a customer or who would allow her husband to make rude comments to a customer from the background. They both need a lesson in respect and how to run a business. Anyways my reason for this very long post is not because of an order of fries its the principal of how you treat people and if you treat paying customers that bad I can't imagine how you speak to your employees. If you want good employees you have to treat them with respect and have their back you can't blame a mistake on them and call them bad employees and expect them to do better.For anyone working for these rude people I am so sorry for what you have to endure and trust me there are plenty of other jobs out there that will treat you better and give you the respect you deserve, you do not deserve to be treated like this and I hope you know your worth and find something better.

Great place to grab an ice cream treat or a quick bite. They offer a daily special and today's special was a discount on banana splits. Ours were delicious. Employees were pleasant and helpful.

Very unprofessional food was cold had to ask 3 times to get my food correct then while eating all the crew was comming tho lobby yelling about how bad it stinks bc somebody had to change there child. They was eating in front of customers and beating on windows then when they was done do all that they was outside smoking I will never go bk.

The young ladies behind the counter were busy and doing their job as quickly as they could. But this one young lady was cleaning out or looking for something in the fridge and spouting off how she hates her job. This went on the entire time we were there. I know she doesn't care if my order comes out correct. Plus shouldn't they be wearing gloves when handling food? Not one person was wearing gloves

Well some employees need to have respect for there customers like greeting them and not rolling there eyes at them or cutting the customer off when the customer is talking and employees need to learn to smile when waiting on customers. One customer can complain to other people and cause business to loose up to 10 people that is not good customer service

The food here is delicious. The people working here are always so nice. They have a nice selection of cakes in the coolers if you are looking for a cake for the occassion. Highly recommend this place.

We stopped here passing through after dinner on Sundays and with covid we suggested that since the boy handling your food should wear gloves. He touches money then you're ice cream cone. So we went there every Sunday and no gloves we would pay and not order cones to throw away. So becarefull here. Don't like to put this on here but it's the truth not a joking matter. Some one should wear gloves before touching something that's going in your mouth. After the 4th time through we realized its a big joke him but it could be someones life or maybe it already has.

My service was fine. However there was an elderly lady in line behind us that was trying to be nice to the younger lady who was placing her order. The waitress placing the order started being very rude to the elderly lady. When the elderly lady ask the waitress how r u today. The waitress rolled her eyes, shook her head and very bluntly says is tis for here or to go. I took it as a very rude waitress who should consider finding a different career that doesnt involve dealing with the public. Especially if her life is that bad at this point. It was actually ignorant enough that i felt bad for the elderly lady as she just looked away as her face dropped as she finished placing her order.

When I've had their food it's been okay. However online it said the store closes at 10 and we got there at 9, turns out they close at 9:30. So we get there at 9 and are waiting at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no response before deciding to park and go inside to order. We get to the door to find both entrances locked at about 9:06, and the lady inside then looks at us and walks to the NEON open sign and turns it to closed and doesn't even acknowledge us. This was on a Friday night before close you'd think they wouldn't turn a customer away.

Service was great. We were waited on by a wonderful and beautiful young lady and our food was served promptly and accordingly. Very impressed today all around!!!
