The remodel job made things inconvenient especially for senior citizens. Greetings cards in back of store animal products also in back as well as paper products. I don't know who the designer was but apparently did not take into consideration seniors having to walk to the back for simple things especially with a cane.

Got what I wanted. In and out. Their app would actually be better if they had in store wifi. The lights or something keep you from getting a signal almost as soon as you walk inside the store. The coupon for the coke wasn't even on the app but listed inside the store. Yet, no way to download it. But found a better alternative. Not perfect, but better then most.

The cashier's have all been friendly however, there's always a wait and only one person working the register, otherwise a good place to grab any small house item that you're missing.

I love shopping at the Short Gap/Ridgeley WV store!!!! Friendly staff, plenty of items to choose from and the store is always clean from the bathrooms to aisles!!! I do my best to shop at this store only, unless I need something that DG doesn't carry!! I'm a female disabled vietnam Era Veteran and they are always thanking me for my service. Thank you so much!!!!

I love Dollar General Store! I shop there for Sunday School supplies, cards, auto, food items. I was very glad when a DG was built in Fountain.

Crowded with displays of merchandise, not easy to maneuver. Staff look miserable, every single one & not very friendly.
