I had a great experience at Kings Tire while traveling from Florida to Toronto, Canada. I woke up to a flat tire and after searching for a rare tire size for my Corvette, I was happy to find Kings Tire. The service was amazing and the staff was extremely helpful and reasonable. They not only found the tire I needed but also replaced all my tires at a fair price. As a mechanic shop owner myself, I was impressed by the level of service I received. I highly recommend Kings Tire to anyone in the West Virginia area. It was a pleasure dealing with their staff.

The best shop I've ever dealt with. Traveling back to Ohio, my axel seal developed a bad leak and even though that is not their wheelhouse, they got me back on the road super quick. You can't beat Justin and his team. Thanks very much.

Been using Kitts for years and have nothing but positive things to say about them folks. Bought tires from them several times and they do rotate (free of charge) every five-six thousand miles. I have this done at my regular oil change intervals. They are the only shop around this area I trust 💯% to get the job done right without jacking up my lug nuts with an impact or leaving my drain plug loose. They are honest and don’t overcharge the way some do. I highly recommend!

1st experience. Was good! We took our xterra and gmc dually for inspections and dually needed tires mounted. Guys were super nice. Seemed to keep em rolling in and out! Our Dog Scout was fascinated by all the action while waiting.Great job and will be back!

Everyone here was so great! I was just driving through town while on a road trip and ran into a little tire trouble. I really lucked out that these guys were the closest shop. They took great care of me. I would definitely take my car here regularly (if it wasn’t three hours away from home). Thank you!

I took my car in to have tires put on that I bought there.I wasn’t satisfied (my fault) I got white letters installed. the old rims and tire were put in the trunk. After a few days and removing the old ones I realized my NEW steering wheel in the trunk was gone. I asked Butch to check with his boys and see if they took it out when putting the old tires in ( makes sense) he refused to even ask. Not end of story . I couldn’t find the key for the locks on the mags AGAIN he refused to look or ask his boys. Just shook his head NO in a demeaning way both time. Hey don’t leave valuables or things in the car because you will get the GLASSES LOW, HEAD SHAKE NO. Good luck. I’m not saying they are thieves,But a fifty foot walk to ask wasn’t a exhausting request. I have bought a lot There. And didn’t deserve that . At least ask or look. .

This was my first time there. They helped me a lot by driving my vehicle to see what I was talking about and then assisting with the special order of my new tires. Had the tires I requested the next day and put them on within an hour. Price wasn't bad and would recommend service here.

Lucky for me I discovered this shop soon after returning back to the area. These folks are Fair and have reasonable rates and descent technicians. They suit my vehicle needs so far if they can't do it they will refer you to other Techs.

I don’t recommend anyone use Kitts Tire Service. I went to them for new tires, brake pads, and rotors and just recently went to another garage for new bearings and was informed I needed to replace my brake pads again and calipers this time because Kitts over tightened and cross threaded my calipers and brake pads. So not only did I have to replace my pads again after less than a year, but I also had to replace my calipers. When I called Kitts to see if their work was under warranty or to see if I could get reimbursed for their mess up they would not offer any reimbursement and implied they did nothing wrong. After this instance I talked to another individual who took their vehicle to Kitts for an alignment on a truck and he had to have it fixed at another garage also because Kitts done the alignment wrong. So definitely think twice about having work done on your vehicle by Kitts because they aren’t cheap and they do a terrible job that you’ll end up having to spend even more money to get fixed somewhere else.

If you get in before noon you can typically get in and out pretty quickly. Usually around an hour, of course its dependent on what all services you ask for. Fair prices

Everyone was very cordial and quick to help me. I needed my WV state car inspection and it was handled quickly and they put my new plate on the car without being asked. Very, very nice employees.

Went to this place for the first time to get a state inspection sticker, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. The staff were very courteous, professional and speedy. Definitely would go again!

I got stuck on the side of 77 when a back tire blew. I selected kitts based on reviews and was towed there. They got me right in and out and did a good job with tire balance and didn't try to sell me extra stuff. I live in morgantown but I'd recommend kitts if you're in the Princeton area.
