Very rude employee, assistant manager actually. Would not go look at the item to fix the coupon error. She just stood there and asked is this the right stuff on your coupon. I know how to read and I sure know how to use my coupons because I have been doing it for years. She just didn’t want to make the customer feel good shopping there. No she was acting as I was stupid instead of going to look herself. Sad sad place to shop. Should really train your employees about customer first!! Never will I return to that store. Oh and after all the bad reviews there at this store #923 you should really fire and hire some people with better customer service experience. Instead of all the rude people you have now!!! Very very unsatisfied!

Absolutely horrible. This store does not have, anything you need. Employees never upfront, and expect you, to use the self checkout. Employees are usually outside, at the door smoking. Something needs to be done. You have one employee, I believe her name is Ded. She seems to be, the only employee working. This store, seems to go through too many store manager, maybe the company, should investigate into, what is actually going on at this location.

Been coming to this location, for a while now, since I pass this location daily. We'll had to go in here the other day, and to day the least, wi be the last time. The employees are never around to be found, always gossiping to each other, about having too much to do, and, having to come check out customers. They have too many items out of stock. The store seems to be dirty. Most of the employees are friendly, with the exception of a couple. I believe upper management needs to come in, and check these stores out nore often. I may give this location a try again, in the future, but no time soon.

Love this place and great deals and the new assistant manager Brandi, I absolutely loved her, friendly and very helpful. Friendly and helpful employees make a huge difference.! I don’t want to leave out Haley she was also great! I’ll definitely make this my place to shop.

It's a nice smaller store with all the amenities that you find in larger stores farther away. Always friendly service and locations in every direction from my house. Within no more than 5 miles. Also location, location, location. It means a lot. I'd like to see them do to Wally world what Wally world did to Kmart and all the smaller, friendlier stores.

I love my Dollar General Market! It's a great place to run in to get a few things quickly depending on how many registers are open. I love the fact that in maybe? a third of the store I can get basic groceries without having to hike a mile. The rest of the store has household essentials, clothes, medicine, anything basic you might need. They run good sales, and the manager Richard seems to be a good guy, Fred is always extremely helpful, and I've known Brenda DeVor for years.. to the extent that one day I had a buggy of groceries rung up and realized I did not have my wallet with me, she said she would cover it for me!

This Dollar General always seems to be disorganized and somewhat jumbled up. I don't know if it is because this store in general gets so much business or what. But other Dollar General Stores in the area are cleaner, neater, and a much more pleasant shopping experience.

Always friendly staff. They have everything we need when we can't find it at the other Princeton Dollar General. Great prices and selection. It's a clean, updated store and great location.

They seem to always have what we need. Good hours. Store is clean. Bathroom is usually pretty clean as well.Staff stays busy and at times is is hard to find help.

The old lady "store associate" that waited on me when I picked up my Fed Ex package, she was very rude and hateful and she also tried refusing me my package when I tried showing my e-mail stating that they was ready for pick up and said show e-mail to store associate and said signature required. Well she refused to give them to me and insisted that my I.D. address had to match the address that was on the package and Regardless of me showing the e-mail, she still refused me my package!!! She made me go get proof that i was who I was and then said she was following company policy which in fact wasn't true!! She also refused to give me the number to their corporate office so i could report her for her actions!!!

Terrible service. The young manager with the white hair was outside smoking with other employees in the parking lot with music from a vehicle blaring for everyone to hear, there are constantly boxes in the middle of the isles, some of the shelves are always bare, when I asked the manager for help or to check if the item was in the back he refused and said if I can't find it, then they don't have it. It's just a really terrible Dollar General. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Employees are always nice, stock is good but the digital coupons short me every time. I still saved more than going anywhere else but I don't like how their digital coupons are discounted.

Always has isles filled will rolltainers and cardboard rolltainers they need to straighten the store and some of the employees know where things are in the store some of them won't help you and tell you they don't have product when they do all I have to say is know your store and clean it up to actually shop

Cluttered despite being a new building. Terrible place to get out of with traffic flying around a curve that you can't see around. You just have to take a chance and hope no one is speeding.

Terrible customer service items in stock are just laying around the store sarcastic employees and one literally turned off the phone whenever I was trying to discuss if they had an item that I needed.
