Big Lots is the "treat myself" store! Not only do I enjoy walking around and browsing to see all the great new and fun items each time I go, but I also find items I cannot find in other stores I shop in regularly. I love the way Big Lots has the store set up with items like food and pantry, laundry, beauty, clothing, candles, gorgeous artificial plants in adorable pots. Seasonal items are always around the corner so colorful and decorative. Don't forget the pet section, electronics, paper goods aisle, toys, toys, toys...and if you need a pair of reading glasses, you can find a pair under $15, and that includes a case! Oh, don't let me forget to tell you about all the great food and snack aisles. There's just not enough room and time for me to mention any more great things I love about Big Lots, but just come on in and see for yourself. You will love this store just like I do...Happy shopping!

I normally love the store and don’t have issues. But today was crazy a huge line of customers and only 1 cashier.The only cashier feels it necessary to carry on full conversations with EVERYONE! They did not attempt to open another register even when asked.

We love their bath towels and accessories. They unique colors of towels. Good quality. Nice outdoor furniture and solar lights and garden accessories. We love Big Lots.

Place to go to when you just want to look around, some good deals on little things and some prices leave you shaking your head, staff is lukewarm at best a couple people stand out and are very nice. Offer some decent furniture nothing to fancy but definitely get the job done recommend for that just wanna get out and your tired of Walmart.

Great overall experience! The cashier Shannon was absolutely what I’m looking for in customer service. Not only did she help me direct me to what I was looking for, but she also was very presentable and got several customers through her line. She definitely deserves a raise! So I am now a member at this amazing facility and definitely will recommend anyone in my area to check it out!!!

Well staffed today and store was being stocked. We were stopped by an employee and told of the extra savings on clearance. My sister bought a patio furniture set, cushions, etc and staff was exceptional to us!! Thank you and Good job!

A lot of empty shelves. Discount store offering discounted service. The cashier was nice but not a single other employee spoke. They seemed to busy talking to each other or on their cellphone.

Ever since I had a bad run-in with one of the workers a year back that swore I had stolen from the store and I hadn't, I didn't think I'd go back.I'd given them another chance and surprisingly, the staff were way kinder and I actually enjoyed myself there.

I enjoy Big Lots. They have an ever changing array of items at reasonable prices. Sure, you find an occasional dud, but anything has the potential to break, regardless of it's point of purchase. Plus they periodically have 20% off sales on Sunday, which only adds to the bargain.

Never again!Went looking for outdoor furniture. They were out of almost everything and offered to sell the display. The set was missing the coffee table but they offered to sell us the set for full price without the table (no break for missing piece of set) Then when I balked at what they thought was fair deal.....they acted like I should accept being screwed and be happy about it. The Richlands store is much better.

A very good big lots store! Always good deals and plenty of selection. A very wide variety of items, sales paper is on the right upon entry. Lawn and garden, hygiene, electronic, furniture, clothing, animal sections and much more! Quite a big store compared to its brethren. Helpful employees every time we ask!

I'm never disappointed at Big Lots, no matter what location. I can always find something to take home at a reasonable price. The associates are always kind and helpful. Wish one was closer to my hometown.

The only issue is if you buy stuff marked down and it's got a lesser price tag over top a more costly tag the item won't always scan at the lesser price

"What an exciting trip to Big Lots!" said no one ever. Product selection has declined in recent years, and the "rewards" bonus card isn't a significant attraction if the lack of shoppers is any indication. One simply doesn't think about Big Lots for quality food, so increasing the food product line while decreasing the retail selections for cheap home decor signs might not be the marketing strategy to revitalize or sustain the store. Oh, please take a little pride and clean the store. 👍
