I’ll start by saying , DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER SOMETHING ONLINE THROUGH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY Chairs uneven (rocky), as shown in video,non complete order(missing bench), disrespectful staff at Princeton Wv location,unable to take accountability, and the table is damaged, as shown in pictures, also very untimely delivery and still have not received the bench! My family an I ordered a dining set and doing so ordered the 5 piece Ashley table plain but nice on the eye ! First an for most I received the order 6 weeks later then quoted and in contract ! Secondly the table came damaged I’ll be sure to drop the pictures here so you all can see, also this table did not make it to me complete instead it showed up partial. And being a patient man I showed respect and complete understanding because it was the holidays. It was missing the 5th piece a bench. But instead of getting respected and understood I got told that’s what I ordered! I said no mam your wrong I have the original contract, at that time sent copies to the staff member trying to tell me I got what I ordered! At that point I got told oh wow, no apology no explanation as to why it was sent to me partial! Only a excuse of you ordered it online it comes from an outside vendor blah blah blah blah complete scripted material to use when something goes wrong! Take responsibility for your company’s actions. And offer a apology of any sort to the concerned customer! And instead of any kind of apology got told to be quiet so that she could speak (Stacy-Stacie) however it’s spelled at the Princeton wv store location. I hope this review makes its way to corporate headquarters desk !! And you reach out to apologize for your stores actions and the actions of your supposedly store manager at this location in Princeton wv! Complete and udder disrespect from (Stacy).. I don’t know where you as a company where coming from hiring such a lil punk to run this location. I genuinely was concerned sense it’s been another month going on 2 as to where my bench for said table was and if I was to be compensated for the damaged table! Better figure this situation out because the last I checked the customer is always right & everyone in general should be treated with respect . I’m no dog and take no orders from somebody behind a phone and desk ! DO BETTER AARONS ! And buyer beware they goof up which everyone does but the problem is accountability and fixing it in a timely manner ! So if your looking to buy from Aaron’s I’d highly suggest buying from a better location then run down disrespectful and incompetent Princeton WV Location !

I love Aaron’s! I’ve got a washer & Dryer from them, one more payment and it’s officially mine, I decided to get a Nintendo switch to replace the one my ex husband stole from me! If I had friends who need anything I’ll refer them to Aaron’s! Always friendly and nice people very helpful!

I went in looking for king bedroom set. Just so happened they had 1 in back that someone ordered but changed mine. After some a few situations with delivery. They came through and I received my set. I absolutely love it and thankful for delivery and set up of my set. Customer service at its best. Thanks to everyone who works there to make my dream of owning my first new bedroom set. Yes I also went back and 2 mattresses for my nephew and niece. Thanks again Chanay is great sales mgr

Aarons on Stafford blows their local competitors out the water! They don't harass you if you're late on a payment. They simply call to see what's going on & how they can help. That right there says a lot. Don't waste time shopping around. Just go to Aarons!!Ill try to upload photos later. Check out the dining room table with shelves on one side, must see! This companyis full of it, after waiting 3 days on delivery n missing work bc as stated,,,between 10_3 for delivery. My 4th phone call ended by cancelation on Aaron's part. I have been a loyal customereven buying out right products,, this is how they treat there 1st responder veterans without an explanation.

Recently visited this Aaron’s in a moment of small crisis. Driving from North Carolina to Indiana my phone suddenly stopped working and I was stuck in this town that I had no idea how to navigate, and I had struck out finding a paper map at a few gas stations. Finally I saw an Aaron’s and remembered buying a computer at one in Indiana years ago and stopped in to see if they sold GPS units too to get me home. The woman with blonde dreadlocked (I think) hair was very apologetic and concerned for me and took time to go grab her phone and show me on her maps how to get to the Walmart on the other side of town. She wished me well and I was able to find it based on her directions easily. It was a real Miracle on 34th St moment, she knew her store didn’t have it but to be helpful she told me exactly how to find it and helped me find my way home. I might still be circling the mountains if it weren’t for her. I’ll probably never be back in the area to buy from her directly, but I really hope someone reads this and gets a full house load of furniture from her! She’s an angel.

By far the worst place to do business with and I would rate them a -5 if I could. They bribe their customers to write a 5 star review in exchange for a credit on their purchase. All employees are rude and could care less about their customers. They will threaten you every way imaginable even when you don't owe them a dime. When they realize they are in the wrong over a situation they still refuse to correct the situation. Corporate can never be reached. You will end up paying 4x the amount the item is worth. I will never make another purchase with them and I suggest you don't either. They try to say they are the best store with all the fake plaques hanging on the wall and no doubt in my mind they are fake. Never give them any card or account info for payments as they lie and tell you they don't save the info in their system and they run your card without permission. BUYERS BEWARE!!

Great for that emergency appliance or furniture purchase whe you don't necessarily have 3k extra to spend and their same as cash option is fair. Not 6 months like Rent A Center but still fair. Their delivery guys aren't very careful they managed to damage my drywall an a door while trying g to get a couch into my place. Didn't waste time tell I g the store manager bc I didn't wanna Hassel I just fix it but they got the couch in. On the second attempt. Great experience though.

I recently ordered an arcade game, Deer Hunter, and was approved online. I was extremely exited to make this purchase. After a week or so the local office called, to which I thought was to confirm my delivery date, but to my surprise they cancelled my order! The sales manager, who called, was rude and stated "since we have so many service issues with these I cancelled the order." First off how dare a manager dictate what customers should order! I have made many purchases over a period of 20 years in Ohio, South Carolina but the Aaron's store in Princeton West Virginia is the worst experience ever!

Excellent service, wonderful staff! Coco helped us with the purchase of our sectional, which we fell in love with right away. We had worked with Aaron’s in the past, so we knew we wanted to go back to do business with them. The process was super easy and fast, Coco was such a pleasant and friendly sales manager. Our sectional was delivered today and it’s a 10/10!!! Would highly recommend the Princeton Aaron’s to anyone and everyone!!

I have dealt with Aaron's several times over the years. I went in yesterday and Coco ask if she could help me. I needed a new dryer. She helped me find one and was very patient, courteous and kind. She actually was able to get me a washer AND a dryer for only a couple dollars more than the dryer payment would have been.
