Picked up my Great Dane today. Had an injury on his nose. I asked the staff members what had happened and no one knows anything. When I arrived home I noticed his testicles were a little swollen and bleeding. He’s an elderly dog but that’s not the condition he was dropped off in. Definitely will not be returning.

They always do such a wonderful job with grooming our very large red golden retriever. He loves his groomer Victoria and is always glad when she comes out to greet him! Staff is very accommodating when I call to make sure my grand pup has s to jay! 5 stars is not enough!

Winding Road Kennel was amazing! They are everything we are looking for in a groomer. Our groomer, Erica, was very communicative and made sure we got all of our requests in before taking our pup in for grooming. At first, our pup seemed nervous, but when I went to pick him up, he was completely at ease, and that's when you know you got a good groomer!The cut was very well done and cleanly cut. Erica did everything we had ask for and beyond! And the pricing was beyond reasonable. For our pup, which is a mid-size 45lb medium-long hair, we ended up paying $55 + tip.Very happy with Winding Road Kennel and will definitely be coming back!Pictures of before and after (with bandana courtesy of WRK!)

We only kennel our dog once a year but when we do this is our only choice. The staff is phenomenal. I've never had a problem with them the whole week she's there. She's older and doesn't do well with others, but they do amazing with her. I even call and check on her a couple times throughout the week and they have no problem giving me updates.

Amazing staff! You can tell they love animals and they love what they do. They treat you and your pets like family. I feel so confident leaving my dog there - she always comes home happy and healthy. Their prices are really affordable, too, especially for the level of service they provide. Highly recommend!

Excellent staff & facilities!! They ALWAYS take great care of my dog. One of the few kennels around that takes a serious interest & concern in Bosco's well being & happiness!! Would recommend to anyone looking for good housing for their fur baby when going out of town. Excellent groom shop as well! Michelle makes him look & smell wonderful!

I take my Molly, a wiener dog, there for grooming and she loves it! She is a VERY strong willed and particular old woman and doesn't accept just anyone...so for her to "run" toward their area to have her"spa" day every time is awesome!!!❤

This place is great!!!! I know my dog will be safe while i'm away and when I ask them to do extra things as far as grooming it is always done when I pick up my pet. The staff is great and you can tell they love all animals....Thanks to the staff for the great care of my dog.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!My 4 month old Great Dane stayed for a week while I was away on vacation. She has a UTI which she was prescribed 2 weeks of antibiotics and pain killers. I wrote down what she needed to take, the receptionist wrote it down as well, and gave them the medication which clearly states what she needs. She wasn't given her pain meds and they doubled her antibiotics in which she has been vomitting and diarrhea every 2-3 hours. I will not be going back here and take further action for negligence!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this kennel, the owner and the wonderful staff that is employed at this kennel. I have been using Winding Road kennel for the last 20 years and I will Overlook higher-priced, better advertised and fancier kennels every single time when I am in need of kenneling my dogs. The owner here is present daily and is actively involved with every customer and pet the comes to the door and you are always greeted with an excited and happy face by the receptionist. The handlers here are wonderful and non-judgemental two breeds. The only thing that I wish is that they would have a taller fence for dogs like mine who are jumpers, but they accommodate her by 50 ft lead line. I love love love love this kennel and highly recommend them to anybody looking for a safe, secure and pet loving kennel while they need to be separated from their fur babies for whatever reason. It is not in the most convenient location, but again it is more than worth it. There is not a high turnover rate at this kennel so you become very close to the owner, the receptionist and that handlers of your pets. If I could give them 10 Stars even 20 I would.

I love the employees at winding road, I can call last min. For Fiona to be boarded and they've always come through for us. Fiona goes nuts when we pull up I open my car door and she runs to there door. Ty winding road

Great staff. Treated the dog great. Big yard with things for dogs to play with. The took a picture of our dog playing and sent it to us. All around great place!!

So, the first 2 stays they must have quicked the claws since she went from laying like a baby and regular clippers without a care to a war in terror. This round they lost the collar (that has never fallen off over the years but that was the excuse they gave) and tags (license, ravies vaccine, and tracking chip tag). So not only paid for the stay but a new collar and new tracker tags after a few days of being told they were supposedly looking for it. Extremely disappointed at this point.
