Don't STOP HERE. One of the worst Pilots to go to. Paid for reserve parking; spots are tight as hell. Woke up with a hanging mirror. Had to wait 1 hour 47 minutes just to get out of parking spot. Pilot don't pay for damages to property even though it was paid parking and there cameras don't work. About to call State for hit and run claim.

Update: Like several other drivers, I had to improvise a bit as far as parking. A few minutes ago, their security came and knocked on my door. To be honest, I fully expected to be told I have to go elsewhere. Instead, he told me that I'm good, and asked if I could pull forward a few feet so they could fit another truck in behind meThey just earned back that star I took away for the poor parking situation.Don't listen to the one star whiners complaining about how busy this place is. The store, while not terribly big, is clean, well stocked and has friendly staff. This place gets pretty busy and you'll often see a line of trucks in the street waiting to pull in. The parking situation here is abysmal, so they lose one star for that.If you're a truck driver, don't plan on this being a fast stop unless you're pulling in at 3am or something like that, because you're gonna be here a while.

Probably one of the worst truck stops you could ever stop at. Even if you only need fuel, it's a bad idea to stop here due to extremely long lines of a badly designed truck stop. It is even worse if you park here because once you park your trapped and can't get out unless someone is nice will be kind enough to let you out.

Quick place to stop and get gas and a snack/drink. The convenience store had a nice selection of both consumables and other items. Staff were friendly and quick to checkout. Bathrooms were reasonably clean.

One of the worst truck stops in America. This is what the average wait looks like anytime you pull in here at any hour, day or night.Parking is a joke, the lot is WAY too tight and with the constant flow of traffic it could be an hour before you can back into a spot.

This pilot is ABSOLUTELY TRASH. Always a long wait to get diesel. One pump I know of has no def. Got people fighting there with knifes and mini sledge hammer. Little to know parking. People park in front of diesel lanes at entrance which makes turning into lanes even more constricted almost impossible. Avoid this trashy pos place.

🚩🚩 WARNING DONT GET HAS HERE🚩🚩 got 12 dollars worth of gas ..put a hold on my care 150 bucks. Put my account on the negative!!!24 TO 48 hours to release the hold. in 2024 theybdont have the technology to charge ur card for what you got? Never had the problem at loves! Disappointed. Ans the coffee to 2.50 for a refill! Too expensive

The place it ok for a quick stop but not for a long rest. It's a little dirty in some areas. The bathroom are ok, good thing their an Arbys inside where you can get a quick bit to eat or breakfast. Parking is crowded but it work depending on the time you get here.

Love this place. New shower heads so perfect water pressure! The place was sparkling clean and super nice night staff!! The shower rooms smelled good like tropical spray, and they have real live flowers in the shower rooms! Makes the room pop! If I ever have to stop at a Pilot in West Virginia again, I hope it's this one!!

DRIVER WARNING: They do not enforce prime parking here, if you need a guaranteed spot for a late stopping point in your drive this isn’t the option. You’ll be met with a refund and an apology.Staff was courteous and understanding. They don’t have armed security here like other pilot/flying j’s out there. Nothing anyone working here could do. It’s the corporate money hungry losers that need to stop offering prime parking here.

I love Pilot and Flying J. It's the only place where I fill up. But this location either needs to be expanded or shut down. It's a hazard to public safety. It causes traffic to impede and back up all the way to the I-64 exit ramp due to all the congestion. Accidents waiting to happen with all the blind spots and tight manuvering as well.

The State Governor really needs to intervene, in regard to the public calamity this place causes. I recommend others to formerly make a complaint, because apparently this situation hasn’t gotten enough attention yet. I’m speaking of course of the EXTREME traffic congestion this place causes. And when I say Extreme, I mean backing up the interstate extreme. Complete gridlock, extreme.

Clean but beware, it is small. Probably not a problem during the day but its a different ball game in the afternoon. The line to get in was so long people couldn’t leave the fuel island as the entrance went right in front of the exit

I drive my truck cost to cost and this is the worst Pilot I seen the disorganization to enter and exit Management has to work better also the scale floor is broken, I hope never happens but in case emergency occurs the rescue truck CANNOT ACCESS AT ALL . And yes “some truckers has to do better follow signs when is NO PARKING in yellow lines !!!!!

Awful truck stop. Waiting forever for a shower. Truck parking lot smaller then a circle k gas station and only 3 bathroom stalls if they aren’t all clogged . This place needs some serious help

Cashier is very ignorant or she could be racist had me standing there in the middle of the store and doesn't say anything for good 5 minutes while she was cleaning coffee area and she saw me standing there then by the time she gets to cash register she stares like I stole something? Had the stores manager knocking on my door 3 times through out then night. In 2 different shift telling me to move even after the day shift manager walked outside and point and told me this spot is available for me to park mean while u look around thebparking lot at 3 in the morning and. And see all the other trucks sitting in no parking zones. And the best part is when I woke up she was climbed up on my steps and trying to peak into my window. Very shady situation will never come to this establishment again

Pulling in now (10/25/2021 @ 1619edt)To see they have 6 truck islands and 3 are closed off. Might as well close the entire place down. Lines out to the road for the truck entrance. Truckers can’t read entrance and exit signs pulling out the in. The parking lot isn’t big enough for all this.You would think, common sense says, we are a fuel stop / truck stop for major carriers let’s get our pumps up and running ASAP so we don’t have major delays. And I get they could have went down today, but the caution tape and trash cans say otherwise

Very small. No room. Easily waiting over an hour just to get out of the place because of the mile long line. Showers took over an hour even though i was next in line. This place has no buisness calling itself a truck stop. I'd rather park on the street than here.

Pilot…you need about 70 more pumps and 300 more parking spots to cover this demand. We’ve got trucks sitting in line blocking intersections and interstates! IT’S Ridiculous! There’s not another main truck stop within 150 miles so anybody like TA or Loves want to make billions of dollars? Thrn build one here and get your pockets stuffed!! 💰
