If you want to be bombarded with LOUD Walmart radio then you should shop there.. if you value your sanity and don’t want a headache I’d shop somewhere else. I had a headache leaving the store because they played Walmart radio so loudly I couldn’t hear myself think. Turn down the radio so customers can shop in peace. I honestly don’t know if I’ll shop there again. I’ll just go to giant eagle where I can shop in peace

Visit was great! Needed assistance in automotive and the zone attendant was prompt, friendly, and actually gave the persona that she actually enjoyed being a customer service representative for Walmart. She definitely leads by example, just by enjoying what she does. America's Workforce needs more engaged employees like this!

Pickup from this location is a joke. They bag very small items individually requiring the entire order to be re-bagged before you can remove them from the vehicle. I contacted support and was told that this is the process they follow because multiple employees pick from one order…why? Even if that is their procedure why must they continue to keep the order in the mess it’s in upon delivery. Pickup is supposed to make shopping more convenient and organized yet it’s more difficult than actually shopping in person. Kroger pickup however is extraordinarily better than whatever Wal-Mart is trying to do.

Walmart’s in store selection on a lot of items has improved at the south ridge location. Anymore the employees seem nicer too. Not sure what’s going on there but I hope it keeps up!

I had my two front tires replaced there on Sunday. They answered the phones earlier in the week promptly, set up my appointment quickly, and did a great job!

They keep a wide selection of grocery items in stock. I usually find what I'm looking for. Since they changed the store layout, I have a harder time finding things. But if I get stuck, I can use the app to find the aisle number.

Honestly, it's just really crowded and loud which is the quota for a super center. Staff hasn't been rude to me, but they are kind of absent but truly I would be if I worked there, too. Too many people for me haha

The card machines don't work most of the time so you can't pay for your stuff. And thay treat you like your trying to rip them off.

Management bad not enough help when self checkout have 15 people backed out into the isles. Only 2 registered open. U over schedule employees when u know a 1/4 will call off. If u happen to have all ur employees they always have work.

Here's the difference between Walmart and Sam's club. Flonase at Sam's club is 864 doses for 25$ walmart sells 72 doses of flonase for 15.98.Additionally I spent $250 on Christmas decorations, and only 1/3 of them worked correctly.Walmarts new slogan: spend money, I don't care how you live.

New men's apparel...Polo and Chaps. SURPRISED. GREAT PRICES and nice selection , at least there was a few days ago.I must say rather impressed. Oh, also very nice selection of Rebok sweatpant/shirts.

It’s a Walmart and nothing special to write home about but for it being situated in wintery area you would think they sell snow stuff but they didn’t. But I still think they were clean and somewhat organized and fits your needs for everyday supplies.

I forgot my wallet in the cart and drove all the way home. I called the customer service rep who was really polite and kind to me; she gave me confidence that they were looking for it. My husband went back looking for it and they had found it!! Phew! They made it easy for me. Thanks for helping with that stressful situation!

I'm Really enjoying the new look to the inside of all Walmart's Super Stores. Really chic, Retro, and easy. It doesn't look like an old Kmart anymore so Thank You Walmart for the new look. And it's also nice to actually find someone in each department working. Without having to go on a human hunt to get some help or assistance..

Everything about this place sucks. Employees have no idea where anything is or what's going on, I always have problems with the card readers at the register, and prices have gone up while different options have gone down. I only come here when I have to.

Now that remodeling is complete, and grocery section has aisles labeled correctly, the store is nice. Seems like there is more room to move around & not as crowded. Also like all the extra room at the self check outs.

They were very rude hung up on me repeatedly and the last time I called I asked to speak to a manager and they denied me to speak to a manager would recommend staying away from the UTC Walmart and going to the Walmart on 4-h road

I had a 2pm appointment to have 2 tires replaced. They finally got finished at 5:30, after I walked around for 3.5 hours because there were only two chairs inside in the AC and the 2 young men waiting there sat for the whole time while 68 year old I had to stay on my feet. You'd best have inexhaustible patience and physical endurance or take a folding chair with you.

They do not honor coupons screenshot on your phone even with an expensive purchase that qualifies. They claim that there is a policy that they can’t take anything but paper coupons.
