Both stores have a such a nice selection of clothing for all Mountaineer fans! The Evansdale location is perfect for game day shopping. Even when the store is packed on football Saturdays, all the staff are very polite and friendly and are ready to help you find exactly what you are looking for!

I counted 6 college student age employees in the store that were more interested in what was on their phones than helping me. None of them were doing anything, just standing there. After wandering around for 20 mins trying to find a pair of sweatpants for my father, I didn't see the size he needs. I asked for help just trying to see if they had more of his size of available and the employee with a man-bun said he was busy - on his phone. The one adult (and the only person actually working) in the place was helping another customer. I had intended on purchasing Christmas gifts for my whole family who are displaced Mountaineers, instead I took my money elsewhere.I am not trying to rag on college students, I am 29 and I employ several WVU college students myself - but if you can't even pay attention to a customer that is just trying to buy something, why even go to work?

I bought a book from the book exchange and didn't need it for my class. So i took the unopened, unused book back 10 days after the fact with the original receipt. Since they have a "7 day return policy" the manager wouldn't take the book back and tried to offer me 1/2 price so he could resell the book the next day. In short they have lost a customer for life and i would HIGHLY recommend going to the WVU Barnes and Nobel book store and STAY CLEAR of The Book Exchange.

I was visiting Morgantown with my daughter to check out the school. Came into to get a few shirts. I was treated like crap someone follwed me all over the store, they made me feel so unwelcome that I left. My daughter will not buy anything from this store..

There is a large variety of merchandise, but the staff doesn’t talk. No welcome? No goodbye? Very odd. Did not feel like they wanted us there this morning.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. We returned two books with cellophane still intact, and they would not take them back at all. They suggested we sell them on Amazon. Wow that is not at all what we were told when we purchased the books, and believe me we can purchase them cheaper somewhere else and will from now on. Oh and Kenny has Terrible phone manners also!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchase prices and stock are fine, but if you're a student looking to sell your own materials definitely look somewhere else.

Have a;ways gotten books from the Book Exchange. Their books are much cheaper than anywhere else. Matt and his crew are great.
