I ordered a cold brew salted caramel coffee and it came out completely white and tasted extremely sugary. We asked for there to be more coffee in it instead of it just being cream and the Manager handed me a separate coffee cup with cold brew in it. It didn’t help the problem and just melted all the ice.

Had Bella as our barista and cashier for the drive through and she was so incredibly kind. The nicest person I have met at any starbucks location literally ever!!

Save your time and go to any other Starbucks. Employee with red hair is rude every single time I am there. I asked for a pour over in the drive thru and they made a whole pot of brewed coffee in a carafe instead. The coffee was absolutely awful. I went in to get it fixed and they told me it was out of the carafe. Which isn’t even what I asked for!! A single pour over is what I asked for. Woman with red hair proceeded to tell me she knew what a pour over was, but then why not make it correctly? Went in today again and asked for a pour over with siren blend. Not only did they take over 20 minutes to make it, a different female employee steamed the milk and let it sit there while taking care of customers. When I asked her to remake the milk because I wanted foam, instead of dumping it out, she just re-steamed the same milk!! Talk about burnt. Nasty pour over. Asked for refund. A 98 billon dollar company can’t train and hires employees that should not be in customer service.

Drive thru only today. I was hoping to check out their merchandise today while I'm in town. Good thing i already got the WV been there mug. Whew! This is the last starbucks that is conveniently located ony route home. When to the drive thru, they ran out of venti cups, and good thing I brought my own cup. The Pineapple passionfruit lemonade Refresher is my favorite drink now. It tasted better with lemonade, sweeter.

A nice big Starbucks with plenty of seating options including comfy armchairs and large tables for bigger groups. A handy drive thru window seems to be always busy. Clean unisex restrooms with changing tables. Our order was out fast and accurate.

This place was the answer to my sleepiness traveling as I needed a pick me up. Coming in it was super clean and the staff were very happy and looked as if they actually enjoyed working with each other. The atmosphere was very friendly and coffee was just as good.

The staff at this Starbucks are some of the friendliest folks I’ve met...they always seem happy to see me here. Easily accessed off of the Interstate it’s a place to grab a cup. While the staff is great I’m not a huge fan of the coffee but you definitely know what you’re getting! I’m not a huge fan of long shared tables but I guess the fun is that you never know who you might run into while you’re here! This Starbucks has a real Starbucks feel to it.

Incredibly understaffed on a Saturday evening. The staff working we’re very personable, however all of the drinks in our order were made incorrectly. When we addressed this with the young woman working the window, she acted as if we were expecting items we didn’t order. Upon checking our receipt she realized that because of the hustle and bustle details were overlooked. Would not recommend stopping during busy times of day as they’re not equipped to handle it.

I had to wait over 5 minutes before I was acknowledged.15 minutes for 1 drink to be made after that. I was the only customer in store. Barista was nice and polite when she engaged. I would of felt better about the entire visit if they simply said hello we will be right with you when I walked it instead of feeling invisible.

If I could leave 0 stars for this location, I would. This is the absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. My drink gets messed up 9/10 times. I wish I was exaggerating, but I’m not. Or they’re out of stock from things that are on the app, but don’t let me know until I arrive to the store waiting on my mobile order for 20 minutes until I finally have to interrupt someone and ask. The staff have no sense of urgency or seem to want to make connections, let alone talk, to the guests. I also placed and paid for a mobile order once, drove all the way there and see signs posted up saying they’re closed. Just terrible customer service and communication. Definitely recommend driving the extra ten minutes to the next location to avoid any contact with store.

Older lady with the glasses was rude on a power trip or something. I placed and order online and went to the drive thru I didn't stop at the speaker bcause I was the only one there so I stopped at the window and told her I had a pickup order. She proceeded to tell me with a snarky attitude that I need to stop and tell them what's going on at the speaker because they're having outages on items. I asked her if there was any issues with my item and she said no so I told her well then I guess there aren't any outages of ut.

One of the busiest Starbucks I've ever been to. Strongly encourage ordering ahead and then disregarding the "estimated pickup time." I waited 25 min past the estimated pickup time. I feel bad for those poor baristas. There is also a drive-thru here.

The coffee was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the bathroom was very clean. The table that we sat at had crumbs all over it from a previous customer. The atmosphere of the store was very relaxing, and we were able to drink our coffee in relative peace and quiet. I enjoyed my visit very much, and I would definitely visit here again.

The crew here were so sweet went in for my birthday drink, not only did they all wish me a good birthday, they even wrote happy birthday on my cup! It was a good atmosphere as well, they were all genuinely nice. Thanks for the great ending to my day!

Out of all locations in Morgantown this one is by far one of the slowest . Sitting in a line of traffic that doesn’t move for 10 minutes at a time is crazy. Especially when the lobby is empty. Please get better leaders to develop a customer focus at this location! I give 3 stars because I still enjoy coffee , but STAFF MATTERS . If they don’t care about the customer they shouldn’t work for you.

They seen we had a puppy in the car with us and even offered us a "pup cup" (little cup of whipped cream). I thought that was pretty cool and really sweet. (: plus they have amazing drinks to choose from!!

The drinks are made awful.. I keep trying to give it another chance but I'm done. Every drink is too much milk and they don't do their cold brews with sweet cream right at all. I wish they could step it up like the other Starbucks in Morgantown bc their location is in such a high traffic area but I am going to have to drive the extra miles for my drink to be made right!! I am so over paying 6 dollars for milk from this particular Starbucks!

So we are the last of three vehicles in line in the drive through. Guy at the speaker is drunk, simple, extremely indecisive ??! Maybe all three. Takes him 10 minutes. Seriously. They take his order. The car in front of us orders. We get to the speaker at 9:59. Dude says “ I’m sorry we’re closed”. And turns off the speaker. Unbelievable
