The staff was warm, friendly, and professional. Not everyone can make my dog feel comfortable enough to let them do her nails. The staff was able to handle her and also made it very obvious that they loved the dogs they were taking care of and that means so much to a pet parent.

Shane is one of the only people who can keep my dog at ease during a nail trim! The Petco groomers typically have no trouble accommodating us as a walk in. They are really great with my dog. She is a tripod and they always help her feel safe and assist her with balance during the nail trims. Very affordable too!

It was great! Had never had my dog groomed in the 8 years I had her, finally I had enough with her long shaggy hair...so did she. Once Bree was groomed, she had the attitude of a new dog and they even put bows on her head for Easter. Best experience!

Our experience with the grooming salon was absolutely awful. They do a terrible job on trimming nails and no effort whatsoever on brushing their teeth. Not a good environment if you have an anxious dog like my own. Save your money and go to a vet or professional.

Teddy and I had a great experience with PetCo. I have never taken him to a groomer before and I was extremely pleased with the outcome. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind and they did a wonderful job taking care of my boy. We will absolutely continue to use the services at PetCo!

I have never been so disappointed with a grooming service. My little dog came home looking choppy, still had eye crud in his eyes, looked liked they tried to take off the tip of his tail and still has a mat, I can't believe they charged me for this so called groom, that there is no way a professional groomer did. They should have apologized and said no charge.. Yes I will let everyone know how disappointed I am.

I went to take my Australian Shepherd to get groomed, and when I got there, they refused to take the only documentation that my small veterinarian office had for his rabies shots. The paper had all of his information, and the person at the desk wouldn’t even look at it. I then went outside to see if I could contact my veterinarian, and within 5 minutes, they had canceled my appointment (I was there 15 minutes early.) I will not be back.

Rebecca did a great job on Lila and I was happy with the look. I would have given a 10 , but she did not pluck ear hair and I thought that was part of the package . Also with Lila being shaved close I was surprised with a $10.00 charge for scissor cut only her ear and tail hair was not shaved . Over all I was happy and will bring Lila back again for Rebecca to groom her .

The prices for the services were very reasonable. The groomer was very kind to our 17-year old dog and she was in good humor after the grooming (not always the case). All-in-all, a good experience for our first time.

Greg does a great job with my very particular Dal. He is the only one that she will let trim her nails! He does a great job with my Lab as well! They love Greg!

The male groomer was very rude. On top of that, the cut took upwards of 3 hours when I was initially given 2 hours as an estimate. Random price increases from last visit also soured the experience and have encouraged me to support local stores and groomers over PetCo.

Staff at this location are not eager to help customers. I ALWAYS have to run around the store to find someone to get me a mouse/rat. The "reptile guy" is an arrogant 20 something kid who knows everything, and has even told me to take rats and spin them by the tail to ge make them have seizures then feed to my snakes.I've never had a "positive" experience at this location. It's the only one local that has the supplies I may need in a pinch.

Able to get my pet in within a reasonable time frame. Did exactly what I asked for cut wise. The grooming was quick and my little girl looked and smelled great.

I will not be returning to Petco groomers due to my dog being cut while at his appointment. He has been in pain for three days since and resulted in an expensive vet visit!!
