This was my go to grocery store after moving to Morgantown. But after I’m met Ted, I will make the longer trip to go to the better/bigger Kroger. Acted like he didn’t hear me, after the fifth time of calling his name he addressed me and I was on a short lunch break from work and needed customer service assistance and he was absolutely zero help. Ted told me that the customer service desk was only accessible after 2:13 PM, clearly lie. No professionalism and all laziness. If Ted had just said, I’m super busy right now, could you give me 15 minutes, I would’ve been happy to wait, But being lied to add insult to injury.

Probably the lesser of the two Krogers in Morgantown. This store tends to be a little dirtier and pretty busy. Parking can be hard to find sometimes. Prices are fine and the employees are nice. Not a bad Kroger but definitely prefer the other one.

Don't bother with this kroger, employees are incompetent and rude. Make up hours on their own accord with departments like customer service.

Beware when walking up to the front door. It is a marked one way going from left to right. There is a stop sign to the right of the right entrance. All cars moving through the lane are required to stop before the entrances. There are cars traveling the other direction against the one way and not even stopping at the stop sign. The kid/college student that almost hit me this evening was traveling at a high rate of speed in the wrong direction and didn’t stop at the stop sign. Come on Kroger. You need to put up more signage or speed bumps to try and prevent these cars from coming through the wrong way. Someone is going to get hit!!!!

Now here in Morgantown there are 2 krogers. This one is very close to the WVU Campus and in walking distance to the dorms for students quick convenient access.It's a clean location, well lit without any noticeable loitering issue. It's a good size store so it is almost always packed.I stop here for miscellaneous items I might need in my hotel room when in the area.

This is an older and smaller store, so the stock is depleted earlier in the day. Shop before 10 AM. Small parking lot on a busy street, so go slow and pay attention when entering/leaving the lot. Use the signaled intersection.

Much better than the TRUE ghetto Kroger that is Sabraton. The only things I really hate about this Kroger is the students and traffic at certain times. I know this is a university city and alot of dorms are in the area but I can't stand students. And don't even try shopping during a home game. Oh boy. Other than that it's arguably the overall best Kroger in Morgantown.

Don't go to Kroger to get customer service. For any customer services. The office has been closed all week. Due to under staffing, labor shortage.

A very nice well organized and clean place. It can be a little overpriced but I’m assuming because of the location. The staff are very nice and willing to help everyone.

How can they even put this on display? The manager at this Kroger would be fired if I own the store or Kroger stocks. For most part this is a decent small Kroger with limited selections, but once in a while they have stuffs like this that bring down the appeal of the store.

This review is about kroger that happened to me in 2021. There was an Asian guy working there; cannot remember his name he thought it was cool to call the police on me. I did nothing wrong. The lady that may of use to work there was Skylar. She's a very terrible person & very rude. Most of the workers there were pretty friendly and nice. So I got a citation for me not to return ever since the Asian guy did that he switched krogers.he was judgemental. Shame on you. If I only knew his name. Oh well lolThe gir skylar l is just a miserable person and a Jeleous hater. Peroid point blank.

I love Kroger but this store needs some help when you call no one ever answers the phone they are always out of the things I want to buy the selection of items have gone downhill badly. They are always out of the soda, Gatorade, and they do carry ice cream but they are always out of popcycles they don't carry a very good selection of popcycles it's mostly ice cream treats. Considering this store Caters to a lot of college students you would think they would have a better variety of items. I understand there is a national shortage but this has been a problem for years.

Of the three Kroger stores in the area, this is the mid-range offering. The produce is generally fresh and well-stocked, as is the deli, and there are usually deals to be had in the meat section. Some packaged foods sections can be lower on options, like types of chips, and we occasionally have trouble finding our preferred wine and mixers in stock. Overall, the store is pretty good, and we regularly visit, since it is so convenient from work and to the school.

Everything is neatly stocked and looks fresh, from the fruits and veggies to the surprisingly good sushi bar. Like, i expected grocery sushi to make me sick, ngl, but nah. It is consistently safe and delicious. Everyday needs are met and the pharmacy is 👌

Not very busy, especially for a Sunday evening. But the buggies weren't collected and there were no small ones.I went for drinks, but there were so many holes on the shelves and other items just thrown in that I only grabbed 2 things and left.

Avoid shopping here.. this store is horrible. I see why this is nicknamed the ghetto Kroger. Yesterday an employee hit my car with the carts as he was taking them inside. I got out of my car and confronted him where he continued to lie about hitting me saying it couldn’t have been him even though I was in my car and saw him do it. When I asked to speak to management everyone let me know there was no manager in the entire store... it was 6pm? How was management home for the day already. Nobody knew how to help me and the man that did try to brushed it off to the side as if it was no big deal and asked me to just check back tomorrow. Check your car before and after you park in this lot.

They did not double bag and a bag busted in front of the store. Some of the glass items shattered and we tried to clean it up. They didnt offer a replacement and gave attitude about us even telling them about the hazard in front of the store. It was some little teenage boy. This kid I have had several bad interactions with. He doesnt care about the customer or his job. He is a tall blonde. That being said, it is unlikely that I will spend money here ever again. I really do not appreciate having multiple bad experiences, spending hundreds of dollars and being dismissed.

My love for Kroger is quickly diminishing as my real FEDERAL ID was rudely snatched from my hands and accused of being fake. After scanning 1 single item that required an ID check the self check-out worker looked at my ID in my hand and then grabbed it. She told me it was fake because hers didn’t look like that. When I told her my name, date of birth, address and even zip code she refused to give it back because she had “never seen the birthdate stamped like that.” I waited for her manager who had no idea what the WV ID even looked like and said he “didn’t know.” Thankfully a nice woman shared her new WV ID and ours looked the same. But I am very unhappy with how rude the Kroger service was today.

This Kroger seems like your everyday, ordinary Kroger. Produce, meat, deli, bakery, aisle after aisle of food at fair prices. What sets this Kroger a part from the rest is the location...it’s located just down the hill from thousands of college students so this Kroger has top-notch people watching. This Is a very good Kroger location. I was blown away by the excellent service a cashier named Cooper provided to me. He was quick, efficient, bagged everything carefully, and had a smile on his face while doing it. You could see he actually wanted to be there and takes pride in his cashier position. Others could learn a lot from Cooper and he made my experience at Kroger second to none.

It’s a pretty good store. Only problems are it isn’t the cleanest, and the organization and placenta of items can be a bit weird at times, sometimes making it hard to find stuff. Overall though, for a local supermarket, it’s good.

A very nice store. Quite a bit smaller than the larger Kroger in town. It has everything the bigger store has except a food bar and furniture (who shops for furniture in a grocery store?). The great thing is you can purchase everything without hiking because it's a manageable size.

Been going Here forever so i find it very easy to shop here cause I know where everything is also I just love that alot of the stuff on the shelves, has a Kruger brand as well. I absolutely love the Kroger Brand u will c a huge difference in total cost for the stuff after they scan the Kruger card. I feel very comfortable shopping here...

Not sure what was going on but when I walked in there was what appeared to be a manager, female with brown hair, name stated with "JA" and she was essentially berating another v employee , even while the employee was visibly sobbing. She kept telling the girl she was yelling at in a condescending tone "are you b going to n take this upstairs or out side"while the girl was crying audibly in front of customers and other staff. Not sure why this woman who works at a grocery store in hir mid 40s felt like she had some God complex. This event occurred approximately at 1830 in front of the rug doctors machines on 7/10/2022.

Nice store! very convenient location. prices are usually better than big Kroger at Suncrest. Wish they have more seafood selection so I don't have to go the big Kroger.

This is a good location when you need to run in and grab a few items quickly. The location just underwent a remodel and is much nicer than before on the interior. The selection isn't as large here as it is at the Suncrest Kroger, but it's never really busy and makes for a fast trip.
