I'd been looking for a new vet to take Dukie to, because honestly, I didn't think my old one showed any emotion towards animals. I asked around for recommendations and Hillcrest overwhelmingly came up from from friends and people I know.100% THE RIGHT CHOICE!!We loved it there. Everything - location, friendliness and professionalism of the staff, facilities and more. You could tell people worked there because they really care about animals and pets. I had a great vet in Alaska, and this place could possibly be even better. We were just in for regular annual stuff and to get updated on vaccines and everything was awesome from check in to check out. Franci (Dr Kenney) was absolutely fantastic as was the vet tech (sorry I can't remember her name).I'll recommend them to anyone who is looking for compassionate care for their furry friends. And as a bonus, even with shots, some preventive testing, and a year supply of Nexgard, I felt the bill came up to a good less than I expected.Thank you, Hillcrest Veterinary Clinic!!

Excellent veterinary team from doctors to techs to front desk staff. I have been with Hillcrest for about 2 years now and am so glad to have chosen them for my pet's care. We tried Hillcrest for the first time after going to Paw Prints for nearly three years. We couldn't keep up with Paw Prints' prices, and we nearly always had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to pick up recurring prescriptions and to be seen even when arriving early for our appointments. Hillcrest had me and my dog in and out in thirty minutes while still making us feel heard and comfortable. The price of our visit was about half that for the same services at Paw Prints. They also have an app that will be convenient for scheduling and ordering prescription refills. I am extremely happy with our visit, and we will be switching our other dog here as well. Thank you, Hillcrest, for making taking care of my puppies accessible!

We always had great experiences with all of the veterinary care for our dog at Hillcrest, but I was especially struck by the compassion and caring they showed when we recently had to put our (very old) dog down. Lindsey and Dr Pollock were so kind and calm and we really felt at peace with the entire process. It meant so much to have such a caring team during such a hard time.

Hillcrest has wonderful staff showing compassion, caring and knowledge. Wonderful Dr. Pollock is very personable and gentle, but thorough, with my basset. She’s a mama’s girl and gets anxious in a different environment. I do recommend this clinic for your pets health care.

I’m not normally one to leave reviews but when it comes to my animals, I will advocate to the high heavens for them. My dog has had 2 seizures in the last 11 days (out of the blue with no previous history of them). I called Tuesday to get an appointment for him to be seen and they scheduled me for 2 days later at 10:40. I travel 40 minutes from Pennsylvania to see this vet because we really did like them and the staff. As I was just about to pull into the clinic I receive a phone call and ask if I wanted to reschedule my dog. I replied and stated that I was confused because his appointment was at 10:40 and we were just pulling in the parking lot at 10:39. The girl then replied, “well we have him down for 10:20 and there’s only a 20 minute grace period”. I’m not sure if I heard the lady wrong while she was scheduling me but what really upset me was that they were not able to get my dog in regardless to be seen… almost as if they could care less that he has been having seizures. Needless to say, I called Point Marion Veterinary Clinic and they were so kind and responsive and are getting my pup in this afternoon to get the treatment and care he needs.

I have been taking my dog to Hillcrest for almost a year now! We see Dr.Allen but all the vets there are wonderful you can’t go wrong with any of them! Dr.Allen takes her time and is very thorough! She is patient and answers any questions or concerns. All the Hillcrest staff are great! If you are looking for a new vet for your pet Hillcrest is the place to go!!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Owen and her staff at Hillcrest Veterinary Clinic. Both of my daughters chose this facility for the care of my grand-puppies. I’ve always heard so many wonderful things over the years about Dr. Owen and everyone at this location.I was with my daughter recently when we had to say goodbye to my daughter ‘s precious elderly yorkie. (One of the hardest days ever.)I witnessed firsthand, how compassionate Dr. Owen is for her patient's and their families.To have a staff who is genuinely vested says a lot.I don’t know that I have ever witnessed such sincere Veterinary care.I will definitely return with any future pets, because like my daughters, I’ve always been one to seek the best for my pets.❤️

Wonderful experience! Very nice people! Very caring, and attentive! They listened to all concerns and were very thorough. They even accommodated our fur baby to make sure he felt comfortable to draw his blood in the room instead of taking him to the back like they normally would. They caught an eye condition in my dog that our previous vet of 5 years missed! Very pleased with our first visit and will be returning for our regular care! Thank you Hillcrest! My mommy called Hillcrest because I was sick, and they saw me right away. They checked me over, gave me fluids (which helped but I was a real Drama Queen then), and gave me a special food to help me get better. My mom was very happy with Dr. Owen & the whole staff; we highly recommend Hillcrest!

I can’t say enough about this clinic. Professional, yet friendly and kind. I was so pleasantly surprised when the doctor personally emailed me in less than 8 hours after I sent an email in the middle of the night concerned about my Pomeranian’s heart condition while I was in Florida. I think it was even on a weekend. The personal attention is top notch. I won’t go anywhere else for my 4 dogs!

The doctors and staff at Hillcrest are wonderful. Our cat suffered a life threatening injury, and we could not have asked for better care. We rushed her there with no appointment/no call, and they immediately took her back for emergency care when we walked through the door. They updated us on her care every step of the way. The doctors at Hillcrest are compassionate and exceptional, along with their staff. They really care about their patients and their families.

These guys are so wonderful. They take the best care of my dogs and even tackled my dogs allergies. They completely look over your dog from paw to tail and answer any question you have thoroughly. The building itself is very welcoming to walk into, very clean, and the staff are always smiling. I was worried about having to find a new vet after moving away from SC, but these guys are the bees knees!
