Great ease or ordering what I need, also being able to see special buys & sales. Target has better products and good prices for them. Customer service is amazing. Drive up is very convenient.

The store here is similar to other Target locations yet excels at what it provides. A large item variety is to be found here with savings and deals to only make shopping easier on the wallet. A Starbucks cafe is also located near the front entrance.Needing a locked item from the electronics department, I searched for a minute or two and could find no employee. I was shocked! I have never before seen a Target without this section always staffed. However, returning to the desk and checkout area for this department, I noticed a button that calls for the on-duty employee and promises that the customer will be helped within sixty seconds. Well, it took less than five. The worker who helped me was very friendly and so willing to help. Without any questioning, they approved my request to price match what their live website showed. Thank you!

closing manager very rude. no manners. nor respectful or kind at all. i had to drop my friend off at their car and i got cussed at for asking why they were shining their brights at me. i don’t understand why they couldn’t just ask nicely that i needed to leave. and i explained that and that i didn’t understand why they were being rude. i understand that there are some weirdos in martinsburg. but i’m just 20 year old female dropping off a family friend off since we knew we couldn’t leave the car overnight. sad that this area has became so unwelcoming. won’t be coming to any target might give hagerstown a chance but lately target employees are not nice like they used to be. also want to mention she immediately threatened to call the cops when i had explained that i was dropping someone off. really shows the character of that individual if they are willing to excalate that quickly off a basic question.

I called in reference to a Target credit card and just got the run-around like literally four different people and finally just said that's all thank you. I was finally able to apply for the card, online. Laptop but the mobile app doesn't appear to allow credit card applications.

Always an easy shopping trip. Self checkout makes it fast for small runs. Drive up order is fast and easy. Cashiers are always friendly. Like the set up of the store. Using the app makes shopping and coupon use and payments a breeze. And Starbucks with free refills!

I am a Senior and my experience with Target was awful. I couldn't get the customer service people to help me nor did they even try to get someone else to help. After getting what I needed almost 45 minutes later, a customer service employee (not the one that had waited on me before as she took a break) installed the product upside down on my phone covering my camera. I had to remove it ruining the adhesive protective phone glass protector. It was a waste of time and money.

Required team member to pay using cash at the self checkout...THEN WHAT IS THE POINT OF SELF CHECKOUT?! I mean COME ON PEOPLE! I've had it and I'm standing up for ALL OF US when I say we have had enough of this nonsense. 20 closed registers and only a few self checkouts...GET IT TOGETHER! I'm tired of the excuses about how they can't find workers...here's the thing in order to ATTRACT workers you have to PAY higher wages and offer better BENEFITS!So you refuse to raise wages and offer great benefits and can't attract workers? Then switch to a full self check out EVERY LANE SELF CHECKOUT! 1 ATTENDANT EVERY OTHER ROW! No more excuses! If you can't figure it out then just SHUT IT ALL DOWN! I would rather no store that have to continue on like this.

The worst. Went there on Saturday around the evening time, Lines were backed up and then there were barely any workers on actual registers. Then you go to the electronics area to get checked out since it was so busy in the front, I was declined of service. She claimed there were no bags when there was and I only needed two bags for my transaction. Service here needs to get better.

The lady manager who been working today wasn't professional . I went to asked to reprint my receipt 6 weeks ago which I was paying cash, I told her specific day, and what I purchased bla bla...she worked on that, then she sent her staff to told me that she couldn't find my receipt. She did not even come up to me and explain why, and what I have to do in order to get receipt(this is some kind of joke about customer service of Target)then I asked to speak to her , after argued with her, she gave me a phone number to call to solve my issue ...

We love the CVS inside Martinsburg Target! The pharmacy goes above and beyond for their customers more so than any other pharmacy. Their staff is always kind, respectful, and professional. The pharmacist Andrew is absolute best! He’s working most of the time (at least it seems like he is every time we have a question) and he always takes time to talk to us and answer our questions without leaving us feel rushed! Highly recommend!

Really nice staff & good store, but as other reviewers have said, it's not a place where mask-wearing is enforced.I had to turn around out of a few aisles because of people who'd pulled their "masks" down.Hard call because retail employees can't be expected to babysit, but still, couldn't wait to get out ASAP

This is not about target, its about toddleroo supergate explorer. Its so very cheaply made and no instructions. My 4yo dislodged it from the cup so easily and it took the paint off the wall. The mechanism that widens the gate to fit, hard to use and moved unevenly. While trying to shut the gate to put back in return box, it jammed and broke. Id like to give it no starts to negative stars.

I bought some clearance items the night before, 10 minutes before the store closed. Came back the next day and found out the the items I bought yesterday were marked down even more. I wanted to return the items and repurchase them (less than 24 hours of purchase). Store manager was Rude and I was told NO. It's store policy. Target does not do price match for clearance items. I have to wait until the items are put back on the shelves to repurchase them. RIDICULOUS!Also, different sales associates tell you different information. Clearly there is a communication issue regarding store policy from store associates to customers.There is very little information written about clearance price match policy and it's hard to find online. Never really been disappointed with Target until now.

Not a bad store, but they need some real training and maybe a little motivation when locating items for online orders. They can't seem to overcome the natural draw towards not caring enough to find the items that actually ARE IN STOCK. I have found in EVERY case, that I was able to find the items fairly easily, although the "pickers" updated my order to say it was OUT OF STOCK. The item was clearly there, IN STOCK lol. They may not realize it (because they don't care), but it's extremely inconvenient to have pickers say stuff isn't there when it actually is.

I called the guest service department to ask if you accept WIC. The lady i spoke to was very friendly and informed me that they do take WIC. So i gathered my kids and went in to the store to pick up the formula that’s on shortage. So excited to finally find some. I get all the way to checkout and swiped my card, only then the cashier informed me that they DO NOT TAKE WIC. Maybe they should inform the employees answering the phone because I’m More mad I wasted my time dragging my small children there for nothing. *Edit. Apparently I’m not the only person this has happened to.

Typically spend 30 - 45 minutes in store. Love the staff at the Starbucks, they are very upbeat and pleasant. Layout is very nice, however some departments could use a bit more tending to organization wise. My favorite Target in my area for sure!

I give the Commons Target 2 stars simply because it’s pretty clean. And that’s all.The customer service has gone so downhill since they first opened that I’ll be shopping back at WalMart from now on. In the past 6 months (AT LEAST) I have not been approached and asked if I needed assistance, no one has greeted me nor said excuse me while restocking and/or moving merchandise pallets and the cashiers barely say “Hello”. Besides the less than friendly one on one encounters, I’ve noticed more and more that many employees enjoy loud conversations that aren’t always family friendly. I’m all for staff rapport, but be mindful of your audience and the little ears!Needless to say, I miss the friendly interactions I once had here. As a SAHM sometimes my only interactions with people during the week are when I’m on a diaper run. It would be nice to be greeted with a smile.-Sincerely,A Disgruntled Mom
