I’ve been here a few times while traveling and I’ve always had a great experience with the food coming out fast, and the folks who are cashiers have always been friendly, fast, kind, and polite.The person at the register (a supervisor) tonight was super welcoming, very efficient, and nice despite it being super late.They were very quick to grab more TP when I asked and juggled me and a couple other customers really well.As a queer person it’s sometimes hard to feel comfortable in small interactions with strangers but they made me feel right at home. I’m not sure if their name tag is their legal name or their dead name so I want to shout them out but I am skipping mentioning their name at this time. Hopefully someone at Sheetz who is reading this knows who I’m talking about and gives this person something nice for their excellent customer service. I hope to be helped by them again.

I haven't been here in a while due to food quality but decided to get a meatball sub this evening. It was great!! One of the best Sheetz meatball subs Ive had in a long time.

The lady,whom I believe was a manager, REALLY hates her job. I watched her roll her eyes every time a customer walked in the door. She was snappy by at everyone in line and was talking trash about other employees while ringing me up. Her name tag said "V"I'm going to the Rocs next door from now on

I had a order and wasn’t able to pay it and the cashier said they canceled it and I never got my money back on my card and it’s been two days

This is the 3rd and last time I get food from here I paid over 11 dollars for this sub and paid 2 dollars extra for double meat and this is what I get for the 3rd time. I just can't believe this happens time and time again I know I can't be the only person this happens to I just can't believe 3 times in a row at the same store and this is what I get.

The young lady they made our shakes is very rude she does not know what she is doing and also I think she needs to be fired. This is not my first experience with the same girl. Also you just lost customers because of her rude manners and smart mouth

The manager Dolly was very rude! Dirtiest Sheetz ever, all the staff was rude! Kitchen was dirty may catch something you eat here! Is this how they treat customers, I'll go to Rocs!

If could give 0 Stars, I 100% would! Ordered Hot Dogs with Chili and Cheese not hard order at all. Take a bite and hot dog is ice cold, rather not have another customer with cold hot dogs so I call in. I ask to speak to Manger on duty Amber said speaking, I let her know issue silence not sorry we can remake, apologize for inconvenience nothing awkward silence. I was just informing her of issue at her asstablishment she didn't care that her employee served cold food. I suggest Amber be retrained on customer service, she did not handle this situation in professional manner at all. Was more of inconvenience for her answering the phone than anything, if you don't care about your customers then you are in wrong career.

So many orders just not right, if it wasn't right across the street I wouldn't go there. Hot meals you get luke warm at best, skim you on what they can get by with on your order. I could write a list of the orders I've had not right, just forewarning this sheetz is not up to par to others for sure.

This is quite possibly the worst sheetz in the country. Single stall restrooms. Small parking lots. 4 pumps. Just skip it and go to any other gas station

Wonderful people at this Sheetz! I was tired when I stopped there and stupidly left my wallet behind. They saved it for me and locked it in the safe. They even offered to mail it to me! I am pleasantly impressed by that!

Very nice quick conveince store and gas. Has public restrooms. Handicap parking and entrance. They also have an MTO of your choice between sandwiches and subs. Sheetz has a rewards card for cheaper gas and indoor sales items. They have 2 ATM. Sales tobacco products and alcohol products and scratch off lottery and pick your numbers lottery.

It's a nice Sheetz but getting back to I-81 afterward is hard. For larger vehicles, the only exit is the street next to it, and you can't turn left from that street. You have to go up a ways and make a loop around a residential block in order to get turned around the right way to get on I-81.

I have been through the drive thru window 2 or 3 times in the last month. Every time has had a 10 to 15 minute wait. This should be faster.

CHECK, YOUR recipe before you leave the store ,Because the worker's that Are working their like to Double Charge on what you buy, And they're All Are Rude to Lots of People not just me Because I've seen it with my Own two Eye's AN THE STORE CAN HAVE NOT ONE PERSON THAT IS THEIR BUY ANYTHING AN WHEN YOU CALL THEY LET THE PHONE RING INSTED THEM DOING THEIR JOB . Stopped to get gas before driving back to Maryland after a day of shopping and the cashier was blatantly took all the white people before taking me the ONLY black customer!! Will never go to again smh!!!

Typical sheetz but be forewarned that they have a very small men's bathroom. Only one person may enter at a time. Be prepared for unexpected surprises when you aproach the toilet.

they only have one stall restrooms and it's not set up for travelers, if you're traveling 81 don't pull over at this exit, you'll waste a lot of time, slow service and you have to wait in a long line.
