MARTIN'S.. is and has always been a staple here in Martinsburg West Virginia.. 30,40 years ago we had other grocery stores here like pick and pay, acme, and Lord and Lord. Out of all the stores here that have come and gone, MARTIN'S has remained a part of our community and our families for as long as I can remember... They help out with food for the needy in our area, as well as many donations to schools and their many different programs over the years.. we should all take a step back and be grateful and thankful, for Jesus is our Lord.. and with those that have faith survive .. thanks Martin's, and thank you Jesus..I found these old acme bags today in the woods buried under an old rock... So I figured I'd come on and update this

Probably the cleanest and friendliest Martin's I have been to. Very good produce area, but limited organic produce. The employees are very helpful and friendly. However, they are missing a lot of vegan and gluten-free options that Martin's normally carries. The manager said their square footage is too small to carry the items. I will have to go to another store to get the rest of my items.

This Martinsburg grocery store is great in my opinion. They're very seldom out of things that I need on, like some of the other locations. The workers all around the store are very polite and friendly. Cashiers are very talkative and seem to be positive and the best ways.

Be careful what food you buy with lettuce on it. They do not wash their lettuce. I don't understand why they think this is expectable. I had a rather large bug dead on my sandwich. I'm just happy I didn't eat it. It was so nasty 🤢. Buyers beware. I purchased a chicken salad sandwich. The sandwich is made in house.

Great little grocery store on the main drsg...convenient and not crowded no line a the checkout and the cashier was friendlyand polite...I was in and out quickly and found everything on my list...this is place I would shop at frequently if it were closer to home...I live in the Harrisburg Pennsylvania area and I was down here for a business trip...my hotel I was staying at had suites with a kitchenette...so I thought I would cook dinner instead of eating out...I made Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese...

Very nice experience until carded for beer.I'd understand if I even looked close to 30 but being in my 50's I don't and cashier refused to sell to me and quoted "it's the law" which is another story for another time but it's NOT a law nor store policy to card everyone after calling the manager afterwards.Why did it bother me?I walked 1.5 miles each way to get beer.Why didn't I have my id?I was walking and haven't been carded for beer by an actual adult in 20+ years easily so I don't think about grabbing my id for any purchase.

Great fresh fruit. The VERY BEST PRICES ON CEREAL that I have found. The store is always clean and in order. The meat is fresh! Always good sales all over the store. Some things are little pricey, but well worth it because of the quality and the workers are very helpful and friendly.

It was a nice experience. I like getting my puppy's Cesar wet food here. The price is reasonable. They didn't have the chicken for BOGO Free this time. But that is ok.

Great people work here. There is a lot of selection and as long as you watch the sales and specials the pricing is good as well. The store is always clean and the produce is fresh. The store brand of things here is also good, especially the chips.

Worst store to work for they don't rotate food take off shelf's products out of date produce has mold dairy mold out of date not rotated ice cream out of date most of time frozen never in rite place and store manager over night smokes weed all night till morning shift starts that is how this store is run verry poor place to work and to shop.

I don't have a lot of problems with shopping at Martin's. In & out of store quick & easy. However, I can't always find some items I'm in need of & the prices could be a little more in my range. So I'll give 3 stars.

Martins stores near me anyway, seem to be gettin more average type person/incomed person/customer- friendly these days. Prices and deals were all okay. Cashier was abso sweet and helpful!! So far, this store seems to be a very neat, clean, accepting, helpful location to visit and shop at, if ever needed

New to the area and first time I shopped here. I needed a wedding shower cake and Dorothy was a dream come true. She was professional and extremely helpful when I was deciding on what kind of cake I wanted. I picked it up the next day and was blown away. Her decoration on the cake was gorgeous!!! I couldn't believe how beautiful it was and professional. It was red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and I was thrilled with it. I HIGHLY recommend getting a cake at this store and you must see Dorothy. VEEY, VERY satisfied customer!!!

Good place to shop. Hard to find a few things and a little more on the pricier side for some stuff but works if you're in a pinch and just need a thing or two or a quick re-fill trip. Do have some good deals with their bonus card too.

Love this grocery store!! Store isles are wide, unless are clean and shelves are well stocked!! Checkers are nice and helpful and there is a robot that cleans the floors continuously all day long so there's never a mess.Bathrooms are beautiful and smell good, clean too and no messes on floor.Prices are reasonable and they have great deals by the week. Also an added benefit is the main Martin's store on the hill opposite Walmart here in Martinsburg, WV has its own gas station. Points add up on your store card watch time it's used in the store, those points come off when a car is filled up and the price of gas goes way down thanks to all those grocery points!

Great experience every time I stop by there. The chicken is the best thing to order for functions and get together. Reasonable price for a 20 or 40 piece container for functions. Side dishes close by to grab as you pick up your order. It's a great place. Stop by and see for yourself. I've never experienced any disappointments. In in line, and self check out.👍

Incredibly friendly staff, clean store, always stocked, quality of items are great, convenient location (only store in the vicinity). Rotisserie chicken is delicious. Only complaint I have is they could probably add two more flavors of the Rotisserie chicken like garlic or lemon pepper.

First time at Martin's and I loved it! The two people that I came in contact were absolutely wonderful & helpful and my items were packaged perfectly. Athough the prices were a little high, it's definitely worth it to shop there. The variety of everything is AMAZING.

I know Martin's costs alittle more than most grocery stores BUT.... I get alot of organic foods that I usually can't find at Walmart or other grocery stores. The store is always clean. No weird smells, ever! I can't remember ever getting anything that was expired. The fruit is always sweet but that's probably because I get organic. I will always pay extra to get sweet fruit. Nothing worse than paying all that money for food that ends up rotting because it sucks.

for convenience regularly shop this location. round 11:30 Amspotted a rodent (rat} in the produce area. Scampered underthe Potato case. There were two employees female and a maleProduce Mgr? not sure. However I left the area later returned,didnt make any inquiries with the two employees. Think the store mgr may have been informed. Clean store, these things happenIf I were mgr that is if he was informed I would approach the customer. I do not like going to this martins by myself. The last time I went, there was a guy in the parking lot who shoved a clip board through my window to try and get me to sign something to give him money. Plus, there's so many homeless people that hang around this shopping center. Unsafe.

I love Martins Direct! I use it anywhere from a couple times a month to a couple times a week. The last time was around Halloween and Tammy was so friendly and my groceries were put so neatly in my trunk. They even threw in a little Halloween goodie bag which my kids loved. Thanks for always being a reliable store!

I spoke with a manager named Michael on Thursday at 10pm. To ask a question. He was very helpfuland so polite. And you don't find that to often anymore. So I just wanted to say Thanks Michael. You are a wonderful job.
