I always enjoy shopping at Martin's. It's handy, since I also get my scripts filled at their pharmacy. They have certain items I can't find any place else. It's clean, organized, employees friendly and helpful.

This store is an absolutely great experience and I've been shopping her for about a year because the slightly elevated prices were worth the experience and the late hours but recently I just simply can't afford it anymore. They've been slowly inching up the prices of everything I buy to extreme amounts. The most recent price hike took a 12 pack of RC/Dr Pepper/Canada Dry products to over $9 so I had to resort to going over to the bane of my existence, Wal-Mart to find out that the same thing over there is less than $4. I'm all for paying more to support smaller businesses but when a business starts taking advantage of your loyalty like this they no longer deserve my business. To be clear, this isn't just pop/soda.... they've been playing games with milk prices and many other things as well in a very "boil the frog" fashion.

Food counter is great. Meat counter is top notch. Bacon, thick cuts on steaks. Price is decent $$$. Fresh fruits, veggies are A+. Lots to choose from. Good variety. They do have items for vegetarians. Meatless products to pick from.

Nice place. I love the little sections of hot foods they have. This place reminded me of Wegmans which is good. Helpful staff people also and they pushed my groceries out when I was assisting my wife who has difficulties with walking.

For a mainstream grocer, decent selection of organic produce, plant-based products, and healthy snacks. Has more offerings in those categories than the location in Hedgesville.

I was looking for a nice pork picnic or butt, I was shocked to see the case in bad shape. I still enjoy this store, just got to go elsewhere for meat in the future.

This grocery store is always clean and the people who work here have always been very kind and helpful. There is the robot that goes around cleaning the floor that they put the googly eyes on, and I still cannot decide if it is funny or not. They have a good selection of things at this store and the produce is always fresh. The meat section is well maintained and clean. If you watch the deals you won't end up spending much more here than you would anywhere else.

I have not been inside since Covid, tbh. It is much easier, less time consuming to shop online and pick up. Coupons, discounts, flyer, deals, rewards, points, and easy pay are all on the app. Pick up service is so easy! I have had less than a handful of issues in the past 3 years with getting what I ordered, and they have always been great fixing the issue. Texting arrival is a wonderful feature! They have added pick up for fast Instacart delivery drivers, too! Everyone has been so nice. Loyal customer 15 years now.

Worse than shopping at Walmart now. Zero shopping carts on either side to use. I guess you have to bring your own from home or round one up from the parking lot on your own. Customer service isn't open in the morning. Sale it's not stocked and you can't get a raincheck because customer service isn't open. This place is going down hill so fast. Our last online order was messed up with missing 'out of stock's items that were there when I went in after they gave me my order and they substituted items when we did not want this. Management needs to do something or their reputation is going to tank.

Will never come here again. Beware of employees accusing you of stealing as you mind your business walking around the store getting groceries. My fiancé went today to get dog food and lunch after work and a employee kept harassing and following close behind him saying he was stealing and he needed to go pay for what he had even tho he was STILL SHOPPING and getting some things I needed for dinner too. This employee kept saying and asking for him to pay even though he wasn’t done shopping yet and said that he was going to following him until he got a receipt. I will be sending a message to corporate for this employee harassing my fiancé today! And we will be telling family and friends to never shop here again! Can’t believe this happened today.

We just had the nicest, most friendly interaction with a gentleman named Ray who was our cashier tonight . My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation and he kept us moving right along in the process. I can’t tell you how nice it is to have been greeted with a positive response when I said “how are you?” Ray is a shining example of friendly customer service. Martin’s is very lucky to have him.

The store is an old one. Should be remodeled. The staff are helpful and the products are many. Just doesn't seem to be enough room on the shelves for everything.. otherwise a decent shopping experience.

Great quality in produce and baked goods. Martin's has the largest organic selection around and service is wonderful. Lines stay short for the most part and they are quick to get more open when needed.

Convenient, professional staff. Eager to solve issues from a onlooking customers point of view. Solved a customers returns appropriately no matter the return policy. Great place to shop. Reasonable prices, but sales if you use their flyers. No complaints at all. Thumbs up. KUDOS Martin's grocery store. Keep up what you and your staff do well.

When you're a Road Warrior and look out your hotel room window and you see you are right next to a grocery store and you have a microwave it's very exciting. The store was very clean, had a lot of great items with very good prices. I didn't take a cart cuz I only went in for one item and after having a load of products, decided I better go get something to put them in. The bakery had some wonderful items and I had to move myself towards the self check out so I wouldn't buy anything else!

Went in to order a birthday cake. Girl who took my order not informative but worst of all she looked so bored and unhappy about her job and had no interest in making a 3 year olds cake special. Thank goodness the second girl was much better she saved the day! Will updates when I pick the cake up.

I love this Martin's. It's always nice and clean. Their produce is my favorite to buy. The staff is always fun to chit chat with while checking out. I can't sing enough praise for their deli and meat departments. The sushi is delicous! My kids love the whipped frosting om their cakes. They do offer some really good sales and promotions as well. I love this store!
