Just arrived to WV and we changed from COSTCO to CVS and I received great service and was helped to add my second insurance to complete my 2 90 day prescriptions. Also the prices for Tier 1 drugs where very reasonable.

I usually have a great experience but I really appreciate the pharmacist Andrew, who made my day a million times easier yesterday. My daughter’s prescription that was sent was out of stock and when I got there, he informed me he had already reached out to the urgent care through fax but hadn’t received a response yet and asked if I wanted him to call so they could prescribe a different antibiotic they did have. I said yes and he called them immediately. About 15 minutes later, the prescription was ready. It saved me from running around town for her medicine when it was almost 7pm , my kids were fussy already and I had been working all day with my kids home with me. Needless to say, I was exhausted and him getting a new prescription so quickly really made the end of that day a lot smoother.

I switched to this location and have been happy ever since!! One day the pharmacy was very busy and the pharmacist Andrew helped the front counter staff to help customers get their orders and shorten the wait time. I’ve never experienced this before and honestly it was so nice of him and very appreciated!! I highly recommend this location.

Both pharmacists (Andrew and another man) that I have met are amazing! They are both very attentive and make sure you understand the instructions. They have both gone out of their way on separate occasions to help me track down my meds or figure out insurance. This is my favorite pharmacy because of Andrew and the other pharmacist.

I am very disappointed. I switched to this pharmacy for convenience, but ultimately wish I had stayed with the compound pharmacy I was using in Frederick. This pharmacy only gave me 2 weeks worth of my daughter’s medication. I did not notice initially, but when I questioned it they insisted the prescription was only written for 2 weeks. My pediatrician double checked her records and the prescription was in fact written for a month- like always. Ultimately, I was lied to, inconvenienced with the multiple trips and overpaid- paying almost 2 times the price as before. It seems Hillcrest Pharmacy in Frederick is worth the drive to receive accuracy, quality and amazing customer service!

Absolutely fantastic staff! They have gone above and beyond to help me understand my medication, possible interactions and coaching me through changes. Text alerts are great and they always have my medicine ready within a reasonable time.

Andrew goes above and beyond at the pharmacy. He even takes time to ask what flavor medicine my daughters would like for their prescription. He is very knowledgeable and kind.

I was in pharmacy in the morning .pic up my medication because I'm living for 10 days .I was told my medication will be ready for pic up in 1h, I come beck after 5 h and very mean afternoon shift tech ,told me We don't have your medication.I understand , that's happened.but she tryto lei I get a text message.What is absolutely not true .So..I waist 20 min to drive and not even a sorry ?very poor costumer service and very bed attitude.

disappointed when I went to pick up a prescription on Memorial Day and the pharmacy wasn't open! I was told that on holidays the pharmacy keeps Sunday hours but that policy does not appear on their website or is it posted near the pharmacy. The same employee that told me that also told me that the pharmacy had actually closed about 3:00 PM on Mem Day! hard to get your medication under those circumstances
