My experience in this Big Lots is really a hit or a miss. The staff is not always friendly or should I say people friendly. In other Big Lots, I'm normally greeted when I come in, this one I said Good Morning first without any acknowledgement that I was in the building. I'm saying all of the staff are like this, but this was my experience. I don't normally go to Big Lots, my Mother shops there a lot, but from the few times I've been this has been my experience.

The store is clean, organized, and well stocked. Cashiers are friendly. Like the (quarterly) 20% off shopping days.

Came here to look at recliners and got a recliner and a new Ashley couch. Prices were amazing. Diffently will be back.

Big Lots is a great place to shop, many items are discount and everything in the store is new. There is a grocery section, furniture, bedding and housewares, lawn and garden, appliances ( small), seasonal items, toys and games and pet department. Whatever you can't find at the major chain stores...its sure to be at Big Lots!! Plenty of free parking and lots if carts.

The people at this Big Lots are so very nice and extremely helpful. The young sales gentleman upfront I believe his name is Ricky he went above his job criteria to help my husband and I. I recommend this one to anyone!!! 😊😊 Also they have VERY nice cute furniture 😁

Reasonable priced items, clean, well stocked. I love their after season sales. I also get coupons online that they allow you to stack. Along with my military discount. It really helps when shopping. I do a lot of shopping here for products I need for my new home or even just gifts for events. I love this store.

Went in to check out the prices as I'd never been before. Their candies are brand names at much lower prices than the major stores. So impressed I signed up for a BigLots reward card. The place is one of the cleanest places I have been in,

Beware!!! Prices on shelf do not always match price at register. Price of gain laundry detergent on shelf said $13.99. I even checked sticker & it matched. When cashier scanned it was $18. I checked my receipt after and I had several items that were more than sticker price.

First time at this location today, plenty of parking. The store was neat and clean. The associate was extremely helpful and nice, will return.

Seems unorganized to me but good place and good prices.Check out seems a bit crowded. Hard for any more then 1 cart getting through.Lots of candy. Everywhere i when i saw candy, maybe a bit too much candy. I would also like more then soda in cooler. Some better healthy options would be nice

Ordered a couch and was told 5 to 6 weeks before it would be there. 8 weeks later I canceled the order. Clerk said they hadn't had a furniture truck delivery in over 2 months. Happy to hold my money but can't get the item in. This company will be out of business soon.

Changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars based on my latest visit which has been quite some time since my prior. Quite a few changes have taken place this local store such as automatic doors! That is one of the best moves they've ever made! The entire store has been laid out completely different from my prior visit and I actually seal it is a much better suited layout! Can't wait to return!

I was going to rate 5 stars because I found plenty of the self Sticking Tape rolls that I needed. I purchased 10 because they are very hard to find sometimes. However, I was trying to place an online order for pickup so my husband wouldn't have to go inside the store. He doesn't get around very good. But the online system would only allow me to purchase 2 of this item per order! That was no good! So, since we had errands to run today, I simply went inside myself and found the quantity I needed! The online system needs work though, not very customer friendly. Otherwise, the store came through for me.

Big Lots is an interesting place to shop when you have extra time to look over their items. The prices are often below same quality items at other retail stores. Ever so often they have some excellent value items.I like to go for seasonal items as the selections are often unique.Worth the trip and time.

Great prices. Nice store. I don't know about other parts of the store, but electronics is not well stocked to begin with and they do not seem to restock anything. It used to be a good store for low price, but good quality cell phone products, but definitely not anymore. Return a month later and the shelves are more bare than before.

Very poor. Service is terrible. Can't find someone willing to help. I wanted to get a patio set for over $800 but waited over 45 mins for someone to help me and asked several associates only to be ignored and have them walk right by us like we weren't even there. I even mentioned to the cashier that we wanted to get the display set and Noone would help us and he just said yea that happens alot here and apologized but did nothing to fix it or salvage the sale. I will never buy from here due to the terrible service and rude employees.

Nice selection but the prices shocked me . I think the cat toy I bought I believe was almost $7 . I went to look at garden items. The one thing I liked was almost $50 I would've thought S25 tops

Always liked this store got great prices and a little bit of everything and I missed this store really the only place I remember shopping at a big lots is when I lived in Martinsburg 25 years ago and now I had the chance to come back it's just as I remember it great customer service and not a big line or a wait checking out if you never had the chance to shop at a big lots I highly recommend it u won't be disappointed so untill next time live love and shop alot and keep it 💯
