Placed an online order after chorin' for a quick snack and hung out on the parking lot to eat. The burgers had the McDonald's flavor. The fries were definitely made to my liking and I ate a whole basket myself. Chicken nuggets were also perfect. Have no complaints. The drinks even tasted fresh fresh. Not like the CO² is almost empty. I'll definitely be returning.Parking: Enter is a one way and so is the exit. With the way the parking lot is laid out, you can circle the building to leave. The enter is only big enough for one vehicle and there is a small incline. Please remember to be careful here.

Fun facts -Did you know that 1 of 8 people in the U.S. has worked at McDonald's at one point or another. Some just starting in the workforce and some finishing. People who have worked " under the table" jobs or self employed may need to show work history so they can get social security. That's why you see some of our elder generation working these types of jobs.Why does it seem like it takes YEARS to have their ice cream machine fix. I can't tell you how many times I've heard " it's broken" when trying to order a milkshake.

We ordered our food online through the app. When we arrived at the store we waited in the curbside spot, we honestly did not wait that long for our food to come out. However, when the worker brought our food out we were missing half of our order. She gave us the food and said “have a nice day”. I went inside and had to explain 3 times to the girl who delivered our food that we were missing both of our drinks and one of our meals. She was trying to tell me that they were still working on our order that she had just delivered to us. The worker finally gave me the drinks and I had to ask if the meal was still coming. Finally got our food after a total of 25 minutes being at the store. When we went to eat it we had a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle… with you guessed it.. no egg on it. There should be someone checking orders. There were several families waiting inside for missing items on their order as well who were waiting for 40+ minutes.

Do not spend your money here.As others have stated, they never have ice cream. Been in the area over a year and only once have i been able to get a milkshake. The order is rarely correct..if it is be prepared to eat the coldest, most unappetizing meal you ever had. Even by mcdonalds standards. Dont be excited to be the only car in the drive thru, youll still be waiting for your cold food. I have previously spent money here out of convenience as they are the only "fast food" in the area. I wont be anymore, as every trip seems to be an inconvenience. Im sure to drive past it and head to taco bell or burger king in fairmont if i want fast food. Way better value considering how much mcdonalds wants to charge for mediocre food on their best day. Maybe one day it will be replaced. Until then i suggest everyone avoid it like the plague.

Both of the Waynesburg McDonald's are horrible. The management is snarky and vile, the food is sub par for even McDonald's. They won't honor other McDonald's coupons either! From what I understand these are both private franchise owned restaurants. The owners need to shape up or ship out. My experience at this McDonald's was as usual very disappointing!The food quality, and customer service of the restaurant needs significant improvement. The staff seem disinterested and unengaged. It has to be the slowest drive-thru in West Virginia. It is crucial for the franchise owner to take necessary steps in improving staff training, motivation, and implementing better cleaning and maintenance protocols. Overall, there is much room for improvement in terms of staff, service, and cleanliness at this McDonald'sI would only recommend this McDonald's if you are desperately hungry and even then ONLY as a last resort.*utilizing the curbside service via mobile app will help to avoid long wait times and ensure a more accurate and warmer meal!As always thanks for checking out my review and I welcome all feedback, good or bad.-Jeff Malcolm

I've never seen a McDonald's who's shake machine is ALWAYS "broke down". They usually get orders right but there's always a chance it's screwed up so you have to check it before leaving the drive thru or parking lot.

Very rude employees Mannington McDonald's. I called in my order as it was a very large order being placed during prime time hours (which I have done many, many times at the Shinnston location when I lived closer to that location with no issues) this time during my first attempt to call in the order at the Mannington location, the gentleman who answered the phone gave me a price followed by "You can place your order at the drive thru when you get here." He then hung up the phone.My mouth dropped!!! I immediately called a second time. This time a female answered. She informed me that they do not accept call in orders due to the possibility of waste. She then hung up without giving me an opportunity to respond.Third call, a different gentleman answers, I made him aware that I had been employed by McDonald's for many years (intending to also let him know that I was very aware that call in orders are a regular occurrence and appreciated when large orders) however, he interrupted me mid sentence with, "Good for you!" Then hanging up!I did my very best to be understanding considering it was prime time. Living less than a mile from the location I headed there only to find them with not a single customer in the drive thru or dining room. I placed my order waited at window for it to be ready. Once I received it I asked the female employee working the second window who the Manager On Duty was, "Jacob" was her response after looking towards the back of the store. I also asked her if there were any other managers currently working. Her reply was, "No" My issue with that is that at least one male and one female employee answered the phone being extremely rude and hanging up on a customer who was simply trying to make the JOB THEY ARE PAID BY THE HOUR TO DO a little easier on them all. I can not say with certainty whether the other gentleman who did the same was the manager on duty, Jacob, or a second male employee answering the phone. What I can say with certainty is that it is against policy for ANYONE who isn't a manager/supervisor to answer the telephone!Beyond irritated at this point I called the Shinnston store to ask for the Office Phone Number. Crystal not only gave me the number without hesitation, she also advised me to wait to call until the following morning after seven. As it was already after 5pm that evening the office would be closed. Crystal didn't realize that I was a previous employee of that location and I didn't make her aware. Simply because I already knew that she would and was treating me as she would ANY OTHER CUSTOMER who called in the same situation.PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MANNINGTON EMPLOYEES!!!! AWESOME AS ALWAYS CRYSTAL!!! 😘(I got sidetracked and distracted as I often do and never did place that call to the office. But I still wanted to make potential future customers aware of the difference in customer service at the two locations (well, depending on the employees scheduled at the time that is.)

These people were as slow as turtles, 13 minutes after placing the order we got our food to sit down inside. The drive thru people were getting theirs first. The food after the 13 minute wait was cold, unsalted fries and the Big Mac looked like a double cheese burger with lettuce on it. They don't even deserve 1 star!

When I was here, the service was extremely slow because they were very busy and understaffed, the dining area was not as clean as it could have been, and the ranch snack wraps had almost no ranch or cheese. The food as a whole was very bland to the point where I actually had to check to see if the Big Mac had any Mac sauce on it. About the best thing that could have been said for my experience was that everyone was very friendly.

I go to this one right now because it's close to my current worksite. Been here a few times with no issues, but this time they forgot a pretty big part of my order. I had to turn around and get it and I had to wait even longer because it had not even been made. Typical for fast food places, but I barely made it to work on time. I wasn't about to leave without it because it was a more expensive item. Always get your receipt and check.

The food is usually really good. It’s always busy after local events. There was a bunch of black stuff on my food but I’m sure it was just a lot of pepper. Overall, it’s a pretty good place to stop if you’re hungry (:

Only go to McDonald's when absolutely necessary, such as to avoid starvation & nothing else is available. Two * * because one would be unfair.°The staff was nice.°The soda was flat & syrupy.°The food is over priced.The outside of the store was disheveled looking. Wrappers, napkins & bits of trash scattered enough to be very noticeable. 🚬 cigarette butts everywhere in the parking lot (many were centrally located, leading one to assume that employees are responsible for those).The ubiquitous drive-thru speaker makes Charlie Brown's teacher a star diction coach.BUT we didn't starve.Had the usual post consumption gastric issues, but that is for another time.

I usually wait about 30 minutes for my food, even for a coffee. I think if you have to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes you should get something free after all it is fast food. you always have to check your food because it's usually wrong and a lot of times the food is cold probably because you have to wait 30 minutes and your food was cooked 30 minutes prior.

Only fast food place in town really.. So you have to take what you can get. I've had mostly poor experiences at this particular store due to the millennial crew really not caring about their job.. Frappe machine might as well be removed because they always say the machine is down.. As well as the shake machine. It's a hit and miss chance with this store at best.

Employees arguing right in front of everybody. The manager seemed to think screening from the back and aggressively "correcting" them was the soultion to the problem. While waiting a guy walks in and says that he was told to park but never got his food only to find out that he was only waiting on a snack wrap and that they had made none of his food at all. After my food sat on the tray and got cold I told them I would take what's there now and for them to bring the rest when it's ready. My daughter's six piece was a cold four piece, her apple juice was a chocolate milk and my sweet tea never made it even after the rest of my food was brought to me. After getting the rest of my food a woman walks in and asks to speak to the manager and not the one who was just back there speaking very inappropriate to the drive through employee. Her complaint was that she could hear every foul and disrespectful word through the drive thru speaker. Every single customer in the lobby had a look of disgust on their face. This store also frequently gets my drive thru orders wrong. I contacted the regional manager about all of this. I will not be returning to this store.

This McDonald's is consistently dirty, employees are consistently unprofessional and rude, and service is terrible. I don't come this way often, but when I do there are almost always a large number of flies buzzing through the dining room, drive through traffic is backed up around the building, and there are (every single visit) at least one or two employees standing around doing nothing and usually distracting the other employees by talking to them or showing them things on their phones. This is the only fast food restaurant for miles in any direction and I suppose management just doesn't care enough to spend time cleaning and training when customers are a captive audience. It's a shame. It's a disgrace to their franchise.

Stopped in around 4:45 pm, for a snack. Wanted two apple pies and a drink. Zip no pies, second time in less than a week. Had to go across the street to Burger King and get a Hershey Sunday pie. The King never lets you down. Get with it Ronald McDonald.
