The Kingwood walmart has less of a variety of the selections opposed to others, while remodeling the store they are definitely well staffed with cheerful employees , that go put of their way to stop and ask if you are finding everything okay and seem to be knowledgeable enough already to point you in the right direction.

It's Walmart! It's everywhere! Tire and lube is on the right side and around the back. One of the best deli departments I have been to. The ladies are fabulous. Gam-gam would be proud.

The perfect size a great selection of groceries and retail items employees are knowledgeable and friendly there online ordering service is great I have used it a few times the order has always been right and the employees that bring them out to your car are very friendly always in good mood

I was in line with my wife on june 2nd and we had alcohol with our purchase. The clerk asked for my ID and wifes ID. I asked why do you need two ID's, I was told if my wife wouldn't of had her ID, she couldn't sell it to us. Makes no sense at all and could be easily challenged in a court of law. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Well I took my car in for oil change. My was ready so I went to pick it up and had to sit there waiting for 30 minutes waiting for someone to come ring me up and give me my keys. After 20 minutes an employee changing trash bags out asked me if I had been helped. I told her no that I had been waiting for so long, she got on radio twice to tell their was someone waiting for help in automotive. Nobody responded or came to help. Finally one of the mechanic/tire people finished working on a car and only then would come check me out. I told him that their had been a man waiting before me but he walked away. Mechanic responded with "he will either find it or he won't!" I think this store could care less if it's customers are happy or not. This is the second problem I have had with automotive. The first time I even called to complain and Walmart did nothing about it. The first time the problem started because one of their stores installed the wrong tires on my car. When I went to get tires rotated and balanced I was told they won't do it because it has wrong tires on it.

Kingwood Walmart is the worst Walmart in my area. Their shelves are always empty anymore and they are always moving things. I would rather travel to Morgantown and I hate driving around Morgantown! Oakland is close by too!

Found everything I needed on my list and the cashier watching over the self check out was so kind to watch my buggy while toting my two kids and needing to run back to the pharmacy. She was a wonderful help.

As far as Walmarts go...this is definitely one of them...If you're looking for weirdos to gawk at, you won't find many here as the people of Kingwood have too much integrity and self-respect to go out in public looking like an idiot.1 word of advice... if you're trying to buy alcohol, then try to use a register that is run by a person of age.... there are a lot of great teenagers and young adults under 21 that work here and they'll have to get a manager to approve the sale... and there's only one manager... so it can get annoying.

Needs more selection of all items and the prices in the craft and art selection are a bit steep for what they have bit overall is ok. Plus they never keep there shelves stocked. So it's hard to have consistently the same brand of certain items.

Tire area is one of the best around. Good selection and the staff are helpful. Most Walmarts suck in this area but this location is pretty good. I'll drive out of my way to service my truck here.

What are you going to say, it's Walmart, all the employees are underpaid, underappreciated, under insured, overworked as long as they don't go over 39 hours, SMH, because then God forbid Walmart might have to offer their employees a good insurance plan instead of using the individual states Medicaid as their own corporate insurance plan, what I'm trying to say is most of the people at this location are hard-working individuals who strive to make your day a good day even if there's isn't, big shout out to whoever the man who works in customer service whose name was Stuart on his name badge, this man was kind, and patient with me, however don't think you're going to get that type of service from all the employees Janice, who somehow found herself in a customer service management position with this company has not smiled one time in the four years that I've known her up here oh, you try to crack a little joke or anything to lighten up the mood, and she'll just stare at you, or Worse give you a dirty look oh, there have been times where I have just straight out called her and others out because I won't take their s***, I spend more than half of my yearly income at their store. But other than a couple employees who are named above which I shouldn't have done so however I think you should point out the good from the bad to be an honest review, if you don't go to the oil plus any more around back because of the old manager they had back there what he's no longer the manager so you don't have to worry about that they have a new person who seems to be a lot more personable then that other guy that looks like he just got off the road tour with Led Zeppelin

Pick up great! Very quick and polite. Easy to do online. Will do again. Small compared to others. Selection lacking. Don't go looking for Burts Bees at this Wal-Mart, go to Grafton or Morgantown. Store is very clean and associate very helpful! Good for small trips.
