These guys are great! Big thank you to Elijah. Broke down near there. Elijah came to my location, then got me to the store. Worked on the car for a couple hours in the cold (turned out to be computer problem, not battery issue). I would have been stuck out of town overnight in the cold, with my dog, if not for Elijah. (Small town, limited hotel options with a large dog, and car rental was already closed). And he called to check on me later that night to make sure I hadn't broken down on my trip home! So polite and professional. Way above and beyond!!

I stopped in this morning as they were unlocking the door (730am) and James H. helped me right away pick out new wipers. He went through all the different kinds and which ones he recommends. After ringing me out he asked if I needed help putting them on. I told him I would figure it out, but he said it would only take him a second. He walked right out with me and put my new wipers on and I was on my way within 5-6 minutes of walking in the door! A lot of employees don't go out of their way anymore, they just do what they are supposed to do. James H went out of his way and I appreciate it!

I went in Auto Zone in Keyser, WV yesterday in order to pick up break light bulb for my son’s 2011 Ford Focus. I was immediately asked if I needed help from one of the sales associates named Thomas. He not only helped select the right bulb, but when I commented, “Now I just have to figure out how to install it,” he offered to come out to the car and install it on the spot!! In a few minutes, he had installed the bulb and I was in business. I tried to give him money for his kind gesture, but he emphatically refused. Thus, I wanted to leave a review - not only for his prompt service, but in my opinion, going far and above with his help!! Great service!! Highly recommend Auto Zone based on their customer service!

I currently live in NC with Westernport being my home town. I am here visiting family, and with the extreme cold weather, my windshield fluid froze up. I stopped by Autozone for some assistance fixing it and ensuring it wouldn't happen again. Mr. Agnew waited on me and went above and beyond to make sure this was fixed. He offered his advice and even came out to my car in this cold weather to check the fluid situation. With his help, I can be assured I won't have this happen again. Definitely high praises for him and this store! Thank you, Mr Agnew!! I would highly recommend this store!!

Thomas, the manager, was sooooo kind and accommodating. He went above and beyond his duty. We were visiting from Atlanta, Georgia and realized our brake light and signal lights and headlights weren’t functioning properly on one side. He Immediately went into action to find out the problem and fixed it at our request. He also checked our fluids and replenished our depleted antifreeze. Thanks to Thomas and Autozone for their policy of helping customers in need. I will never hesitate to go to Autozone in any location again in an emergency. Kudos to Autozone. 🙏🏾🙏🏾👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

buying rotella for an oil change - they are offering a $20 rebate - the guys(including mgr) tried for about 10 minutes to get it to go through but no luck. maybe rotella really doesn't want to give the rebate?

Usually have any part you may need, and if not most of the time it can be ordered. Helpful , friendly staff. However , the staff should be familiar with mechanics , not just the register.

Wow....been shopping here for years...never had a clerk know "everything" but this girl is gonna run off customers if she continues with her attitude towards them!! I'll try to stick with going in on the early dayshift and be treated properly by the regular polite crew

Great staff who are very helpful. The prices are meticulously high though. $3.99 for a pack of 4 fuses...nealy a dollar per fuse?! I went on Amazon and bought an assortment of 120 fuses for 8 bucks. And retailers wonder why online merchants eat their lunch.

This autozone is by far my favorite across the many states I've lived in. The staff is always helpful, there is usually product in store here, not like other zones. Of they don't have it,, it will be ordered in store within 2 days in my experience with them.. Decently priced as always!

Staff was pretty cool. There all pretty much Yong but they know what there looking for and what your talking about. Seems like there prices are better than advanced. Got breaks and rotors and it was about 100 bucks cheaper than advanced.
