I have a service dog and it says that service dogs are welcome! However, an employee insisted that my service dog wasn’t allowed by her standards and that only if I were blind! A service animal is for the disabled person who needs their assistance in one way or another and a 711 employee isn’t qualified to decide whether or not the animal is needed or not! Now, does your establishment accommodate the disabled??? You accommodate transgender bathrooms but not a service animal?! I usually don’t have a problem, even at Martins! I was a dedicated customer for 711 until today!! Disabled and disappointed!

stopped in to get pizza for my kids the ones that they bake here had the lady bake them the kids come out with them and they are still FROZEN!!!! So my son goes back in to tell the lady and she snatched them out of his hands and slammed them down on the counter Then proceeds to say that she can’t bake them any longer because they will burn and gives us two pizzas with toppings on them that my kids don’t like every time I come in here this lady has an attitude for no reason if you don’t like people don’t work in the public at a convenient store

2 nights in a Row I have gotten the wrong Food SmhDrive a half hour & waste gas just to get the wrong food 2 nights in a row, that won't be ate.Does anyone that works there know the difference between Jalapeño n Cream Cheese Taquitos......Versus CHICKEN????
