The best ice cream around. I’ve tried many flavors but my favorite is the black raspberry and pineapple and the peanut butter and chocolate. They always have a good selection. Their milkshakes are also very good. The staff is always very friendly and happy to help. I highly recommend trying it if u are in the area.The recently added the winter drinks which are my new favorite especially the affogato

Ordered a medium chocolate shake and it tastes like they used soft serve. If I wanted to pay 6.50 for a huge cup of soft serve I would have ordered that. Huge disappointment

My husband had the grape pineapple ice cream and won’t stop talking about how delicious it was and he’s not really an ice cream fan. I can’t pass up homemade ice cream…did not disappoint! The young ladies were very sweet, and funny! Highly recommend!

We have visited this location quite a few times because it is close to us.The ice cream and flavors are good and the wait time is good, but I am sorry, the staff is just not friendly at all. It is the same every time.Everyone says to visit the Kenova location, so we are going to that one from now on.

Austin's ice cream is unlike any other. The service is always friendly, and the atmosphere at both locations is unique. The market we had a live band playing in the background, my kids thoroughly enjoyed it!

Love their variety of homemade ice cream and shakes. The employees have always been kind, courteous, and helpful. They were also accommodating to my gluten sensitive wife. Keep up the good work! 🙌❤️😊

I like that they have super man ice cream. One time I went to basketball camp at the CAM Center at Marshall over the summer and I got super man ice cream at Harless cafe. I'm glad I can find super man ice cream at Austins.

I took my friend that was visiting from Kansas to try Austin's ice cream because it is my favorite and I knew that she would just love it, and she certainly did. She asked them to open one in Kansas where she lives. Lol

Have always loved Austin's Ice cream and now so happy they are at The Market in downtown Huntington! I had their cinnamon ice cream cream in a waffle cone and it was awesome! Their employees are extremely nice and no matter how many people are in line the wait is never long! Kudos Austin's!!! Still the best ice cream anywhere ❤️❤️

Its great to be able to get Austin's year round. Although there is a difference! This locations ice cream WILL NOT taste the same, it doesn't hit the spot that CKs Austin's does. Also I've always had rude service here, for instance ordering a milkshake thats more of a sherbert and getting talked about when I point out the imperfection. Like I said earlier you WILL notice a difference. Ice creams still good just not Austin's expectations good. Visit the actual Austin's its worth the wait and drive and you'll see the difference.

Always delicious ice cream. Lots of flavors and locally made. Know for grape pineapple. But my favorite is the cinnamon taco which is shareable in size. My son loves their cotton candy, and I agree its great, and its not a flavor I would normally chose. Staff are efficient and friendly! And you can sample flavors before buying ( when you aren't in the middle of a pandemic)

Not sure what all the hype is about. I got a flavor I get and love at other ice cream places and couldn't finish it here.In response to owner: I got the dairy free pina colada flavor. I really wanted to enjoy it, but the flavors did not meld well together. The ice cream was over powered with coconut, and the pineapple was chewy and not very good--like maybe it was freeze-dried? I think it would be much better if the coconut could be toned down a bit and the pineapple could lend some flavor to the ice cream itself. Perhaps a canned or fresh pineapple instead? I would love to try it again if the recipe is changed. Thanks for responding!

The best homemade ice cream around and the location is so convenient. Best part is the mini scoop - even if you're full after dinner, you can always fit a mini scoop in! Too many favorite flavors to name..

I wish they had more ice cream choices like they do at the regular Austin's ice creams. If they would do the same ice cream as they do at the regular Austin's they would get so much more customers and a lot more business through the door!!!!
