They have all the essentials. They lack a good selection of Asian dry foods, and they don't have good signal in the store but we are talking about West Virginia and who has good signal inside buildings?? So, that was expected. The people are really nice and helpful. The checkout was easy and they helped me take my groceries to my car. All in all is was a good experience.

Decent selection of products for such a small rural grocery store. They have a wonderful friendly staff of employees. I've been a customer since I was a child, or I should say I was the child of 2 of the original customers when they 1st opened. And now my family and I continue to be customers. It's great to shop somewhere where the owners, staff and employees are almost all known to you and have been known by you for so long. Childhood friends work there and family members work there also. Rick's IGA is a huge part of our community.

Good variety of products, great sales, staff is always pleasant, they offer carry out service. Nice to have a store so convenient and so close by! I think the store still closes at 7pm, even though posted as 8pm on the internet.

Friendly staff. Store is clean & organized. Bag boys are helpful to assist you taking your groceries to your vehicle. Some of the prices are a bit high, but you will also find great deals on other items, especially at their yearly sale. The service the service is great.

Traveling from out of state but lived near this place years ago.Very friendly staff business clean, produce well stocked and fresh.Had everything we needed except a public restroom. Don't know why but people spending their money taking time to shop, should have public restroom for customers to use.Just saying Rick.

This Supermarket is amazing! It is unlike any that I have experienced. The butcher, Mark is super friendly and will cut your roasts for you to order. They also have employees that will take your grocery bags to your vehicle. I have never seen this at another grocery store and I was blown away! Prices can be high on items that aren't on sale, but when they do have items in the ad they are very cheap.

Great prices on meat, got approx. 15 lbs London broil, family pack of country ribs, and 6 pounds of burger for $60. They have bag boys to help you take and load your groceries if you need or want. Veggies looked fresh also.

Staff is great. Couldn't ask for friendlier service. It's the only grocery store around here that I'm aware of who still offer carry out service to everyone. They always have great sales going on. Just a great local grocery store.
