This store is such a horrible mess I would not recommend even bothering stopping here. Also, every item in the store was limited to only a few sizes; usually small & extra large. There were only 4 pairs of jeans in the entire store that was my son’s size. I asked for assistance & that’s all we could find. School shopping here just didn’t happen. Sizes were limited & I actually couldn’t really find anything the store was such a mess. I’ve never been in a store like that, unless it’s a Dollar General on truck day.

The associates on the sales floor were great but Sharon on the register was coughing all over her hands and our merchandise during our entire check out process. We spent almost $400 just to have it all be coughed on.

It's so clean in here and they have great clearance deals. I got some really nice clothes for really cheap. The cashier's are very friendly and easy to chat with.

I was very pleased with my last visit to Kohl’s of Clarksburg. The store was be well organized, clean, had great employees, and the quality of the merchandise and prices were excellent. I can always find what I am looking for and more!! This is my favorite go to store!!!!

Unfortunately they double changed us after reassuring us they would not. It was an accident on their part but. It was all avoidable.They did allow us to follow-up. It did correct for the error, but staff was not friendly about it. Nonetheless, a positive/not negative outcome despite the inconvenience.

It was hard to find jeans and shoes in the size and type we needed. The shelves were not neat and organized with the sizes mixed with other sizes. Out of the 6 jeans size 10's were too small and 12's were too big in the waist. I did find the shoes I wanted in my size eventually. They were not anywhere near the other shoes of the same brand. I will cut them some slack due to Christmas was 3 days prior.

I love this Kohls just.for the fact , the employees are super friendly. Good sales at times. But nothing special that no other place doesn't have. I do like there clothes.

Editing my previous review - down from five stars, to one. One consistent positive - the cashiers are generally great - friendly, customer-focused and efficient. I visited Kohl's this past weekend... what happened to the men's clothing section? There used to be a decent business and business casual clothing selection. Men's clothing is scattered across several sections of the store, and how disappointing it was to see Apt 9 suit pants are now more like jeggings with a bunchy, stretch elastic band waist. 😔 We visited the bedding section, and I picked out a few things here and there. Decent price on some of the pillows, with discount coupon. One thing I purchased was a black beauty floral comforter w/shams, simply Vera Wang. It was priced for $119.99. I had a coupon, so I bought it. Otherwise, I feel it wouldn't have been worth asking price. Today I found the exact same comforter on the Kohl's app for $67. So disappointed this isn't cross referenced at checkout - online versus in-store prices. I've shopped at Kohl's for years. In the past couple years, it's quickly gone downhill in quality, selection, pricing & price transparency. Until substantial changes occur, I will not be back nor consider Kohl's for future shopping.

Kohls is a good store, and a gold mine for good deals, but i would encourage them to get a better big and tall selection.
