Very friendly staff, and helpful. Store is always very clean, Restrooms are clean. Shelves are always well stocked, neat, and orderly.Just a great place to shop! The meat department offers some great deals, and the deli is wonderful. We will continue to shop here!

I've come to this Food Lion a few times. Most of the time I felt like the people who work there were annoyed if you asked a question. This store has very little to offer if you are Vegan.

Clean aisles, well stocked, moderately priced, waiting cashiers with fast checkouts. The only thing is, I wish the staff was more helpful in my search for items whenever needed instead of just waiting at the end of their registers. Two different bags, one for cold items, and the other was for dry items.

Well stocked, clean, quick check out. Amazing selection of seafood. 5 stars because I love seafood. They have whole squid and octopus about $10 a tray and buy one, get one on medium shrimp when I was there. If you get crab meat, always check that it isn't made from fish protein, unless your okay with that.

Great place!! Good Prices! However, the employees at the Milford Street location are very rude and make fun of their customers. I have even witnessed managers and cashiers making fun of customers with other employees and laughing at them. If I shop there, I know my day is ruined. The cashiers aren't friendly and act bothered. Maybe the employer treated them bad? The Nutterfortlocation is a lot friendlier!

Food Line has great deals and the app is nice to have. The lady that checked me out was so kind and patient. I have not had such good experiences here before with the employees. Most were not that nice and seemed to rush and didn't have time if you had a question or want a price check. They need to take training from Barb she was amazing!!

They are helpful when I need something last minute but it seems like they could do a little better managing the freshness of produce and Meats.The produce is always half rotten when I go and the meat seems to have been sitting a long time. Most of the packages are puffed up. I don't buy fresh items from them but they do have a good selection of ice cream!

An excellent alternative to the slop houses in Emily drive. Much much cleaner then Kroger or Walmart. They also aren't packed constantly like other grocery stores in the area, likely because of the perception that they are more expensive. They have different items cheaper. It's all a matter of how you shop. Edit: still great

Food Lion was nice but they had nothing to choose from only name brands and not much of that all the prices was three times more than what normal and that's if you could find anything most of the shelves are empty the freezers are empty they were stalking a little bit but still it was little nothing but name brands and very expensive but overall I had a good experience in the store and my service was good it's just the prices and that's not the stores fault

Food lion is the only food store in that part of town. I live south of town and have to drive past it every day from work. I usually stop in 2-3 times per week. Even if it wasn’t the only store in that area, I would still choose to go there. People are friendly, shelves are always well stocked and it is clean.

Very nice customer service, good selection, but really wish they would've waited to move the store around. It's hard enough to go into a store now a days and be quick to not keep it over capacity, but now everyone is having to walk all over the store trying to figure out where they moved everything.

Great store but they need to bag better. If you are going to make bags heavy at least double them. I live on a hill and my bag busted because it was heavy my can goods rolled down the hill onto on coming cars and 2 glass jars busted. Lost out on about 15 bucks.

To be able to get the "full-on" shopping experience and savings that Food Lion offers make sure to ask your cashier to become an MVP Rewards card member. Like many loyalty programs it's free and will save you upwards of at least $5.00/visit, depending on what and how many items you purchase.The Deli/Meat Dept. employees were very nice and helpful, so do not be afraid to ask them anything pertaining to particular cuts of meat. The produce section is not your local farmers market but for a chain food store I was still thoroughly impressed.All in all I will be doing more and more shopping at Food Lion grocery stores if this one is like the rest. Good customer service, reasonable prices, and employees that go the extra mile.....it's a NO BRAINER!!!!
