Needed a new pair of glasses badly . My others were ready to break at the bridge . Called Thursday and was able to get in at ficks Eye care for a exam on Saturday morning . Got my exam and went next door to Eyemart Express and was able to pick out new frames and they had my new frames and lenses ready in about 3 hours. Great people to deal with. Would recommend them to anyone looking for new glasses or contacts*****😀

Ridiculously Slow and not very courteous. Took 1:30 minutes for my husband to get his glasses ordered in store. “New Employee” He did get them made within an hour… They didn’t work in one eye still blurry. Brought them back but had to sign in, waited 45 minutes with several other people behind him just to give the glasses to the next available attendant to take them back to the lab for a lens replacement… They were done an hour later. It’s ridiculous that you have to wait 45 minutes just to drop them off and should have a person up front for that…

Was having issues with glasses I did not buy ther but needed to get by for two months so I could get a new pair and the woman who took care of me did her best to help me and priced me replacements. Less than 2 months later when I walked in to buy my new ones I waited for her because she had taken such good care of me before. My go to for years to come!

I brought my dad to pick out a few pairs of glasses. He tried on a few pairs of glasses that he liked. We were told that it would be an hour before they were done. So we found something to do for a little bit. I received a message that the glasses were done and ready to be picked up 30 minutes later. Very friendly and helpful staff. You can’t find any better or faster service.

My Dad loved the selection and was very happy with them once he got them and was wearing them. He hadn’t been for a bit and I’ve had to keep coaxing him. This is the only place I get my glasses now too. They are all quality. If there is a problem I take them in and they take care of it. They do everything they can to ensure you don’t have a problem PRIOR to receiving them. The people are always kind, mannerly, and professional. My Dad told me after getting his glasses that I “did good!” for recommending them. He expressed for me to give them the highest rating for his service and I also give them the highest rating for mine.

The staff was friendly and courteous. My glasses were ready the same day. I got the buy one "get one free". I had a coupon for 2 for $79.99 progressive lenses. I did mention this when I picked out my glasses the previous day. So I don't know if I got the better deal or not. Also it says your warranty is included as part of your purchase, this is misleading because you pay approximately $30 for the first pair and $20 for the second pair in the buy one get one free. I paid $310 for 2 pair of glasses. Frames $79.99, lenses approximately $180 plus the warranty's. They have a decent selection of frames in all different price ranges.

The first step in the doors we could feel the calm/happy atmosphere. Also the staff greeted with a welcome. Lots of different frames to choose from. Eyemart express was very fast with getting my glasses. Same day is awesome. It was actually less than 2 hrs! We will shop again.
