Stopped by for dinner with my mother. It was nice and sunny and this place offers a lot of natural light. The food was great, I'm a mustard potato salad person and their potato salad was very bland. The burger I ordered was amazing and their selection of draft beers was awesome. Definitely will go again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loved, loved, loved Chimney Corner Café! I’ve lived in the area my whole life, and the food just never hit quite right… that’s all changed now! Under new management the food is by far the best it’s ever been! I ordered the pulled pork nachos, the Italian with a side of Mac and cheese, a hotdog with fries, & bread pudding with a scoop of ice cream for dessert. Every bite was perfect! I highly recommend stopping here to eat, not to mention they also always have great live music!

I really wanted to love this place! The atmosphere was amazing but the wait staff and food was lacking. Our waitress was nice but very inattentive on what seemed like a slow day. The live music was awesome and made the experience worthwhile though. The food lacked basic seasoning. The pretzels and cheese were super bland. The sub bread was super good but the rest of the steak sub just tasted like nothing. It was on a sub roll and not cut in half. If I had a knife and some s+p and a refill I may be ready to go back. Unfortunately, I had to saw my sandwich in half with a fork. Also, the bathroom was beyond gross and didn’t have toilet paper.

We stayed at the campground down the road and while we were there, the owner of the restaurant down the street came by and gave us a menu and invited us to stop in that evening for live music and dinner.When we got there later that evening, the owner recognized us immediately and described all the local beers they had on tap and gave us some samples. We got a table front and center to the stage.The food was amazing, the waitress was super sweet and the music was great. Wonderful family owned establishment. Definitely will be back when in the area again.

This was my first visit to the Chimney Corner Cafe after having ridden past it numerous times. The location is great! The building is open-air and juts out into the woods. There is a stage below where a guitarist was playing and singing some fun tunes. Service was prompt and friendly. Drinks came out right away and the delicious food soon followed. What a wonderful place to relax after a day of riding motorcycles on 16. I would definitely come back.

Chimney Corner Cafe opened back up today. Just what we needed after all of the COVID lockdown. Great atmosphere, great music, great service and most of all, Great Food. This is one of the most delightful outdoor restaurants you will find anywhere. It is nestled in the trees next to a creek with several levels and a stage for occasional music. Good local beers, ice cream and a small but delicious menu. You will want to stop here if they are open.

Pretty location/Horrible foodSoggy fries, loaded fries had TOO much chili, burgers were frozen and had a sour smell to them. Had looked forward to visiting but was disappointed about quality and high cost for soggy, frozen food. Nice folks but bad food.

It was chilly but we sat by the outdoor chimney fireplace and enjoyed some adult beverages and appetizers. Try the hot pretzel bites and beer cheese. So warm, crispy and delicious!Kid-friendliness: Open area outdoors that kids wouldn't bother others but this restaurant is right next to a road.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel right onto the outdoor deck to enjoy a meal and the sights and smells of nature.

This is another must stop while visiting hawks nest. Always friendly and a great stop. Stopped last weekend and my kid loved the place. Especially the ice cream. I recommend stopping by here anytime your in the areaParking: There's a handful of parking. Just be alert because it is right off a curve on the highway and alot of cars and motorcycles tend to be driving fast through thereKid-friendliness: It's really kid friendly. The guy let my 8 year old have free samples of ice cream while trying to decide what flavor. They also have neat stuff kids would likeWheelchair accessibility: I did not see a wheelchair ramp. Only a few steps. The way the inside is laid out, I would not recommend bringing a wheelchair inside. Imo.

We have driven past here numerous times but decided to stop for a bite after our ride across The Talon. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing! Pulled Pork sandwich was awesome! Even though it was a cool day the wood stove kept it warm enough to enjoy our meal. We met the owner after our meal and he was very friendly and welcoming. This is one place I would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, I didn't have the pleasure of eating at Chimney Corner Cafe but my next trip to HAWK'S NEST I will definitely be stopping in. I could smell the food cooking when we were at the gift shop and it smelled so yummy. Looking forward to eating here.

It was closed, with no indication as to whether it would reopen. It looked pretty deserted, yet still had some chairs sitting on a small stage at a small outdoor "amphitheatre," probably not more than 100 seats or so. Hard to tell what the deal is with the place. Maybe seasonal? We were there on a Monday, October 22.

Despite slow service, the ambiance of open air seating in the woods with adjacent stream and open mic stage…this little stop off for food, adult beverages music was absolutely wonderful. Great place to stop in for a bite to eat with family or take a date or rendezvous after a hike. Menu is very plentiful for what seems to be a whole in the wall roadside cafe. Nested on a hair pin turn on a 3 way intersection this place will not disappoint. They even have Hershey’s ice cream if your stopping in for a treat.

Husband, oldest son and I got the burgers and they were very good. Youngest son got the Mac & Cheese and said it wasn't very good. There was a printer issue in the back and our order was late so they gave us a free appetizer. The view was nice. Would like to go back to check out the live music.

We've been looking forward to visiting with them but the portions was small the live music was so loud that I couldn't have a conversation with my wife. The chips didn't have any flavor, the $13 barbecue was good but small, the $10 cheese fries should of been on the kids menu. For the price we shouldn't of been walking out still hungry.

Chimney Corner Cafe is one of the best restaurants near Fayetteville. It’s menu is small but everything on there is delicious. The atmosphere is perfect with outdoor seating, ceiling fans, and even a stage! The place is sparsely but nicely decorated with lights and posters. Although with few employees Chimney Corner Cafe’s service was great! It’s a great place to go for a delicious dinner, ice cream, or even just a beer. If you haven’t gone yet then your missing out on a lot.

My family recently enjoyed a really great meal at the Chimney Corner Café! Our server was so cool and funny! She recommended the pulled pork nachos and boy, were they awesome! Their smoked wings and Buffalo chicken sandwich were soooooo good! Place had a really unique, mountainy feel that makes us want to come back for more. We find ourselves in this area of WV quite frequently during Gauley season and it's nice to know that this place is close by. The Chimney Corner Country Store across the street is really neat too! Everyone, even kids, enjoyed the visit to this cute restaurant on a country crossroad of beautiful West Virginia!
