This Reason I’ve chose to never pay attention to feedback from Sport Haus. The Same Day they’re Commenting back about. On this Portion of the Story. The E Bike Tech person charged me $10.65 to tighten my Crank Arm. That’s not the 1st thing to Throw me off., I needed to get the same crank arm for my Bike 3X after. For supply and Demand. If you’re bike tech. Charges Customers $10.00 to tighten a crank arm. I promise you I don’t know if I had more or less E Bike Mechanical issues before I was ran over by this Lady on Black Friday. Thank You I apologize about this bad Connection Between Customer Support and Business owner. I’m promising you this has nothing to do with you. Service is Great I just really want The Person who ran me over just this past Black Friday. I want her To Pay She Could’ve killed me By Running me over into on coming Traffic. Sport Hause might Support Veterans. Hi my name’ s Josh., I thought Sport Haus was a Really Nice E bike Shop when I started to get my E bike Service ., Just until a little Pass Black Friday when I was Hit by a Car literally A Hit and Run., Well long Story I got no ambulance or cops to help me this lady only gave my her Name and Number then took off on her SUV really stank lady. So my agreement with this lady was that she will pay for my Bike Being serviced. She abused my Friendship. So now a couple days ago 1 of the bike Techs Made his decision to decide to not have my bike their to be serviced. None of this story will make sense to me any more.

Purchased a toddler board for my little one. The employee working The Basement helped pick the perfect size board and bindings. Went back a couple weeks after and the gal working the cashier helped size goggles and helmet for my little one. We are so excited to get her on the slopes thanks to Sporthaus!!

Update: Had to add some extra info after working with this shop some more. I needed some extra help getting my boots comfortable and they did a great job through and through. My concerns were addressed and they took the time to get it right. They stand behind their work, and it is the only place I will be shopping for ski gear going forward.I came here looking for a full ski setup after renting for years. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me pick out gear that fit my budget and ski style, and took the time to make sure everything fit me.I ended up needing to exchange the helmet I bought, and that was also quick with great assistance.Love that I can spend money locally at a quality establishment. This will certainly be my go to for ski gear going forward!

amazingly helpful staff, always kind and easy to deal with. they have made my adventure of getting back into bikes fun and enjoyable. bradon and caroline are both very knowledgeable on the local trails and very helpful every time ive been in. also all services are very quick and reasonable from tune-up to installing new part.

This bike shops is super garage took my e-bike in and blow a back tire. They didn't fix it also they were improperly installing my tire by rolling it making it impossible to keep my back tire air.And I complained about their work telling them they installed my tire improperly so bad to where the rubber of tire will not stay on the rim.They didn't like that and told me it's my fault and that I did it myself I have never mess with my back they were the only ones that work on it.Definitely worse business ever do not go to them for e-bike tires horrible job of fixing the issue and blaming the customer for their mess up they get -⭐️

Our family needed a couple of bikes taken care of before the start of the upcoming Season. Our son is going to be doing downhill racing for the first time. The team in the bike shop are amazing! Knowledgeable and so incredibly helpful! Cannot recommend enough.

The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Not only did the Ski Shop team spend the time to help me figure out exactly what I needed, they got me dialed in and matched online pricing - without me even asking or knowing they were going to do that. This will be the only spot I buy from. Best customer service I have ever experienced. Thanks for putting me on it!

Excellent bike rack! Sporthaus assembled the Yakima bike rack, installed it, and even improved it Explained everything. Sig was extremely professional and kind. I love Sporthaus!

I began skiing again this year after a 20-year hiatus. I rented at the local resorts my first few trips up, and soon realized I wanted my own gear. However, I felt overwhelmed by all the gear options. I decided to start with a helmet and boots and headed to Sporthaus to see what they had. I was immediately impressed by their selection and knowledgeable staff. The boot fitting experience with Sig was amazing! My husband went with me and rather than get bored by the longish process he was fascinated. We both felt confident with my purchase and because I was doing a ski clinic the next day, Sig loaned me a pair of demo skis. He must have known I would fall in love with the skis because I went back to purchase them a few days later. He was able to put the bindings on the same day (when I had called Evo they said appointments for a binding mount were two weeks out). The whole process in getting my setup was smooth and fast, and I never felt intimidated. Pricing at Sporthaus for the products I bought was competitive with Evo!

Sporthaus is always my first stop when I need new sporting equipment. They have a fantastic selection with staff that is always eager to help, and the products they carry are top-notch. I like that I get to support a local business that has been serving the Yakima area since I was a kid, especially when the prices are typically the same as what I can find online. Stop in and see Sig- you'll be glad you did.

Awesome place with awesome people. Recently purchased a new snowboard along with boots and bindings. Helped me with any questions I had and everyone was super friendly. They set up my snowboard and waxed it in 10 minutes. I’ll definitely be returning for all my sporting goods needs.

We rented ski equipment from Sporhaus recently and the experience was fantastic. They were very friendly and gentle with my small kids and they had great tips for making sure our experience on the slopes was as good as it could be. Returning the equipment was easy and they keep the fitting details in their system so future rentals are a breeze.

I've been to this business multiple times and am always treated with the upmost respect. I brought my kids in and had fun testing out different boots. Their buy back program convinced me to buy rather than rent. I always find what I need and there is a large selection of clothes, equipment and accessories. I've purchased 3 pairs of skis and boots here and will continue to buy from here because of the superb customer service and selection. Highly recommend Sport Haus.

Their staff is super friendly and typically helpful. Their gear is very pricy. Not the place to go to if you want to save money on snow/sport gear. If you are going to be buying ski boots they don't have a good selection....I bought a pair last year and they lasted one season. Be specific about what you want.

Great ski shop! They've taken the best care of me and my friend over last 5 years. Whatever it's gear purchase or boot fitting, or binding install, give them a shot first. The owner personally takes interest in customers and spends time to work with customer needs. If you have a special purchase or need in mind,talk to the owner directly, I promise you will be satisfied. They will give you a good competitive price and add THE greatest customer service! My friends and I drive over 2 hours to get skiing needs and services done at Yakima Sporthaus, even though we have a local ski shop in Wenatchee. A+ to these guys!

Found what I was looking for and Zig put together a great package for me. He made a binding recommendation based on my wife's ability and I really appreciated his attention to her skiing needs rather than just slamming out another sale. Professional staff, timely service and a great shop.

Came here to get my winter gloves. I was impressed with large stock winter gear/clothing. The staff person was helpful & answered my questions with a good amount of knowledge about the product. Prices are extremely competitive (compared against other sources).

They Kill it everytime!!! I needed a new Yakima bike/ski rack for my new subaru and they set it up like Champs. I also got myself a new ski helmet, goggles, and all new touring gear this year!!! You can't go wrong with their knowledgeable staff and amazing customer service. Shout out to Matt and Sig that helped me!!!

Don't waste your time with the big box store or online. Come in to Sporthaus for world class service and great advice on anything that has to do with snow sports. They offer a great exchange program that helps with kids that grow out of their ski boots 6 times a season. Sig and the rest of his crew always willing to help out!

Take pictures before you think about getting your board waxed. Took my board in today to get waxed (brand new board) and got it back chipped and scratched. The employees demeanor quickly changed when I asked to speak to a manager about my damaged board. Its not about the customer here.Be cautious getting anything serviced here they don't value other people's property.....atleast not mine.I guess my money isn't green enough so I'll look elsewhere. I will say that I did get a refund atleast.

My old bindings broke on a ski trip and their binding and boot selection is definitely the best around. Technician Effin installed a new set of absolutely perfect fitting Nitro bindings, and I picked up and new goggles. Awesome store and skilled staff I shall return!

Never the less, it was a comfortable place, and I decided to rent equipment for the season and purchase very nice ski pants and mittens from a very thoughtful inventory. A relaxing and sweet place. My experience with Sporthaus was made excellent by Matt, a service member in the ski/board basement room.Matt was attentive, and listened to what I was needing in a snowboard boot. Both boot recommendations were based off his professional viewpoint, which could have been clinical. The support each boot provided was to my personal foot stance, and thoughtful reasoning made me feel like he was also podiatrist!Matt took the time to explain the components of the boot, shape it to my foot by heating it, and was effortless in his service. Surprisingly, he doesnt earn commission. Usually this type of attention is only warranted when there's an incentive for the service worker. Matt just provided it.A BIG shout out to him, and thankyou for my new boots. I'll continue to shop here for quality products and excellent service!

I don’t mind paying too much for products, and it’s expensive here. I love to shop local. I have purchased different backpacking items. The owner is never really very kind, but his employees are.The last time I came in I was going to buy a rain jacket, but his condescending tone really turned me off. Online shopping wins when a customer has this sort of interaction in a store.
