It’s incredible to me that the same person is allowed to consistently receive complaints and still keep their job. Every interaction I have had with Pam has been painful. Always rude, difficult, and borderline vulgar. My wife brought my battery charger in under warranty this afternoon. She did not have the receipt as it was under my rewards phone number; which is what the program is intended for. She was extremely rude to my wife about the transaction instead of being apologetic for the inconvenience of the product that failed less than 90 days following the purchase. When my wife asked for the exchange receipt, Pam told her “no, you didn’t bring me one, so you don’t get one”. How petty! Are you a little child, Pam? I have had many interactions with Pam just like this one. What a miserable representation of a company.I shop here multiple times a week. There are several helpful employees. Employees like Diane; who are always willing to assist and have a positive attitude. Unfortunately, we won’t be spending our money here anymore because of the consistent negativity from Pam.

Very friendly and helpful well stocked hardware store. Moved next door and put in a new large lawn and garden area. Hi-School Pharmacy is a lot smaller and now up front in it's own area.

I bought something online to pick up at this ace location and almost didn’t get my item. They claimed the order was cancelled.Luckily someone there saw the item in my order in the back. One lady kept claiming that my order did get cancelled tried to make me pay again. For sn item that was already paid for in full. In the app, I don’t even see an option for cancelling just one item on an entire order.

The people here are friendly but, due to their unfair Veteran and Senior discount program I greatly limit my visits here.....I am a 31 year army veteran and that is 24/7 yet this business extends a veteran discount only one day a week. Senior is the same, one day a week... I guess no one matters to them the rest of the time.

I was in yesterday around 10am. Lost as could be, when a lady named Karen came up and asking if I needed any help find anything and clearly I did. She was so helpful, helping me find all of my garden needs. I couldn’t thank her enough! Highly recommend asking for Karen she’ll get you all set up with whatever you need!

We'll, what can I say? Local for me. But, as always, overpriced on almost everything I've gone there for. They're always my last resort if you're watching your budget like I do. I'm single with only one income so cost means a lot to me. I only go to Ace if I can't find my part anywhere else. But they are great with customer service and always willing to help.

Took my screen into have it repaired, they made 2 duplicates as I wished and repaired the original screen and did a terrific job. Everyone was really professional and helpful and fast. Will def be bringing all my business there. Thanks for great work

The new (in the past 2 years) garden department is glorious! Selection is impressive, veggie prices are competitive, tomatoes in particular are priced lower here than any other place in town, including the big blue store. Employees are easy to find, knowledgeable, and kind. This store has all the obscure hardware you could ever need. Seriously, don't pitch that thing with a broken part before looking for a replacement part at Ace.

I wanted to share about my most recent visit to ACE and how disappointed i am in the company. Your tag line is the helpful place, Yet your policy does not reflect this spirit. I recently visit ACE hardware to have a key cut for my car. It is a Lexus. I had a known good blank with me. Ace confirmed they had the tools to cut it. But due to a ridiculous policy the staff was prevented from helping me. They attempted to bring up some poor excuses but every one was easily dismissed. The simple fact of the matter is ACE charges a massive amount of money to cut a simple car key. As such there is too much profit to be had to help their customers cut keys obtained elsewhere. I wanted to share my distaste of this policy with the senior leadership of Ace hardware. However, that information isn't easily available. I wonder why they choose to hide it? The next best option is to make this horrible policy decision as public as I can. Thank you.

The staff here are friendly and helpful every time we visit. We've come in with some really vague descriptions of our hardware problem and they were still able to help us out. It's especially nice that they offer free popcorn to customers.The only reason I knocked off a star is because of the prices. I try to shop local as much as possible but I still price compare to online options. Most of the time when I price compare, the online option is 25% cheaper (!!!) for the exact same item. Keep that in mind if you know what you're looking for and don't need it urgently.

I go in to return 2 unopened items that won't fit and give receipt.Girl dawdles,so I tell her I have to go get a couple things.I come back thinking cool- Tuesday,discount day! An older lady is taking care if both my 2 returns then we get to my new purchases and I mention discount day.No,no discount when returning.On completely different purchases?wth? After using my bankcard and and signing the pad she embarrasses me in front of others questioning my card and signature are different than my years old ace card- well excuse me,s o why don't you ask for I'd with the bankcard instead of needing to know I'm divorced from the old card name in front of people? Not going back- the one single piece of mail I ever got via my ace card for $10 off last time wouldn't even work! By the way,masks don't work when around your neck,so employees w/o them on need stay out of customers faces!

Today there are at least 15 employees wandering and stocking the store. I walked the entire store except garden and the only employee helping another customer told me hed be right with me. His customer needed much help It seems. I went the long way to the door and passed some employees twice and not a single acknowledgement or attempt at providing customer service. I at least usually get greeted at the front door but NOTHING, no hi no bye no can I help.So to help you I won’t bother you with my$$
