My expectations of dog grooming at a national chain store was tempered. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of work and care provided for our doodle. Not cheap but a good value. Two thumbs up!!

Bruno looked, smelled, and felt great after his service. The groomer was so nice. She really made Bruno feel comfortable. She made a lot of great recommendations for keeping Bruno in perfect health.

The groomer, Adria was absolutely wonderful with our little boy. Grooming tends to make him nervous, but he was far more comfortable with Adria than we have ever seen him with a groomer, and he came home happy and excited. We are so grateful for how sweet, kind, and gentle she is, and it's a perfect cut!

My dog Scout is rather fearful of groomers as a rule, but Adri has a way of calming him and always gives him a perfect haircut. He's a scruffy-haired terrier and it is such a joy to pick him up fresh and clean and groomed to perfection, scruffy hair cut down and cleaned into silky hair.

To date I have been happy with the service from Petco. Today I took my 12 yr old yorkie who is a sweetheart and because she couldn’t stand on the table to have her nails trimmed the groomer called me to come get her and not to bring her back. I tried to explain that she had been attacked by a big dog at one time and that was why it is hard for her to stand on a slick surface and too just lay her down and trim her nails and she told me they wouldn’t do that! She was a little rude to me.When I went to pick her up she was on the phone arguing with another customer that she had to come get her dog cause she said it tried to bite her. Will not go back to petco!

Took in two (2) dogs for a bath. An 8 yr old Alaskan white Malamute (already a client) and a 10 month old Border Collie pup (first bath). They called us about the puppy explaining the anxiety/stress of the bath and we all agreed after shampoo/conditioner to let her dry naturally sooo she could relax. They (2 staff) were great!!! Giving us full details of the puppies stress. Will definitely keep Petco as our groomer!! THANK YOU

Staff is helpful & eager to please. I really like our groomer, Michael (?). I know he has Basil's best interest at heart & he has a very pleasing personality. I am most satisfied with his work.
