Great customer service at the cashier to making sure I got the right price.The meat dept. Bought some fish that was on sale, n decided I wanted n she wasn't very happy cause she had to print a new ticket. But did ask me if I needed anything else. She was nice though.

Today me and my daughter went to star bucks at Albertsons.I desided to ask the young man's name only to put this 5 star for him. Christian Wilson, I hope I did not spell it wrong! He is so friendly, respectful, very good at the job and almost always makes my 9 year old daughter very happy, which in turn makes me happy to see my babygirl have some friendly fun time while waiting for her drink be ready. Albertsons starbucks at Walla Walla is my daughter's favorate starbucks because of this employee.

The prices are adequate. Most of the employees are really wonderful. I would recommend this grocery store, part of the Safeway chain, to anyone who is looking for a decent variety of Fresh Foods and vegetables. The butcher department is pretty sweet as well!

I go to this market because it's close at hand, but they have an amazing selection of beers and IPA, but yesterday I went to buy a pork ribs roast well then I spied a t-bone special $5 a pound for to amazing cuts a New York steak and a tenderloin I think but I had it for dinner unbelievably good of course with an IPA. They were out of a pork roast and we'll have some Saturday but I've had a pork from there before that's amazing.

I have been going to this store for 3 years! I have refused to purchase anything from this store anymore unless my 87 year old father goes in to purchase something! I was in severe pain and purchased something for it! I paid so it doesn’t matter what I was doing in the bathroom! I have been stalked and employees are watching my every move! So I will no longer be spending my money at this store because I don’t need to be followed and look after every single time I go there!! If need be I do have a case manager that will be filling a complaint with corporate if necessary! If you want privacy and not have a target on your back then go shop elsewhere!!! As I go there someone is following me!! Yet I did nothing for there concern to follow me after I have purchased my items!!!!

Update: A lot has changed since my measly 2-star rating 3 yrs ago. The app is vastly improved. It could be better, but it's no longer horrible. We've gone back to shopping there more.Quality and selection of products is good, and their sales can be great. The store is clean and pleasant. Keep it up!I shop a lot at Albertson's and, for the most part, really like the store. But the problems with their app are becoming nearly unbearable. Using the app, you add items to your "list" (or, you can scan the sale barcode located on the shelf), move the items from your "list" to the "cart", you might even redeem a "reward". And then you go to check out, entering the phone number associated with the app and the rewards, and full prices are rung up about half of the time. W.T.H?!?At least the CS desk is good at issuing refunds. It's enough to make you go back to paper. Or Amazon for non-perishables!

I like the people who work at Albertsons and the prices are good on some things and not so good on others. But for some reason, veggies and fruit are sub-par. I perfer Andys produce. Other than that, they are fine.

This is the closest store to my home. The Deli crew is nice, the Bakery is nice, the meat dept is nice, the stockers in the store are nice, the manager with the blonde hair older lady and some of her cashiers are rude. I’m not trying to be a Karen but enough is enough, they always treat me bad!!! I went in today for a quick stop during my lunch break to shop for some quick things, I’m in the self check out and the machine realizes that I accidentally charged an item more than once which I appreciate. I waited more than 5 minutes the manager and her cashier who was helping her bag knew I needed help and did not call for an additional manager, maybe she was the only one I get that. There was no one in the customer service desk, normally if the manager is busy I understand. The manager finished helping her customer, knew that I was waiting for help and kept talking to her cashier as if I didn’t exist. I walked up to her and the cashier, while a young gentleman was going home, and I stated I need help! The manager looked at me and said ok! As I’m walking to the self check out the young gentleman that punched out and was going home helped me and called them slackers. Thank you, I did not catch any names but I thank him for helping me. This needs to improve, this is just one example of how they have treated me. I’ve reserved myself and stayed quiet for more than 6 years and enough is enough. This needs to improve!!!!

The Albertsons located in the east gate district of Walla Walla, WA is situated with convenience in mind. The store is clean, well stocked and the employees were knowledgeable as well as friendly. The sitting area outside needs to be rethought or deep cleaned, in my opinion.

Clean store. Unique set up with their isles. Deli people were friendly and accommodating. The cashier was awesome. Humorous and chatted. Another cashier gave my son a sticker, which he loved. Good selection and prices are good as well. Overall a good experience!

A nice place to stop to pick up picnic items to take to wineries while visiting the area. They are a fully stocked grocery with just about any grocery item you can imagine (including cold spirits).

It is okay. Not good and not bad, about the same as walmart to be honest. I found an item on the shelf with a coupon on it so at check out I told them I wanted to use it. It expired a year ago, so this as been on ur shelf for a year and no one has checked that? Kinda worried, also it was only 1 dollar off, they could have easily honored that since they left it out for customers, but they did not. Some stuff there seems sketchy on dates and freshness. I know all food is expensive right now, but I can't afford to feed my family and pay rent and survive. They do have a points system that kinda helps if you use them for most of your grocery needs.This sucks all around, but we can make it better together.

I love this grocery store. The bakery is amazing. Ive been shopping here since i was a child, best maple bars ever. Its also never crowded and everyone is friendly especially the cashiers.

i love the app and save so much on it, but its unfortunate that the people who dont use a smartphone or computer miss out on the savings and reward points. and the app sometimes doesn't discount things here and there so watch your receipt. and like every other grocery store, the sticker under the item can be misleading... but overall one of my fave places to shop.

We do almost all of our grocery shopping at Safeway and Albertsons. Staff are always helpful and courteous, store is always clean. I always find what I need. What I DON'T like is that I have to shop with my phone in my hand to scan coupons on the shelves. It's extremely inconvenient. Can't items just be on sale? Idk who came up with this system but it seems ridiculous. Why make grocery shopping more work for people that already don't like grocery shopping?

Ordered a cake for fathers day. Chocolate with a strawberry or cream center for fathers day. Luckily we called the day before to check on our order. They lost our order and made this cake over night for us. Paid $22 for a $10 cake. No filling, and they wrote on it when we got there. No decor anything. I could of grabbed a better looking cake out of case and had writting put on it. My 1st and last time i will ever order a cake from here again.

Staff was essentially non existent and the only one who did engage did so when she overheard our private conversation to which she began Talking about some thing that neither of us had any idea what she was referring to but that how stupid customers essentially could be and that she could be difficult if necessary. While I can appreciate an even agree with her statement about people often lack common sense it was confusing as to why she felt the need to even involve herself in our conversation which had nothing to do with anything she was talking about. Thought it to be quite odd , to say the least.The store seemed almost empty and as though it had missed a few weeks of new merchandise.I will say the store was extremely clean, which is not the norm for most stores and even better , there were not extremely long lines, as they had an adequate amount of staff working. Their self check however is quite odd in how it’s set up and was backed up due to the poor set up.

September 2022. Have been shopping here for decades...they were exceptional during COVID-19 days (2020) but now they are starting to slip..... Most seasoned personelcashiers have left and the pharmacy has also started sliding (avoiding providing vax even when my entire shopping experience was listening to the "stop by the pharmacy to get you flu shot or COVID vsx"over and over every 5 minutes.What gives? Is another "Hagen" days ahead? Is the store being sold again? Time to shop Super 1?

I live nearby & have been shopping here 3-5 times each month for 2 years now & I've never had a bad experience. One time I set a case of cinnamon rolls down while I buckled my 2 kids (intending to put it in the passenger seat after) but I drove off without it; when I returned 5 mins later it was gone, but I told the manager what happened and he replaced it for free. The staff is always really friendly. I honestly couldn't find anything negative to say if I wanted to.

I prefer to get my groceries here. The employees are always nice and informed. My only issue is there is never more than 3 checkout lanes open at once unless it's the day before Christmas. Large selection of artisan did, including cheeses and meats. The deli has some of the best potato salad I've eaten, and the bakery is always fresh and tasty. On the other side of the store, the pharmacy is my personal favorite as well. The head pharmacist is patient and friendly, after my second visit to fill a prescription he knew who I was just by my face. Overall the best groceries in town.
