Stayed here for 1 night with my travel trailer in a full hook up site. The sites are all grass and mostly level. The grass was not cut it was over grown which I found annoying. The sewer connection was over grown and covered in dirt and grass. For $50 a night I would not stay here again. I’ve stayed in much nicer RV parks for less $.

I've been coming here for thirty years especially to go to shows at the gorge. If you don't want to deal with the crazy pricing and the wild partying at the gorge campsite then this is The place. Great access to the river. There is a store. And you're only minutes from the gorge. Although they definitely need to replace a picnic tables. It is unfortunate that the businesses around them went out of business due to the pandemic. Hopefully it will resume to its greatness very soon

I've stayed here many times and have always had a great experience! 2 more trips planned this summer and bringing new friends with this year to enjoy it as much as I do. Scenic, conveniently located (especially if you're Gorge bound), clean lots, friendly staff and it's great having the store on site in case you need anything. Rochelle has always been super accommodating and always doing what she can to make sure you have a great experience- always going above and beyond!!

A great place to stay the night before going to the Gorge Amphitheater, so you can get a jump on the crowds, fill your RV with water, dump tanks and charge up. Not a place I would stay long term. Lady in office was kinda crabby. No good places to dine nearby. We didn't unhook the RV, just stayed the night before DMB 23. Will do this annually.

This campground was a big disappointment. We just finished a 3 week motorhome trip in Washington, Oregon, California and Nevada in National parks, State parks and private campgrounds. For a full service site at this campground the cost was $65 per night. This equaled our most expensive stay anywhere else. Don’t get me wrong, the location is beautiful and the staff was very friendly but the services at this campground are abysmal. The bathroom facility is especially poor. There are 2 showers. One was filled with garbage and had no hot water and the other had no shower head and came out in a trickle (photos below). We couldn’t use the water or dump at our full hookup site because the water tap had almost no thread so the hose would just blow off and our sewer connection was overgrown and couldn’t be used.

Not as close to the water as it seems on the map but it is a ten minute a walk. We stayed on site 28 which is closer to the highway and closer to the water view. It’s windy here today on July 1st but warm and no clouds. It has grass around us. It has power and water hookup. Very clean area and it has a play ground for kids with swings.

I live & work here as a maid. I love living here. The people are nice & I have the best bosses plus I'm raising a child in one of the most beautiful places!Rooms: Gorgeous & updated. I clean them myself every day.Nearby activities: Columbia River, park. Boat launch, petrified forest, gem shop.Safety: There is usually security driving around in a golf cart at night on the summer for safetyWalkability: I also work as a dog walker. Most things are in waking distance whether your camping or renting a room or house.Food & drinks: There is chevron, a grocery store that's open in summer as well as a coffee stand that's opening this summer & hopefully a restaurant opening back up soonNoteworthy details: Everybody here tries very hard to be kind to everyone. I just started working here 9 months ago but have lived here about 3 years & i don't ever regret this decision I love my town & home.Playground: There is a small playground located here. My little girl plays thereRestrooms: Cleaned twice dailyDog-friendliness: I own a dog the hotel is very pet friendly. If you ask for a stained fitted sheet for the bed your dog wants to jump on we will provide one for you.Picnic area: At every camp site is a picnic area as well as right next to the playground

Clean modest updated rooms. Wifi inside the motel room was hard to stay connected, mostly non existing they need a repeater. Bring an eye cover if you need darkness to sleep good. Light came in room from the exterior through the blinds pretty strong. Shower head was better than expected. Nice cozy upgrade for gorge concert weekend.

Pros: Nice, clean, small campground right next to the Columbia river. Great area with nice sunset views! Has a boat launch right next to the campground. Cons: campsites are super close to each other, so it was hard to not hear other campsite's conversations. There was no site host, so had lots of noise after 10pm from next site across from us. Only saw 1 water spicket for our area. Bathroom was very clean, but didn't have a light, or sink, but it did have a hand sanitizer station. Our site didn't have shade so it got pretty windy 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, but that's kinda expected with being in that area.

We absolute love this place! I have been coming here for the past 15 years with my extended family. We come for the amazing views, very clean amenities, convenient location, close access to just about anything you need and wonderful people. Brian always makes us feel welcome every Labor Day. If you ever have any problems Brian and his staff are very quick to respond. The bathrooms are super clean as are the showers and always maintained. I am now bringing my husband and family and plan to continue this tradition for many years to come. Thank you Brian for always making us feel welcome!

The camp hostess was very welcoming and the price was right. We showed up late after hours and she still answered her door and checked us in. It was a flat rate $30 per night, even on Labor Day weekend. She let us pick whatever spot we wanted but let us know what her favorites were too in case we were interested. It was a very open, natural park and drastically different from the heavily regulated RV resort parks since it is privately owned land. The spots were a decent size and most had some shade but no low hanging branches. Spots were level but not paved. Gravel road. Full water and electric hook up. They had public bathrooms but were locked when we tried them. No black or gray hook up at your site and we didn't see a dump site elsewhere. Beautiful location right up the hill from a beach, so we quite a bit of swimming in the Columbia. We were allowed to let our dog hang out unleashed in our site, which most places won't let you do. Overall it's perfect for a quieter getaway with more of the privately owned park freedoms. It's not heavily regulated with rules, which we appreciated. But if you're looking for all the amenities and a more routinely regulated campground with all the perks, I'd try one of the fancier RV resorts in the area instead.

Nice grass for tent camping. Restrooms/showers in particularly are horrible. Nob just turns to infinity, pressure is very low. No ventilation. Showers in same room as toilets- so u get to smell others poo while you shower. Decent playground area but small. Wind must be 50mph today so that’s interesting in tent. Front office lady was real nice.

Taking family vacations here has been by far the best memories I could have ever made. Being able to camp close to the water and launch our boats, jet skis has been amazing. It’s a well kept resort and the owner is truly an amazing guy. You’ll meet some of the friendliest people around at vantage and it’s definitely a hot vacation spot. Plus! They have running showers and toilets!! What more can you ask for when “camping”. Shoot sign me up!

Decent place to stay. With no concerts at the Gorge,I imagine it was very slow so it was very quiet. Store hours were confusing, even when they were supposed to be open it was closed but the Chevron station nearby was convenient. It was nice having free showers but only one worked. Our campsite still had some garbage leftover from the previous occupant around the firepit. Don't get me wrong, it's not a trashy place, I've just seen some campground/resorts that were cleaner and better organized. I'll probably stay there again but won't have very high expectations.

I’ve been coming to vantage riverstone resort for about 15+ years. It’s the perfect spot to escape the rainy weather on the west side of the mountains. Lots of spacious sites and bathrooms with showers. I’ve stayed here for concerts and had a blast when Dave matthews is in town. The staff are all super helpful especially Rochelle. She checked us in early and we were able to enjoy our weekend camping.

Well it was clean... (So it gets 2 stars not 1)If you plan to get much sleep you are going to either have to deal with the heat or put up with the hurricane force/volume AC unit. Thought it would be a great place to crash after a concert instead of driving all the way back to Seattle. Next time I'll just drive the extra 25 minutes to stay in Ellensburg or Quincy.

It was one of the best trips ever! Everyone at the Riverstone Resort is so sweet and helpful. I will never stay anywhere else when we go to Eastern Wa. I loved the Gem shop and petrified forest and we stayed in the cutest cabin right on the river and it had such amazing Views! I can’t wait to go back and the kids had a blast there was always something to do and something cool to see! The kids didn’t want to leave at all! Thank you Riverstone for a great trip and see you soon!
