We came by recently wanting to buy our very first rc. We went home and took it out and then came back the next day looking for some weight to add to it. We asked the worker some questions but he was very dry and was unhelpful. We said we needed some weight, we had looked online at weights but we weren’t sure what to do. He pulled some things off the shelf and said I have these. The only bit of knowledge he gave us was to not put to much weight on the tires because it puts stress on the drive train but he didnt tell us what to do instead. It seemed like he did not want to help us. We are completely brand new, he knows that, we talked to him the day prior and he remembered us today. We were a bit put off because our experience the day before what good.

These guys are awesome. Have an RC truck I bought for my dog to chase so it gets roughed up pretty often. Been in several times for repairs. Last visit they replaced a missing screw no charge. Highly recommend

I don’t know what it is about coming into this place but for sure they’re so busy on one side and then they’re busy on another side and then they bounce back-and-forth between both sides. They’re always very kind and courteous. They are always helpful. I have more than once her to customer. Ask her how much do I owe you for the help and the answer is nothing. Thanks for coming in.

Tons of awesome trucks, cars, boats and planes. Keep your extra credit card at home and come with a goal, or else you'll end up driving home figuring out how you're going to explain yourself, again. Every brand from Traxxas, Arrma, Axial, Horizon, Losi, NSDRC, to name a few. They even carry a bunch of smaller brands you've never heard of but make really cool stuff (scale construction equipment, kei trucks, etc)

I wish they had some more parts here but they do stock tons that I usually need. The staff are easy to work with and they have patience for new comers like myself. The prices are about equal to online, so I try to shop here to support the local business.Just got done new to me used items and a could colors of paint to do my new RC rig up. They let customers bring in their stuff and help figure out what broke or what would be a good upgrade. Great staff and stuff.This is an update, still getting really good consignment products from here and brand new. They continue to increase what they carry for all the new vehicles and every time I need something they have it.

Absolutely stellar! Came in with a budget, as a beginner and they set me up right. I absolutely love the truck I got. Also connected to a shop that has the cheapest packs of MtG in town. This spot is going to be a regular visit for me.

Nice little shop that also has a side for sports cards and memorabilia. Fairly decent collection and they have a good selection of RC equipment. Great staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful!

My husband called to see if they carried a certain crawler and they did, we went in to purchase one for $1099 but the only one they had was on display and the girl working there didn’t know where the box was. Pretty insane they are selling an opened product for full price! When my husband said he never mind, he wanted an unopened one she rolled her eyes and gave her coworker a smirk. We are heading to Tacoma R/C Raceway right now to purchase a new one, unopened. Terrible service and rude employees.

I got a vanguish pheonix from KTM and i didn't put the transmission together properly .... Took it in and they fixed it right then and there with no problem and no charge... so i figured i can at least write some good words. These guys are very cool, very nice, and very professional! I recommend coming here for all your hobby needs, parts, and fixes!!! 100% happy customer!!!

What a cool hole in the wall shop! Wife and I were on a mini vacation and of course I have to go to a hobbyshop in the area no matter what. A great selection of remote control hobby items, as well as having a massive selection of baseball cards and a bit of Magic and Pokemon. I'm not really a baseball fan but the cases were nice to look in and Pat was very nice and helpful even with about 6 people in the store when we were there. Coming from the east side of the state, I can't say when I'll be back over this way but I'll make sure to stop in again!

I went into KTM yesterday with my son and a friend. I asked a ton of questions since this was our first RC crawler. They helped me with upgrades, battery choices, charger, tires and a link set . They didn't have the deans plug in and took one off another battery and put it on the one I needed for my son's RC crawler.Great customer service and super friendly place. I will be back again for all of our needs.

If you're into crawlers this is the place to go, he has a great selection of trucks and parts. Unfortunately he did not have the parts I needed but that's because of horizon hobby not ordering enough parts from China to supply hobby shops in the US plus covid. Pat was nice, everyone had a mask on and masks are still required in his shop 👍. He has a variety of rc's and a nice collection of baseball cards and memorabilia. I bought my RBX10 Ryft from KTM, got a great deal.

Never been here looks awesome though . i need some axial wraith parts and it looks like they have axial brand . its right by cosco too. Love their pizza slices. I googled directions but didnt make it to KTM hobbies . google thinks i went there .

The crew is cool if you don't mind them not wearing a mask (I don't) and the store is a little tight for how busy it gets.But there is TONS of stuff, and some good selection on parts they do have. I went in for some shocks and ended up leaving with a bunch of extra stuff instead, lol.

This is the go to shop for any Rc need. I go out of my way to buy through Ktm because they always take good care of me and make certain I'm satisfied with what I'm buying and that it's actually working for me. Weather it's helping solder, install or troubleshoot they always treat you like family.

In my search for rc boats and parts I tried to get on KTM's website only to find it "placed on vacation" status by the owner. I've never seen anyone do that, which is both lame and frustrating to me as a potential customer. I'm sure the owner has his/her reasons but this in turn makes me want to shop somewhere else. Oh well, if they want to lose my business, that's fine with me. The one star rating is just for the website being inaccessible, that's all, as I'm sure they're fine folks in person.
