Love that they allow for walk in visits if you bring your dog (or cat) in before a certain time. It’s still a good idea to call ahead just in case, especially if you have a large breed or high maintenance pup. We mostly bring our little guy in for nail clippings. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. They also board pets so it can be a little noisy with excitable pups when you walk in, but that’s to be expected at a grooming/boarding facility.

Always gives my dog the best grooming experience! Smells good, always gives him the best hair cut and makes his hair feel so soft like a puppy again!It is also very convenient! Walk ins are welcome, i just drop him off in the morning and get him back by lunchtime!Ladies who own and work at this place are also very nice and friendly!

We have been taking our dogs there since they opened!Lynette and CnC family are always amazing. My mom had at least 6 plus rescue poodles groomed there over the many years. Lynette had sent my mom flowers when we lost our first poodle so many years ago.She was so thoughtful when we lost our mom a few years ago. She took care of our pups when I needed, I didn't even have to speak...I couldn't.We still have Freddie, 18? now, my mom's last dog and he loves going to Clip and clean! My mom would be happy.Life comes at us up's and downs and it's great to know Lynette, Clip n Clean has been there for us! Thank you!Freddie is such a sweet boy and they are terrific. I would not go anywhere else.I LOVE THEM!

I liked that they take walk ins. In fact, they seem to prefer them to scheduling appointments. I was a bit surprised that as a new customer they didn't ask to see any vaccination records. The noise factor due to the daycare was very loud, lots of barking. Too stressful for a dog that doesn't love grooming. While they cut my doodles hair to the length I specified, it looks very choppy. They didn't ask if I wanted his ears or nails done, or ask many questions at all. When I got him home, he had anal gland secretion all over his rear, so I had to bathe him again. I have no idea if they expressed his glands but it seemed like it. I'm not sure if they bathed him there even. I asked them to call me when he was done, and they did not, they just put him in a crate (which I was trying to avoid). Not a good fit for us, but might be for some.

Came in for a bath and nail trim for my pit husky mix after seeing an ad in the TacomaWeekly paper that they offer walk-in grooming 9am - 1pm Tuesday through Saturday. Love that it’s a Black/Female owned business that’s been operating in Tacoma for years. They were able to get my dog in immediately even on a Saturday. He was happy, tail waggin when I picked him up - 10/10 absolutely will be back.

Love! I brought Lucy in for a nail trim on Saturday and found out they do walk-in grooming! Tuesdays through Saturdays before Noon. So of course we were back today to get Lucy cleaned up and they were so wonderful!! I can't express how much I love finding not only locally owned but Female owned & operated businesses to support.

Our pets LOVE coming here. We have been customers for close to 20 years and don't take our fur babies anywhere else. They always enjoy the best care and grooming here. They are walked, get to have play time with other socialized pets and always come home looking and smelling great. We love the way the strut with their little bandanas. If you are looking for a local affordable business to support that will treat your pet like family, this is the place !! They even offer doggie daycare for a reasonable fee. Drop off starts at 730 am tuesday- Saturday and pick up as late as 5. No reason not to drop off your pooch while you are at work or running errands. They are in the best hands. I highly recommend the full groom options, especially if your dog needs their glands done. They went the extra mile for seniors during the pandemic . Not only did they pick up pets but offered prescription and grocery pick up who those who ate homebound. Truly a treasure in our community ❤️

The staff are friendly. They had to shave my Aussie as his coat was too matted to save. They did a good job, didn't Nick him any where. The place has a strong kennel smell, I guess that is unavoidable. Because my dog is a rescue they took him in right away, most places were booking a few weeks out. He is a happy boy now.

After giving them the benefit of the doubt multiple times I am sad to say I will never bring my dogs here to get “groomed” The past several times my dogs come out with dirty ears, mats, unclipped nails and uncut fur. After being very clear about needing her ears to be cleaned I pick my dog up just to find that they had her for 6 hours and didn’t cut her fur, didn’t clean her ears, tail not brushed out, a mat on her face and back of her leg and still eye boogers. I basically am paying $100 for them to be somewhat washed and somewhat brushed. Never again will I be going here.Ps. These photos of her ears are after they “cleaned” them once I pointed out that they were still full of wax.

I will give a one star because the ladies there were actually very kind and the prices are very, very, very good!!!! However, with that being said, I would give a zero if possible for the services rendered. I have a Shih-Tzu mix and nothing that I asked for was done. It was actually quite opposite. I asked for my dogs body to be shaved and for her legs to be left. Her body hair wasn't touched, but her legs were. I showed a photo of what I wanted and in this photo the dogs ears are long and so is the hair on the face. It's very hard to explain, but in the photo the dog's hair just above the nose was long enough to pull up and place it in a top knot. Anyways, instead of leaving my dog's hair long, they completely shaved it off!!! Her face was completely bald throughout her stop/eye area!!!! She looked AWFUL!!! Also, in the photo it shows that the dog's ears were long and I told them SPECIFICALLY that I did not want my dog's ears cut, or her face shaved but they were. She gave me a $10 discount and offered for me to come back a different day to correct it, but no thank you. Especially considering that the groomer literally tried arguing with me by saying the the dog in the photo had its eyes and nose shaved when it absolutely did NOT!!! There was just way too much wrong. I was VERY CLEAR and SPECIFIC with what I asked for and even provided a photo and I don't understand how a finished product could be so far off. Plus I had an appointment the following day to get her spayed and she wouldn't be able to get bathed for several weeks so I felt it was pointless. Also, my dog went in with not a single knot or mat in her coat and came out with SEVERAL!!! And I don't even think they clipped my dog's nails or my client's dog's nails (my client and I brought our dogs in together). All around just had a horrible experience. Clearly they don't really listen to their clients or they don't follow directions well??? Not sure which one, but that is what my experience was. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be taking my dog back there.

The staff was very friendly, but I would never take an animal here again.I’ll preface by saying that the cat I took in had her own feces stuck to her and was very gross and needing groomed. Woman on the phone seemed like it was a non issue and that they could also shave her.The cat gets shaved every summer because her hair is so thick and long. They did such a bad job that it’s comical. None of her legs are shaved evenly. They shaved 2 inches up her tail on the top. She has tufts of hair they completely missed. And I decided to finally write this because I just realized HER WHISKERS ARE CUT ON ONE SIDE. They’re half the length of the other side.Tell me you don’t know how to shave a cat before you shave a cat.

“Get out and don’t come back.” That is the response I received from the woman who groomed my cat. I had taken my cat to this establishment twice before and it was $25 to get nails done and a brushing. This time they tried to charge me $85. When I questioned the bill I was told to get out. To begin with I made an appointment so I would not have to drop off my cat for multiple hours. I brought my cat in at the time they gave me. Then they told me it would be an hour and a half. I got the cat back and he was terrified, and they had barely brushed him. It’s like they did nothing at all. Awful service and a horrible attitude to go along with it.

We had been taking our dog there for daycare and nail trims for a little while. My mother-in-law has known the owner for a long time. This place used to be Greta but has suffered a lot of turn over and lack of training for new staff. Our dog is super scared to go in there now and will dig his feet into the ground. We asked the owner if she knew why and she said possibly he didn’t like his nails being cut but they cut them anyways. Our dog is now super scared to get his nails done by anyone including myself. I’m sorry to say we will not be bringing Fenris back here ever.

If I could leave zero stars that would be excellent, doggies nails to short and didn't even try to stop the bleeding, blood on her fur. Than damage almost like she got hit multiple times with a ruler or something. Had someone pick up my dog or else we would have had a bigger problem. Never taking my baby again and this was a few weeks ago. If your short handed hire more people.

The owner (I think) was friendly and professional with phone questions even when she was dealing with a chorus of excited dogs in the background. Nail clip fee is well worth it. They allow drop ins during a certain window of time most days. We were greeted by a friendly cat hanging out when we came in. Our dog is a yapper and has anxiety but the guy who trimmed her nails was calming, quick and friendly. We were in and out in under 5 minutes for a nail trim. If our dog needs a good scrub & clean I’d gladly take her back here in the interest of supporting a successful, professional small business.

We've been taking our dogs to Lynette for years. She always does a fabulous job grooming our dogs and we've never been disappointed with the result. Her facility is very clean, pricing is fair and getting an appointment is as simple as walking in the door. Lynette and staff treat their customers (2 legs & 4 legs) very well and we couldn't be happier with her service. If you are looking for a professional groomer look no farther.

Shaved a stripe down my dogs back and quit! Yes is is naughty and old and weighs only 8 lbs..but didn’t expect to get him back dirty and with a reverse Mohawk! Expected better professionalism. And he picked up fleas and kennel cough! Not recommend and this used to be a good groomer!
