Not bad if you don't mind long waits and scalding OR tepid, lukewarm "hot" drinks. There's not been anything decent in between. Last time I got a lg coffee with plenty of cream and sugar. The coffee was so hot it burned my mouth and was bitter, dark and hardly had any cream or sugar. This time I got the same lg coffee with cream and sugar. The girl working fixed 2 complicated drinks for the car on the other side of the drive thru and talked to her like they were friends, took forever. Then my coffee came and it was barely warm. Like summer time tap water warm. At least it had enough cream and sugar but I only took one sip so nasty cold like that. I should have turned around and gone back through but I didn't want to be late for an appt.

Super friendly people; great location; excellent service and great espresso, Italian sodas and small assortment of snacks and breakfast items too...usually fairly busy, there may be a few cars in line but they're pretty quick and it's worth the wait!! Our go-to espresso stop

You know. It really depends on what you order I find from this place. Its either super damn delicious or mehg.. I had to stop ordering white chocolate peppermint mocha from here because they never had any peppermint In them. Ever.. and this is after like 10 orders and telling them twice. Otherwise the staff is great and listens intently to your order. Excellent at small talk and otherwise when they nail it they nail it to the moon. I recommend this place as it's our family favorite. Just be choosy in what you drink. Less complex equals better.

I’m always sketchy about small stands as I think the roast tends to be weak and the syrup heavy handed. Got a triple tall breve caramel latte and the roast was full and smooth, not bitter. Caramel was a hint at the finish. Just how I like it. Wish I lived closer.

The Busy Bean is my favorite coffee shop, but today, (03-20-21), I went, like I do almost every AM, ordered my regular, & a friend that was w/ me asked for a Red Bull & Blueberry something or another, & the chick working, who've I've never seen was super super rude & said, " they didn't have any blueberry anything. Thats crazy cuz my son got a blueberry & coconut Italian Soda about a month ago. Even if they stopped carrying the blueberry anything, she could have just said that other than saying they have never had blueberry anything. Im really praying shes not a new morning person!!
