First time here. Had to cancel a few times and they were easy to deal with. Finally made it today and wow, they did an amazing job! My 11 year old dog looks five years younger! Fair pricing, nice people. Highly recommend!

Just inherited my baby from my mom after she passed. First time I've had him groomed and he's never looked better!!! I highly recommend this pet parlor. Everyone was amazing and patient with my nervous baby (and new mom).

I called to see if I could have my golden retriever seen as a walk in on a Saturday for bathing and grooming. They were able to accommodate my request and took him right in. When I asked how long the appointment would take, I received the response, “it depends how well he does and how he responds to their care.” That response immediately put us at ease and made us feel that he was going to be in good care. It gave piece of mind that they would spend as much time as he needed and they were not in a rush to get him in and out. Once we picked him up, they had him tied on his leash inside but allowing him plenty of room to roam around and hang out until we arrived. They let us know how he did and that they would be happy to accommodate any future last minute walk in appointments as long as they had the availability. This was our first visit with Snoqualmie Valley Pet Parlor and we were both extremely pleased with how they handled the appointment and most importantly our golden. He was extremely well groomed, nails trimmed, paw hair trimmed, and they even cleaned out his dirty ears. I would highly recommend them for all your grooming needs.

Gizmo looks so handsome after his visit at Snoqualmie Valley Pet Parlor! We've been getting him groomed for the past year at this place and he consistently gets a stellar groom/trim! Appointments are about a week out, but definitely worth the wait! The owner takes the time to get to know you and your fur baby, prices are fair and clean establishment. Highly recommend!

Such sweet and kind staff and they do a great job with our two dogs. Great with the regular haircut and shampoo as well as de-shedding our big dog with LOTS of fur. Definitely recommend!

This pet grooming business is so refreshing to have in the valley! They are not only fabulous groomer, but they also understand customer service. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and darn good people. Love the owner's Aussie accent too! The fees are reasonable and market value for grooming. My two pups, amazing to me, were very good with the process and it was apparant to me the owner and staff give them great care. I highly recommend taking your pooches to them. While their shop is small, it's fully functional and clean. They really do care about our pups.Love these folks! If you've not been there you're missing out.

Unfortunately we've had nothing but issues with Sno. Valley Pet Parlor over the past 6 months. THREE times now they have called me to cancel my dogs grooming appointments within an hour of the appointment. This past Friday they called at 8:05 to cancel my 9:00 appointment saying they weren't sure why we were allowed to schedule for that time given they didn't have "Enough room for all the big dogs" and asked if I could bring my dogs in the following day. Mind you, I had made my appointment more than a week and a half in advance. I am not sure if they are just unorganized and don't communicate among employees, or if they do not want to groom one of my dogs who does have anxiety and can be and handful as a result. If it is the latter, I would have preferred honesty around that being the case opposed to completely disrespecting me and my time by allowing me to schedule an appointment only to consistently cancel it last minute. Regardless, we will be taking our business elsewhere moving forward.

Love their service! One place I took my poodle to were terribly rude when I picked him up because of his separation anxiety when I leave him even tho I had warned them that since losing my Grandfather who raised him he had become very attached to me. They assured me they'd take good care of him but when I came back for him he was more upset than I'd ever seen him & the owner was incredibly rude. I've taken my sweet poodle here several times & they've been nothing but kind & my pooch is always happy as can be when I get back.

This place is amazing! I brought my husky back in June to get de-shedded and groomed, and they went above and beyond my expectations for me. Extremely fast, affordable, and they groomed her so well and got all the excess hair off of her! My husky seemed happy and stress free! She'll definitely become a regular there!

Our 80+lb lab always comes home squeaky clean after a visit to this place. The groomers are super friendly and dog-people for sure. They remember her and always seem to be happy and pleasant. This is the only groomer we’ll go to from now on.

I took my senior Yorkie to a big box groomer for most of his life and he always hated being groomed. But a few years ago I started taking him to the sno valley pet parlor and they were so courteous and gentle with him that it actually effected his behavior (positively) when I bathed him in between haircuts at home!

I started using Snoqualmie Valley Pet Parlor 6 months ago and have been very pleased with how my Golden is treated. I left his expensive prescription shampoo there on accident for several weeks and they had saved it for me to pick up when I called. I feel my pet is well-cared for there and scheduling is easy.

The owner was very friendly and got me in very quickly ! She was very knowledgeable and our pup came out looking and smelling AMAZING. The service was exceptional and the price was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend them.
