Shelves are always empty ... the store is clean yes, & really wide but empty !! .. every time I go for certain items I never find them ... their merchandise is sooooooooooooooo limited compared to Kirkland location for example .. even Renton location is way better !

Snoqualmie Dollar Tree has to be the most impressive example and experience of a Dollar discount store that I have ever been in. Everything is organized and things are generally placed back where they belong the customer service people are friendly. The store is bright and clean. It's so pleasant that when I enter for one item I end up taking my time just browsing all the household offerings.

The employees are all a little "off". I do believe that everybody deserves to have a chance to work but I also think that there should be someone at a business that can be a contact or be able to deal with customers at a higher level on staff at all times. The closest they have is an older lady that was really unpleasant on the phone when we asked if they had an item. She says they did, so despite her nastiness we went in but couldn't find it. So am employee got her to show us and she wasn't happy at all about having to come out of the office and show us. She was grumbling that she already told us they had the item on the phone. Forgive me for not knowing your store like you do.It's already a gamble if the staff can ring s things in, don't really enjoy being snapped at by some lady with cigarette voice

What a mess. Stuff everywhere. Looked more like a rummage sale than a store. I imagine it's hard to keep up on the stocking when you're short handed ( like all businesses now). Associates were nice. Found what I needed at $1.25 each.

***Update: she,the old lady, still works there!! She seems to be having mental issue with younger people. She will give a false accusation to you for stealing or something that she could make you uncomfortable. When she couldn’t find the reason to prove her false accusation, she will cry and threaten to call for the cops. How pathetic she is! She must have had suffering life. She is worthless no wonder why she can only work in such a low class place!! Wish you good luck with your life. I forgive you because of how pathetic you are!!Rude and unprofessional employee!! The old lady, Stephanie who worked on last Thursday, got offended by my scooter being by the bike rack and yelled at me to move, because it blocked the doorway which it didn’t ( i was hanging by side of the door which is quite far from doorway). While i was trying to explain the situation that i was gonna leave because my sister was coming out from the dollar store, she threatened me to call the cops then we started the have a little argue and suddenly she yelled at me to shut up (I believe here name is Stephanie something but start with S). I went back and had my brother call back the store, the same lady picked up and started to yelled at my brother and while my brother wanted her to explain and he was trying to correct everything, the lady slammed to phone. My brother proceeded to call back again, but this time it was a different lady. My brother started to explain the situation again and suddenly things turned upside down, this lady said that i was the one who yelled at her “stupid” which I didn’t. Luckily, i have it recorded when the argue started and will definitely proceed on legal matter from this false accusation and will be contacting the Dollar tree corporation. I have been customer since this store open and never had issue until this lady came.

The old lady who worked today, [6-21-22] followed me and my brother around the store, "banned us" and said she's calling the cops. She accused us of stealing, which we didn't. I was looking around the store and I don't believe I was doing anything wrong. She said she had me on camera stealing, that the cops will find me because of "face recognition" and she couldn't even name me what I "stole". I've been going here for months and never ever had a problem with any single person or worker there. Very disappointing, and I'd love to see what I "stole". Please have her fired.

This is the largest Dollar Tree I have seen. It's clean and very organized we found some good things out here.

The owner is a massive jerk to kids and is condescending and rude. Don’t support this store. They’re terrible. Today he yelled at my son for trying to buy something. Unbelievable.

I’m amazed at how they’re able to keep the store clean considering how many rude and obnoxious children come through! I’m glad they’re strict on people throwing things considering the mercury vapor bulbs they seem to be using.

Great, clean, quiet Dollar Tree. Everything $1. Came in for makeshift art supplies and was surprised by the selection. The staff was friendly and covid-safe. Will return for sure. Lots of party decorations and supplies. "Silk" floral. Aluminum bakeware selections were notable.

So many things to see. The store eris kept up so you don't have to step over merchandise. You get greeted at the door with a smile. I love going to this store!

If you want to see a GROWN MAN yelling, cursing, and acting intimidating at a 12 year old girl for throwing a mini stuffy with no beaded eyes in the air check out the security recording of 7:30 to 8:00 pm 1/8/2023 very unprofessional manager.

Hours of this location are not accurate. I spend hours searching here and half the time they don't have what I need out on the shop floor because it's still in boxes in the back.

It's a Dollar Store. Everything is one dollar. There is also only ever one cashier. It's clean, well lit, and well stocked. Ultimately, you get what you pay for.
