Very large inventory to choose from, around the world.They have a nice selection of gifts.Trinkets, When you order online for pick up, They will send you a text message or email. Letting you know when it is finished being put together.Special parking for online ordering is at the very front of the store.Handicap parking is across the store as well.

Love the selection and the organization of the store. Staff are extremely helpful if you ask about something specific. Love going here, especially weekends mid day for the various tastings. Bring ID to take advantage.

Upped my review from 3 to 4 Stars. Today there were plenty of very helpful and courteous employees. Very knowledgeable about the products. Hopefully they don't have to drink everything and are great at reading the notes.

Wow, I just got home from the most amazing shopping experience ever here! (4/20/23, I was in about 6pm) I came for another bottle of tequila after my last visit I tried a new brand and desired something different. I was looking over the bottles and a very polite young lady asked if she could help. I declined at first but then asked for an Anejo recommendation, and she absolutely nailed it. Not only did I leave the store with a bottle that will now be a regular in the rotation (spot on what I wanted) but I was also able to sample a fantastic top shelf option I will surely be purchasing in the future. She absolutely killed it and was great to talk with about the different varieties, quite a knowledgeable individual on the subject. To say I enjoyed my shopping experience is an understatement, and shame on me for not being able to provide her name in this post because she definitely deserves some recognition.

This squirrel 🐿️ couldn't be more happy 😁. Visiting the area for work and want to bring the wife home 🏡 something special 😉, I thought 🤔 how about some Washington State Wine 🍷. Well the Google review rating is 4.7😁 so I stopped here. Within 2 minutes Jeff and Kobie (Photo) asked me if I need help. They understood my needs and make some great recommendations.I was done shopping 🛍️ in 3 minutes. As I walk out who do I see helping and older person in the lot, Kobie! Well earned 5 stars.

People at Total Wine in Silverdale are friendly and always ready to help. Great employees. But the online ordering is a nightmare. Have ordered 4 or 5 times online and last order sent to California rather than Washington. I had to talk to 4 people before things got squared away.

Look... Over all I love this place. I think it's rediculous that they have restricted tasting hours. I mean how hard is it to have some one sampling for customers? I'm way more app to buy something when im sampling and the person recommends something. The selection however, is amazing for this area. Wa doesn't really have good options for large wine outlet type stores like other states have. Total wine and more is just that.

Friendly staff and an excellent selection. We were able to find something we haven’t been able to find anywhere else in years, and their website told us right where to look inside the store. I’m not a huge fan of “The Trails” shopping area, but I’ll go back to this store for sure.

I always like going to Total Wine! Prices are comparable to Bevmo but the staff here is WAY more helpful and courteous, if the whiskey/bourbon selection was better it'd be 5 stars

Good place to find a wide selection of wine and beer and the staff os happy and helpful always willing to go the extra mile. Working here seasonally during college was pretty fun too, i got out of retail thankfully as most customers are A-Holes but the management here is lovely & supportive!

This store is pretty cool! So many choices for seltzers, micro brews, beer, wine, and hard booze! The staff helpful and the shelves are stocked well. I like to look online to see what's in the store, and it's usually exactly in the bay/aisle stated (for us it was cookie dough whiskey). The prices are comparable to other booze stores, but the taxes are clearly stated on the bottles and end caps, so no surprise at the register.

Great selection and good prices I’m a frequent customer and haven’t had any issues until now. I went in to get my usual beer and when I went up to pay the cashier seemed to have made a joke about my appearance, when I showed him my ID he looked at my fiancée who is under 21 and asked for her ID as well. When I told him she was under 21 he denied the sale. I don’t have a problem with store policy but he was extremely rude and condescending. I was respectful and when I was leaving he added I can’t come back for the rest of the night. If he would have enforced the rules respectfully and professionally I wouldn’t be writing this review.

Super helpful staff as if I ever have a question it’s easy to get it answered. Great selection, including my personal favorite the walk-in humidor. The only drawback to this store is that taxes in this state are insane so I keep my purchases to a minimum. Not their fault, but definitely hurting their business.

It is your typical package store. They carry a variety of wine, liquor, and beer. You can even buy cigars. The staff is uber friendly and always willing to help you find what you need. I enjoy coming because they carry one of my favorite wines Sexual Chocolate (a really nice red blend). If you haven't had it yet, you should try it.

They had everything we needed and the customer service was great! I also didn't know they were dog friendly until we came in which is awesome. They gave my pup lots of treats and helped us find exactly what we needed.

There's a lot to say about this location and all of it is great. Every staff member I have interacted with has been a treat. Rosemary at the checkout is a riot and the sweetest person. We also recently had our wedding and Jeff was so great to work with, from the tasting, to the ordering and picking up. Their spreadsheet used to calculate drinks was spot on for us and we had the right quantities of everything!

This is absolutely the place you should be going for all things alcohol. The selection is immense. (I especially like their wide variety of spirits.) The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their website is awesome too, it will not only tell you what's in stock but where to find it in the store, too! That's so helpful for quick stop-ins.
